Who I am looking for:
▪ A dedicated and experienced Gaian who can maintain and draw the Pennies.
▪ An overall fun person who is always open to suggestions and isn't overly defensive.
▪ A Gaian with most of the qualities I am also looking for in an owner.
▪ A Gaian who can meet and work with deadlines.
▪ A Gaian who can finish and follow through with jobs they claim.
▪ A Gaian who can alert the owner and/or me with any problems without making false excuses.
▪ A Gaian who can do both coloring and drawing by themselves OR have a partner to work with before sending in an application.
▪ A Gaian with aesthetically pleasing art. Meaning knowledge of anatomy, shading, lighting, and color must be represented in the art. ((And more things I can't remember.))
The Rules:
▪ Must generally get along with others and be able to be a leader. All staff are leaders in a shop. =]
▪ Meet deadlines and be willing to face a penalty for missing a deadline.
▪ Activity is a must. I ask that you post at least once every time you login.
▪ Respect. Others, yourself, the rest of the staff, pets, etc.
