Squinty Kitty has been art thefted...it's actually quite funny!

An exiled royal cook in the Tokogawa period made powerful weapons in secret: The Squinty Obento, or lunch box. These mysterious lunch boxes are found all over Japan and I've collected several, which I've decided to share with the world. Leave the obentos for several days, and kitties will appear inside! For more on the historical background of the Kitties visit the Role Play!

I'm new to this pet making business, so please help me by giving me lots of advice!

Stages:


When the kitty first arrives, it won't be accostomed to the world, so it will just sit inside, or on top of it's obento for several days. This is the 'intermediate stage'.
Stage one: 1 day.
Intermediate stage: 3 days
Stage two: 3 days
Stage three: Complete
Kitties will only change and grow if you buy the in their obento form from a flat sale.

• You can buy a kitty which isn't interactive. You buy them in their adult form. These are always on sale.

• You can have an identity scroll and a house, but your kitty will not go through change.
  
• You may now direct link kitties to the file that I send you, in fact I prefer that you did, so I can update them straight away if you decide to buy new itmes.
  
• Non-interactive kitties can still participate in the role play, but can only raise in rank and class by buying scrolls.

The identity scroll looks like this:

• It takes me work to make an identity scroll, so it will cost you 500g!
  
• You will be sent the Itentity scroll as well as a sprite of the kitty without the scroll for use on the Role Play. Please direct link to this file!
  
• You can only choose the name, personality and clan of the kitty, all other information, such as it's rank and class are predecided.
  
• [hp] = hunger points. Raise this by filling the obento, or buying other items that raise hp. Keep this above 0 or you kitty may leave and become and Ronin. (not available for non-interactives)
  
• [pp] = pride points. Raise this by buying clothing and items. At obento stage, pp will be full. As soon as kitty reaches stage 3, it will drop to 0. Keep this above 0.(not available for non-interactives)

Buy a house for your kitty to live in. A house will increase [pp] by 10 points! The room will be placed next to the identity scroll, like this:

At any time after you've bought you kitty, you can buy a house by following the form listed in the second post.

Your kitty will raise in rank as you participate in the Role Play. The current class progressions is something like this:

If you already own kitties either from Version 1.0 or Mark Two, you can now give them identity scrolls and rooms! Just reply to this post to get one! Identity Scrolls will cost you another 500g sweatdrop They are actually a bit of work to make!

There will be competitions for three spots for non-interactive kitties to become interactive! This information will be released soon!

~FAQ~

Q: When will I get my kitty?
A: If the shop isn't bz and if I am online you should get your kitty within the hour of your request! However I'm not glued too the box (all the time)!

Q: It's been several days now and I still haven't got my kitty!
A: This could be because of a number of reasons:

• You didn't start the trade!
  
• You didn't indicate in your trade what page your kitty order was on and I couldn't find it! (though I will normally give it a good shot)
  
• The shop is busy.
  
• I haven't been able to go online...
  
• I have not forgotten, so please don't drown me in PM's!
  

Q: Why didn't you accept my request to trade?
A: I'll only accept your trade once I've delivered your kitty!

Q: Can I jump the que by PM'n my order?
A: No sweatdrop

Q: I put the kitty in my sig but it's not showing up anymore!
A: This could happen for a number of reaons.

• If you kitty is hosted on my iinet server, it is possible the server may be down from time to time, but it does not happen often!
• The address of the kitty may be one that is blocked by the computer you are using, for example, if you are at shcool
• I've accidentally deleted your file. This is rare.

If your kitty has disappeared, just wait for a while, and chances are it will show up again. If it doesn't show up after a day, contact me! ^_^


Q: Some of the items say 'Clan Only'. What does this mean?
A: You can only buy this item if you have joined a clan in the Squinty Kitties RP. And even when you have done that you can only buy the items marked for your particular clan!

Q: Some of the items say 'Rank Only'. What does this mean?
A: You can only buy this item if you have reached a certain rank on your class path.

Q: Photo Bucket is easy to use, so can I save the kitty to my account there if I prefer?
A: If you do this, you should try to keep the original file's url somewhere, because I won't be PM'n you again to tell you the updates are made.

Q: I've made orders to change the kitty I already own. How will I know you've updated them?
A: When I have updated your kitty, I will accept your trade! That's how you know ^_^

Q: Can I turn the non-interactive kitty I already own into an interactive?
A: You can do this through winning competitions which will be released soon!!

Q: If my kitty isn't interactive, can I still RP?
A: I will love for you to RP! But your kitty will not grow or rise in rank, unless you buy Scrolls!

Q: How do I change the class or my kitty?
A: By a scroll!
