Hello & welcome
to my breedables interest thread. By looking around in
general I see plenty of "furry" breedables but I've yet
to discover a breedables shop that revolves solely around
catboys and catgirls. & Thanks to - Gabriel -, I've discovered
how much I actually like drawing them, and she encouraged
me to start a shop of my own.

This will be a breedables shop based very loosely on the
Anime/Manga LOVELESS. All the breedable pets will be
feline and cat-like, and if at any stage they engage in
promiscous behavior....their ears and tails will fall off sad
However, that's pretty much where all similarity/relevance
between the shop concept and the series ends.

The purpose of this thread is to get a feel for how
many people would be interested if I opened such a
breedables shop. Feel free to browse through the
posts below and post your comments or questions
and such. This will be the first time I'm doing this sort
of thing, so please be kind. =] Even if you don't like it,
please please make a post and tell me why. Because if
not enough people are interested, (less than 100
people vote "yes" by the end of November or
the %tage of positive votes is less than 75%),
I probably won't launch the shop

In ancient times, cats used to be revered greatly and even worshipped as gods. Particularly on the sacred Isle of Saint Morning, the inhabitants especially revered these feline creatures, treating them with the utmost respect and care and sharing with them a special empathetic affinity. Felinis, the chief deity that the Saint Morning people worshipped, is usually depicted as a voluptuous woman with cat eyes, ears and nine tails. It was said that cats on the Isle of Saint Morning had curiously long lifespans, and could live as long as humans. Some even said that the cats could communicate with their chosen owners. When confronted by these rumors, the people of Saint Morning would only smile mysteriously and say nothing.

Because of their care and love, a special bond was created between man and beast, and it was said that the Felinis herself sent down cat-like guardians to repay the kindness that the people of the Isle had shown to their kind. However, time passed, circumstances altered, and people changed. As the weather turned harsh and the struggle for food and survival became rougher, some began to forget about their gods and abandon the old ways. A rift appeared between those who clung to the old ways and those who had abandoned them, and mistrust and conflict split them even further apart. Many left the Isle in search of better opportunities on the mainland, and those who left never returned.

Of the people who remained, several died from starvation and disease, and even more died from an invasion from a tribe of unknown people that landed on the shores of the Isle one day. No one knew how they managed to get there, for the Isle was enchanted by Felinis and said to be impossible to find unless one had been touched by the goddess.

Perhaps the people had fallen so far from their old ways that even the protection of Felinis had waned. The invaders took whatever they found was profitable, branded the old cat-worshipping religion as heresy, and burned and killed all the guardians they could find, leaving only when they had thoroughly ransacked the island and could find nothing more that they could use. The land, already ruined by the previous drought, was of no use to them. What people who managed to survive either left with the invaders or by other means.

The isle is now deserted and ovverun by wild beasts. The land is torched and scarred, the villages destroyed, the temples forsaken. After the invaders left, it rained for three days and nights, creating a small lake in the centre of the isle.

People say that it was Felinis' tears.

MAIN FACTS:
- The shop's RP setting is based loosely in the world of Gaia.
- The Felinis (demi-humans with a cat-like appearance), named after their goddess, were guardians of the people living in a secluded isle off the shores of Gambino Island named Saint Morning Isle.
- The Felinis population was devastated by natural disasters and later, a horrible invasion.
- Most of the adult Felinis died in the incident, leaving only their helpless young offspring behind.
- L.O.V.E.L.E.S.S. is the name of an orphanage run by Yoruka and her brother Akiya, in order to make sure the surviving young of the Felinis are sent to good homes.
- More Felinis may have survived, but have either gone missing or have blended so well into Gaian society that they no longer look any different from normal Gaian people.

LOVELESS originally used to be the guardians of the people of Saint Morning Isle. However, as time passed, they lost most of their original powers and now the remaining the survivors, the kitten Loveless, need guardians instead because they are still very young and fragile.

The collar you choose is very important. It is your bond between yourself and your loveless. When you recieve your collar, you must carry it around you at all times. The longer you carry it, the stronger the bond becomes. Eventually, the bond will be strong enough that you can summon your Loveless to your side. Your loveless can grow up to be your most valuable companion or your worst enemy--it all depends on how you raise it.

I am sorry to inform you there isn't much else information available right now. This shop is still in the conceptual stages, hence it's just an interest thread.
