Rules
1) Be literate! Meaning I want descriptive posts that actually mean something. (No god-moding, no chat speak, etc) And for Gods sake people, interact with others please!!
2) There is romance allowed, but I prefer Slash and Femme-slash (for those that are new to this Roleplaying slang that would be Yaoi and Yuri) get used to it because I’m not changing it.
3) I hold the right to ignore you if I see fit.
4) Read the entire intro or you will not understand the RP
5) Post the Character’s creature race and element before joining and I will tell you if it will work with the story. I do not want to see any profiles, but please send me a picture of your character and their name, ‘cause I like pictures. But no profiles, that's what an introduction is for!
6) You are very welcome to have more than one character, but please do not try to over do it. If you plan to have more than four characters: PM me to check if it is alright first.
7) Never be afraid to ask me a question in Ooc or PM, I will try to answer it to the best of my knowledge.
8 ) If you want to have a character that is a cross between two other species please ask me first, I have some rules about this and I will tell you whether it is possible or not. Dragons do not cross-breed with other creatures though, only between other dragons but even that is look at as a disgusting and a death worthy insult.
9) Have fun with it, its Medieval times…with magic!
I will be able to change the rules at anytime and probably will at least once or twice.

Intro:
This world was created by the overly active and powerful minds of two innocent children. Within the Mortal Realm, they are locked away in an asylum, forever trapped outside of the paradise they have created, but their minds are free to roam around the Fantasy world. Here there is all matter of mystical creatures. Any 'human' could be a dragon, mage, faerie, or griffin. The gods that rule over this land come in many forms, and all exist on the Spiritual plane, while we all live here on the Immortal plane, and below us is the Under Earth. Thanks to the gods which we are born under we have all been given an element to have under our control, or are controlling us.
Be very caution in which village you enter, little ones. Not every race will react positively to your kind.

Elements:
A Main element means it is the four basic elements that I am sure everyone has heard of. Sub elements are not any weaker than the main ones; in fact the element has nothing to do with a person’s strength; that relies completely on the person. A Sub element basically means that it is created by mixing two different elements.
A counter element means it is the element that is the exact opposite from one another. Should these elements ever collide they will chancel each other out. Just because an element is your counter does not mean the mages automatically hate each other, in fact many counter elements have coupled together and made a fantastic relationship.
Main Elements: Fire, Water, Earth, and Air.
Fire: These Characters are very passionate, meaning that when something affects them they have very open emotions; you will always know what they are feeling at any given time. Their counter Element is water
Water: These characters have a tendency to change emotions rapidly, at one moment they can be completely calm and a second later be raging. Waters can be very sneaky and dangers so be careful not to piss one off or their revenge will be slow to come but very affective. Counter Element is Fire
Earth: As in rocks, dirt, and Mountains. These characters are quiet but strong, mostly passive and soft spoken but very firm in what they believe and always ready to defend all they hold dear. Counter Element is Air
Air: These characters are daydreamers and aloof, but always have a sweet smile for a friend, which they have plenty of. Counter Element is Earth.
Sub Elements: Nature, Lightning, Ice, and Plasma
Nature: A mix between Water and Earth (trees and such). They are not overly aggressive characters, but they do anger more quickly than an Earth mage. Counter Element is Lightning
Lightning: A mix between Fire and Air. These mages are very ‘me first’, they are not selfish or uncaring; they are always willing to lend an ear after they are done talking to you first. Counter Element is Nature
Ice: A mix between Water and Air. These characters are fiercely protective and will always jump without looking to defend anything they see as theirs. They can be very cold to those they do not like or do not trust, but once you have gotten past that they will make sure nothing ever happens to you. Counter Element is Plasma.
Plasma: A mix between Fire and Earth (Lava, pretty much). Plasma mages are very secretive and switch between needing to be in constant motion to never leaving, there is no in between for them. Counter Element is Ice.
Sub elements are not weaker then main elements in anyway. Thought I should state that again for you.
Spiritual Element:
Light This is the ability to control light itself, not fire or anything like that but actual light. Just because a character is a light mage does not mean it is dictated by being holy and good. In fact, there are a few that are actually rogues that will cheat and steal to their hearts content.
Dark Or more shadows. These characters are born with wings, whether they are feathered like or bat like. The wings are always black. Now, like light mages, just because they control shadows does not mean that they are bad people. Most Shadow mages have a greedy and arrogant outlook on life, but there are a few that are actually kind and sweet.
In order to play either of these last two elements I want a full description on how you plan to be using it. These two elements are very important and the center piece of the elements and I will not be letting just anyone play them! I know this seems harsh but I will not have some ‘White Knight’ character traveling the country side as the most powerful of characters! And I will not be having cliché’s like a dark mage that goes around killing people.

Mages:
After you pick the element you want, you must pick your magic type. There are 4 choices.
The Naturals: They are ones born with the ability to use the magic when ever, like with emotions or just have it under control. Natural mages were the original mages back when magic was first born upon this planet, but as time went on and the magicks of old began to age there were less and less of them, so now they are a rare bread. It is near impossible for a sub element to be natural because it is a combination of two elements, therefore its nature is not pure. Given this fact though, they do have more control over their element in all the other types, they are just not able to be Natural, those that are have a tendency to be vastly more powerful than any other element, almost to a point of destroying the one that holds that element.
The Focus Users: These mages use some type of magic gem, necklace, and what not to focus their powers and grasp onto them. Once the Naturals started to decrease in amount, in order to bring out the power that still lied within humans’ souls, they were given specific items to make them more aware of their elements
The Musical Mages: They are the ones to use instruments or songs to pull their magic out. These are in more abundance, but instead of just using an item to bring out the dying magic, they are given an item as well as song.
The Spellcasters: They are not born with actual magic, but they do hold an element. In order to get a hold of this element they must use spells. Spellcasters are the most common type of Mage in this time, but there is a huge difference between a Spellcaster and a Wizard or Witch. Spellcasters were destined to find the specific spells to use their elements but somewhere along the way those without an element found out about the spells and started to use them for their own, creating a Witch or Wizard. This was the cause of much chaos, and still brings trouble upon the world at times.
Again I state that there is no strength difference between any of these magic types, it just happens that the magic of old had weakened to where it could not birth people with the born ability to reach their power anymore. The strength of a mage relies totally upon the person in control of it.
In light of recent events I feel it is needed to explain this more clearly. No mage type is better than the others. Each one has their strengths and weaknesses. Where Spellcasters, Focus users, and Musical users can manifest their element in an incredible amount of power, without their focus (spell, gem, or instrument) they can barely manifest their power at all. Naturals have no focus, so they can manifest their power at will it is not concentrated on the same level that the others can achieve. Also, should a Natural lose control then they are ******** because their element will destroy them completely. It does not matter what type of mage they are, everything depends on the amount of power the mage can control. Again! It does not matter the TYPE everything depends on the AMOUNT of power the mage can CONTROL. (Yes I do realize that I am abusing the caplock button, but damnit it is needed!!) The next person to not follow with this will be immediately put into the Black box with no hesitation.

Dragons: Dragons within this world are separated into colors, white, black, yellow, blue, green, red, gold, and silver. Each color is associated with a certain element. Dragons are also able to take on human forms, their dragon forms, and something in between (example). When in their human forms Dragons are more often than not confused with vampires. Their teeth keep their fang length; ears are pointed, and have slit pupils. Their hair coloring and eye coloring go along with what color type they are. This is not to say that a yellow dragon in human form will have bright yellow hair, but can have more of a blond color. This will be more explained with each individual color. When in their dual form they more or less keep the shape of a human, but with obvious differences. Colored scales begin to cover their body, their hands and feet become clawed, and, if they choose, a smaller version of their wings and tails appear. A dragon form is more like the western idea of dragons than the eastern, serpent type. Also Dragons do not adhere to the strict sleep schedule that most creatures do and thus, under strenuous circumstances can remain awake for months at a time, but if they do this than once they do sit down to rest they will be asleep for at least a week at a time, nothing can wake them up at this point.
White: White dragons are usually associated with light mages and all that is good, but like light mages they aren’t completely stereotypical. These are the most neutral of dragons and do not bother to get involved with anyone else. They are extremely apathetic. When in human form(example), they have white blond-hair and these are probably the most obvious of dragons in their human forms, like black-dragons, because their eyes are completely white and have no pupils, and are extremely pale. They are very mage using dragons. These are rare dragons and I probably won’t be letting many people be one.
Black: Black dragons, unlike Dark mages, are overall, generally evil. Most wizards only spend their life hunting black dragons, though some don’t care. Black dragons don’t really have any clans or tribes of any kind and pretty much hate everybody. In their human form(example) they are as recognizable as white dragons. They have pitch-black hair and their eyes are completely black as well, they are also just as pale as white dragons. These dragons will use any means necessary to achieve their goals, be it magic, force, etc. Rare as well so don’t get your hopes up of being one
Yellow: Yellow dragons are very much like the air mages. When in their human form(example) they can have any shade of blond colored hair and yellow eyes. They can control the element of air and prefer using magic to anything else. Skin tone can very from slightly tan to bronze.
Blue: Blue dragons are obviously like the water mages. In their human form(example) they more often than not have either dark, midnight blue hair, or a softer, sky-blue color that at first glance almost gets passed off as blonde; same thing with their eyes. They almost always have extremely tan skin. These dragons alternate between magic and force.
Green: Green dragons are like earth dragons. When in human form(example) they have either grassy colored hair or forest green, again eyes the same. Skin tone is usually just slightly tanned. They prefer force to mage.
Red: Red again is like fire. In human form(example) they usually have fire-bright red hair, bright red eyes, and medium tanned skin. They absolutely love using force rather than magic.
Gold: Gold dragons aren’t associated with a specific elemental mage, but rather the metal with which their name comes from. They are a very bright and arrogant race of dragons. Even when in human form(example) they won’t hesitate to tell the world that they are a gold dragon and have no problem proving it. They usually have bright bronze colored hair and bright golden or hazel eyes, and of course bronze colored skin.
Silver: Silver dragons are very similar to gold dragons in that they are more like their metal than any specific element but have been known to use ice on occasion and are very proud of their dragon heritage, but they are definitely not arrogant like the gold dragons. In human form(example)they have hair similar to that of white dragons though it can be distinguished by the fact that it almost always has silver strands along with the blond-white, and their eyes are either a bright silver or grey, skin usually slightly pale.
White: White dragons are usually associated with light mages and all that is good, but like light mages they aren’t completely stereotypical. These are the most neutral of dragons and do not bother to get involved with anyone else. They are extremely apathetic. Creatures:
Phoenix: Most Phoenixes are regular fire elements, but some can also control plasma as well. When in there human form their feathers and wings become their clothing. For example a female phoenix’s wings will form into a shirt and skirt to cover her. Their feathers are a combination of red, yellow, and orange, this combination can be any pattern you want, make it your own. In human form their hair can range from any shade of red, yellow, or orange maybe even a mix of two or all three. Their eyes are similar in that regard as well. Most of the time a phoenix in their beast form has very long tail feathers that give off the appearance of fire. The myth of a Phoenix being born from its ashes is part of my phoenix type as well, so feel free to us it to its fullest. A phoenix does have the possibility of being between forms, it’s just very difficult for them to maintain as their wings are sometimes the clothes upon their bodies.
Faeries: These creatures are more often then not found as small people, but should they need to they can grow into a human size, but it is unmistakable that they are faeries because of their wings and ears. The color of faerie depends on the element in which they use, and the element depends on what season they are born from: not in, from. The season of Spring produces Nature elements, between Spring and Summer are Lightning Elements, Summer is Earth elements, between Summer and Fall are Plasma elements, Fall creates Fire elements, Between Fall and Winter are Air elements, Winter forms Ice elements and between Winter and Spring is Water elements. Fire is orange, Plasma is a deep red, Earth is brown, Nature is green, Ice is silver, Air is white, and Lightning is yellow.
Unicorns: It is very rare to find a unicorn in its horse form as they are the most vulnerable in such a state. In human form their hair is either gold or silver, and I do not mean a blondish color or pale white color. They have small versions of their horns still on their heads. The horn can be any combination of gold and silver you want it to be. Unicorns are healers, so their magic revolves around protective spells and healing. In beast form their pelt is white or silver while their main, tails, and hooves are gold. Their eye color can be whatever you want them to be. They do not have a between form.
Air Serpents: No, not dragons, these creatures are giant snakes with wings. Their main element is air but they have been known to tinker with lightning from time to time. For a creature that spends its time in the clouds they are very practical people and extremely serious. They are not arrogant like most dragons but they do hold a great pride in self-awareness. In beast form their color and pattern ranges to all the spectrums of regular snakes, and beyond. In human form their hair mimics that of their wings and their eyes are still snake like. They also have the ability to go into a between form which means their wings come out and they grow a couple of scales and if they are really pissed then they can turn their lower body into that of a snake, but no tails suddenly sprouting out of their backsides like dragons.
Pegasus: They are similar to unicorns and are not found in beast form. They have similar types to horses but with wings so their human forms are based off of the horse forms coloring. Example: If your horse has a tan pelt and a cream colored main then their human form will have creamy hair. They are able to have their wings grow in human form is they want or in extreme emotional moments. Their magic abilities are the same as unicorns, so they are healers as well.
Griffins: Griffins are very intellectual beings. So in a sense they are kind of nerdy, but the older they are the wiser and nobler. Griffins are a mix of browns and tan coloring and that is reflected in their human forms, unfortunately they can not be completely human and their feet are that of lions’ paws. Their magic relies on spellcasting but because of their mystical status they are fast learns and very powerful. They are able to grow wings in human form and have a lion’s tail.
Nymphs: They can be either gender, I will not limit it to being females. Nymphs are usually in human form but when scared they turn into nature things (Ex. Trees, flowers, rocks, bushes, etc.) Nymphs are very beautiful creatures and are very sensual, they know instinctually how to please their mates. The careless ones have been known to get captured and sold as the most sought after and rare of sex slaves, so be watch it. Their magic depends on Nature and Earth elements.
Sprites: They are like nymphs but are often confused with faeries or merpeople. Sprites are born from the elements themselves but look like faeries minus the wings. Sprites are very mysterious creatures because they are very silent, it is not that they do not wish to share their culture, they would just rather listen to what others have to say and are very shy. Like nymphs, if they are threatened they will turn into the element which they have come from. They live mostly in the place of their birth unless they are brave enough to venture out, so water sprites live in the ancient and powerful lakes, nature sprites live in the forests of old, and so on. Sprites are also able to grow to human size as well. Their magic is based on the element that birthed them.
Elemental Beasts: Like Sprites, these creatures are born from the elements themselves but in the form of animals. The most common are Lightning (sometimes they are confused with werewolves), Ice, Air, and Nature, but there have been cases of Fire, Earth, Plasma, and Water being born as animals as well. These creatures are mostly the pets of powerful mages but they can become human if they want, they just prefer being in animal form. The younger can not go all human just yet so they will have ears and tails when they try to go human. There are only a few that stay in human form and must be in complete control of themselves.
NO ELVES!!!!!! But if there are other creatures you feel I have missed out on please PM me with an explanation and I will add it to the list of creatures.
Phoenix: Most Phoenixes are regular fire elements, but some can also control plasma as well. When in there human form their feathers and wings become their clothing.

Gods:
There are many gods of this world as it is the only way to keep balance and harmony to it. For ever person they are born under a specific God or Goddess and they are the ones that watch over them.
There are gods of the mystical beasts and creatures. They are two mighty dragons that keep peace among the demigods of the beasts. Each type of dragon is born under one of these demigods, making them the color they are.
For Mages, there is a God or Goddess of each element. When you are born, you are blessed by one of these gods and gifted the control of their element. The Spiritual elements Gods rule together hand in hand. Nibucio and his mate Sabitian watch over the interactions of the spirits of the elements making sure none becomes more powerful than the others.
There are three Goddesses that hold control over the Planes. One is the Goddess of Life and Reincarnations, she is known as Chikucati and she lives within the protective and loving arms of her own mate, the Goddess of Death, thievery and judgement, she is Nicolita. The last, is the Goddess of the Psyche and the weaver of matches, or better known as Match maker. She carefully pulls the strands of two or three people together, connecting them to their chosen mates. For each Seme (Dominate) there is a specific Uke (Submissive), or in special cases an Uke and a Meede (Half Seme and Half Uke). With this she also gifts out the abilities of empathy, telekinesis, and other ESP.
In this world one is not born from the dance between bodies. Once the Chosen Seme and Uke meet, and they feel it is time, Catalia will whisper the spell of Essence to the Uke. After the Uke repeats the words, and the Seme answers it with his own instinctual verse, the spell will pull out a bit of essence from each person and weave together to create their child. This makes the gender of the parents insignificant.
Then, to complete this circle of rule are the three Gods that reign supreme. They are known as the Irony Gods. One for Situational and the God of Ukes, Ryarico. One for Verbal and God of Meede, Nicolasio. And there dominant mate, the God of Dramatic Irony and Semes, Ericasito. Together they are the keepers of the Fantasy World.

Villages:
Most villages are controlled by one type of element, but not all. There are many villages that are used for trading and resting places for travelers that are a mix of many different types as well as being the home of many regular humans.
Fire Mage Villages: They are not openly welcoming and very suspicious of others. They will let you stay for a night, but you had better by leaving by morning.
Water Mage Villages: They seem to be very accepting of any traveler that comes through, but you had better watch your step and make sure you are not treading through anyone’s traditions or you will find yourself in a world of trouble.
Air Mage Villages: They are one of the most welcoming of mage villages and will let just about anyone stay with them. They do have some rules but understand if you accidentally break one.
Earth Mage Villages: These are some of the most passive people in the world. They happily let anyone into their village, homes, and lives. They take very good care of anyone that should stumble upon their door step.
Nature Mage Villages: They also welcome others happily, but still hold an air of suspicion. Should they find any reason not to trust you, then you will find yourself thrown out faster then you can ask them to wait.
Lightning Mage Villages: They do not like to let others in without good reason to, but their village is one of the most beautiful as they love to surround themselves in some of the most valuable of things. With this comes many thieves and that keeps them weary of others.
Ice Mage Villages: They have been in the same places since they day they built their village. They do not like to move and they are openly suspicious of others that are not them. But once you have earned their trust they are about as nice as any Earth Village.
Plasma Mage Villages: They are constantly on the move, or have never moved at all. It is always difficult to tell with the Plasma Mages. Sometimes they will stay around for awhile, or just up and move at a moments notice. So if you are lucky to actually find a Village still inhabited, well then you had better watch yourself carefully.
Light Mage Villages: They are the scholarly type and have many big building full of books. They will let anyone in that shows a real interest in learning or is in desperate need of assistance. They are not all that suspicious of others; they just find that they have better things to be doing then tending to the lazy.
Shadow Mage Villages: Don’t Go There, unless you can afford to pay their prices or are a shadow mage yourself. No light mage is welcome inside their huge walls and they find other mages to be beneath them. So you better have a lot of money in your purse or you are SOL.
The Mystical Creatures prefer to live in the wild in which their own element is closely related to. For example the Nymphs will live in the forests, and the Air Serpents on high mountains. They will often live in packs and do not like to mix with others.

White Box: ::Sings:: If I had a Little white box to put my good friends in, I would take them out and *kiss* *kiss* *kiss* and put them back again!!!
If I am not around guess who you are going to have to listen to. And I trust Vynt to know what is good for this RP considering she helped me with it. If any of you mess with my White Box people then you will be Black Boxed in a heart beat and I will make you look like a complete idiot in this Roleplay.
