[4.23.07] I'm debating on making a new thread, which would just be a continuation of the old one, same characters, same situations. Since there are tons of new info that I want to add, courtesy of Aurial, to make this RP more in depth, I thought it would just be easier to make the first posts from scratch....?

Edit: The poll's gonna go on for one more day....just to be sure that IS our tiebreaker.

OOOO! There's even gonna be more info now!

Archangel (makes decicions for entire army. few of these.)
Seraphim (lieutenant colonel- 700-1400)
Cherubim (captian 300)
Ophanim(lieutenant- 52)
Virtues (like a seargent leads force of 13)
Principalities (like a military corporal can lead a force up to a group of three)
Angels (messengers)

These are the military ranks for the Edges. It's based on the one that they have up in heaven. Don't worry though, being an Angel doesn't mean you can only be a messenger for life, these are just titles, like General, Seargent, Lieutenant etc etc.

"In a time where peace is nonexistent and chaos reigns, Earth has fallen apart, abandoned by God. Humans live in terror of the deoms that plague them, thousands picked off at once to sate the demons taste for fhuman flesh. Even God has been adamant about condemming the sinning humans to deaht, several sympathetic angels, known as Archangels, have returned, hoping to save those few pure and help them win back God's love. But to do that, they will have to beat back the very forces of hell."*

*Even though this is the main storyline of the RP, you can basically do whatever you want, like in an mmorpg. You can aid both the angels and the demons, you could be completely neutral, have multiple side stories going, etc etc. But use your common sense, events such as a global earthquake or something like a sudden invasion of the area that your RPC is in affects everyone, even if you have nothing to do with the attacker's and victim's cause.

Like people say, the world is your playground. There are six major bases, or Edges, scattered throughout the world for humans. With whatever hideout scattered in-between. The locations are:
Edge 01.Andromeda; New York
Edge 02.Aquarius; What's left of the rainforests of Brazil.
Edge 03.Corvus; Around Paris, France.
Edge 04.Delphinus; Tiananmen Square, China, Beijing.
Edge 05.Lyra; An underground faculty in Africa.
Edge 06.Auriga; The most important edge, hidden in the ruins of Japan

Use you common sense again! Since demons have supposedly taken over Earth, don't hail a taxi in the middle of a crowded street or something. MOst of our skyscrapers and such are just ruins now, and the Edges are mainly underground.

Of course, there are different races for RPers to choose, but whatever race you are, that doesn't determine your side; you could be a demon and still help the angels, vice versa. But whatever race you choose DO influence the kind of powers that you have. (But you could still specialize and have unique powers based on your originals and stuff)

Also, Users could control up to two RPCs, depending on the purposes and circumstances. Like ShwiggityShwah, I allowed him to control another character because we were sorely in need of bad guys.

Elements-
Air-Weak to fire
Water-Weak to earth
Fire-Weak to water
Earth-Weak to air

Angel-
-Fly
-Use elemental powers air and water. (That includes different forms of water, such as ice)
-Use spells and the like.
-Controls light

Fallen/Angelus/Nephilim-The offspring of a demon and angel, Fallens have black feathered wings and are quite rare.*
-Fly
-Control shadows + light (although prone to attacks from both)
-Use elemental powers air and water
-Use spells and the like

Demons-
-Control shadows
-Use elemental powers fire and earth
-Use spells and the like
-Sprints really fast, usually as fast as a car on top speed.

Humans-
-Use spells if the power of magick is inside them (Usually just needs to wake it up)
-Can learn any of the elements (although can't master all)
-Prone to dark

* A fallen doesn't mean that you've been banished from heaven! Fallen is just the slang term for Angelus/Nephilim. (If your RPC has been banished from heaven, put that in your BIO! Also, there's going to be a limited amount of fallens since they're suppose to be RARE.

Bio: After her mother had died at the hands of demons (and after they stole her last bar of chocolate), Rai has devoted herself to kicking them back six feet under. Right after the death of her mother though, there seemed to be a blank period where she can't remember anything. She has a quick temper, fondness for chocolate and fried seaweed, and can be quite bi-polar (she opts for hyperness and randomness though).
Appearence: Like this except with black wings (Her hair also turns black when she's in full angelus mode).

Bio: Has come to Earth to protect her loved ones and to find the person she believes will need help the most, but can help the most when it comes to fighting the demons

Race: Angel (NIki was banished from having for having a demonic spirit inside of her.)
Bio: The only memory Niki has of her banishment is of a beautiful face that is hidden in shadows, and an outstretched hand reaching for her as she fell. Unable to remember the circumstances which lead up to her banishment from the heavens, she wanders aimlessly seeking only to rediscover her lost memories and to find out all she can about the spirit which lives inside her.
Her personality is fiery and passionate though at times when the dark spirit takes control she becomes dark collected and extremly sarcastic and violent.

Bio: Liam's mother was a demon and his father was an angel. When his parents eloped, both sides of each family wanted to kill the other, and so his fathers side killed his mother and his mother's side kiled his father. Ever since, Liam has been a orphan. Now he lives on the run always in constant motion because of his family which are equally trying to kill him.

Bio: His mother and father were taken as a sacrifice when the demons reigned which left him and his younger sister Kay to fend for themselves on the street. His power to control water awakened when his sister was in danger of sharing the same fate as their parents. He used this power much over the years for her and the defense of others. He possessed almost unnatural reflexes when it came to survival and protecting those he cared for.
Seeing that the world was too dangerous for them, the two of them journeyed to the 1st edge to live out their existence with some semblance of security. Surrounded and protected by armed guards and watched over by angels. Jacob believed his troubles were over. Then Kay disappeared, right out of her bed in the middle of the night. Jacob spent 3 agonizing weeks looking for her and inlisted the aid of some of the town, but no one could find her. It was almost as if she had vanished into thin air. Jacob had to find her and knew that she was somewhere, out there beyond the wall. He stole a serum from the military that grants telekinetic power and headed back into in the hellish world.
Jacob's personality is that of purity, compassion, and innocence. He is very rarily angry and is merciful to those who cross him. A rarity and a symbol that there are still good things in this world

Bio: Of French descent, Nathaniel loves fine wine, jazz, chocolate and walks in the rain. He worked long and hard ever since he was ten to perfect his spellcasting technique. He is highly skilled in the use of elemental spells and some curses. He prefers to keep neutral in all matters.

Bio: Jack's parents were killed when the demons appeared. He had never known of his "special abilities" until after those fateful deaths. When Jack gets angry his body gets ungulfed in flames (his house burned because of this...) and when he's sad it sometimes rains. Bio: His existence on Earth has been long and fruitless. Born on the battlefield during the first war between Heaven and Hell, his age is unknown. Although he may be a mysterious figure, his loyalties are to noone, and generally will help anyone he deems "worthy to protect". Although he is a demon, he prefers to live his life based on the "Human Aspect", having lived in there world for thousands of years, he knows there lifestyle to a point. As a boy, he was bathed in bloodshed. Viewed a worth commander in the armies of hell, because he was born literally on a battlefield, the Demons felt it worthy. Excelling at all he was taught, he naturally became the next commander. Not long after the Second War, he found himself questioning what was right, and what was wrong. He became confused over the question of, "What is really white, and what is really black in the spectrum." He became shunned. Forced to live with humans where naturally, he blended in perfectly.

Bio: Mitako was an angel with control over water. However, during the revolt she turned against God. This has caused her heart to turn cold and now she controls ice, instead of water. She is currently working as a healer in one of the Edges. It is not known what side she is on.

Bio: Born in an unknown place even to Ryn herself. Ryn has the power of magic and flight because her parents were unusual. Ryn’s mother was an angel while her father was a human. Ryn had been living in Heaven although her parents (banished mother) lived on Earth. When Earth fell to chaos and the demons attacked both her parents were killed. Although they had lived on Earth while she lived in the skies she saw them every so often so their death was hard on her. Ryn had a strong sense of justice but was emotional and sometimes allowed that to cloud her good judgment. Making a quick decision that she would protect her parents land. She made her way to Earth the home of her beloved parents. She was able to use water and earth very skillfully but although she could fly she was very bad with air. Fire she couldn’t even go near when she was five she found this inner fire. When she went to touch it she got burned badly on her arms and legs so she avoids fire as much as possible. She was told stories of Earth and knew well enough it wasn’t smart to show her wings knowing most humans feared the sight of new things so Ryn traveled to New York where her parents had lived hoping to begin her journey.

Bio: Trey born to a very small family had always had to fight to survive. Although food was readily available it never lasted long int his family. Quickly Trey had learned at a young age to not correct his father as it would result in a severe beating even by the normal standard in their small village. Trey's brother was always given the majority of the attention but this suited him just fine. While everyone one would be absorbed in some idiotic reenactment of his Brother's Trey would slipp off to be alone and allow frustrations to flow out while he cleared his head. Soon after his first century of life Trey left his family behind and went off in search of something different. Finding it much easier on his own and away from the continuous Scurtiny of his older brother and his Father. While wandering in the deep rainforest he'd stumbled upon an injured human and carried the body to a nearby hut. many people came from the hut holding weapons at him. Trey placed the body and raised his hands in peace. since then Trey has worked side by side with many an angel in attacks against his distant cousins and humans alike.

Bio: Sebastian is the current leader of avenger, an order of angels sent by god to destroy evil long ago however the group was disbanded until recently under mysterious purposes. Now with a new leader, they are back, and hell bent on destroying the forces of evil. However this is not a good thing. Sebastian's centuries of being an inquisitor and judge had rendered his angelic heart into something black and twisted. Hes a sadist, who takes delight in causing pain and misery in his wake. Hell gladly use and manipulate whoever he wishes to obtain what he wants and will more then happily send those souls to slaughter, or worse. He cares for nothing, and very little to the sect of fanatics who follow him. Worse still is that he follows his mission to the tee. In his mind, Demons are evil and thus must be exterminated. Humans have the potential for evil and thus must be wiped out, and angels protect them, and thus are getting in the way of the great design and should be killed as traitors.
Even worse is that, he and his order were to be executed for the unspeakable evils that they have done to innocents. Those archangels who tried, were not seen again. This means, his power his unknown and quite terrible.

Bio:When the demons first started to escape from hell and pour into earth, Zenalis saw it as a chance for him to escape from hell and experience something new. Zenalis doesn't care too much about the humans seeing as he has little faith in their ability to redeem themselves. He wishes only to enjoy the many comforts of this plane that were unavailable in the fires of hell.

Zenalis stands at about six feet tall, he has thick, black hair that goes down to his shoulderblades. There are short black horns that jut out of the top of his forehead and his skin is a dark red. His eyes are completely black and he has wide, leathery wings which aren't quite strong enough to maintain flight but can help greatly increase his jumping height and he can glide.

Twin Sister to Eros [Or Better known as Cupid] she was born in heaven, considered one of the gods in greek mythology. Although her brother was the gaurdian of love, she herself had little to no interest in it since another god fortold that her chances at love would doom her existance. She was the Gaurdian of History and chose to wipe herself from the history books after a fight with her brother and mother, Venus. Sick of the stuck of nature of the angels and "gods" as they liked to refer to themselves as, she left heaven and went to earth. She now wanders around, with the book of time tucked under her arm.
