Who are you? A doll owner who gained interest from the invite? A wanderer, intrigued by the idea of flaffles, giveaways, and plushie sells? Or perhaps you just happened upon this place by accident. Whatever the reason, read on, and when you are through, have yourself some fun at this roleplay event. We welcome all here!

Starts: Tuesday, August 08 at 11:30 p.m. CST (7 p.m. GST)
Ends: Friday, September 04 at 9:00 p.m. CST (2 p.m. GST)

The event may run over multiple days in the roleplayer's time, but in the roleplay character's time it is only one day. For them it starts and ends on August 8, 2006.

Note: The event allows both guardians and non-guardians. This post, however, only refers to those who currently own a doll.

An invitation was sent out, the words ‘Bellus Pupa’ lavishly written in cursive on the front. All those who bought a doll from the small shop received it. The reader may open the letter, possibly wondering how the people at Bellus Pupa knew where to send, forgetting they had filled out a form on the day of their first purchase. Inside the card reads:

Invitation
You have been invited to a meeting of the doll lovers on August 8th, 2006. This is no normal meeting, however, and you and any other people you bring will be greeted with shops, food, and rides. Here you can meet others like you and have fun doing it!

P.S. Do not forget to bring your doll and invitation!


As the person reads farther into the card, he or she will find the address. Now, this person may wonder why the “party” shall be taking place on what he/she thought was an unowned piece of land. He/she is merely mistaken, for the ownership belongs to the shop owner of Bellus Pupa.

What was once a plain field has now been transformed, as those who come to the Bellus Pupa meeting shall see. Around the meeting place (which was not, however, the whole field) a gate had been put up. There was one entrance at the front, facing the road. The shop keeper Aki stands out front, taking up the invitations from partygoers. As she receives the cards she has the person right his/her name down in a little black book, for future reference. It also seems curious people without an invitation showed up. Aki wrote these people down in the book as well and allowed them in, as long as they were fully clothed, of course.

Once the person is inside the fence, he/she sees something similar to a small fair. There a few rides, such a merry-go-round, Ferris wheel, and some funny looking spinning spider thing, perfect for a playful prairie dog. There was, too, an above-ground swimming pull, for any of those water-loving people. Whoever set this up conveniently has swimsuits for sell beside the pool area, too. Far more interesting than the pool was an almost bare area, where there was a strange tree perfect for a cat to climb and grass for a pretty cow to chew. Maybe the people who set this up decided not to uproot the tree and left the area bare, but who knows?

Greater than all of this was the shop area. Here there were food stands selling all kinds of food, from delectable chocolate and ice cream to Italian and Japanese food. One stand seemed to stick out, though, with a large sign. The writing on it was complete gibberish, unfortunately, but it was obvious this person sold plushies. The man was shouting at the top of his lungs, over the crowd and machines, to speak of his stuffed animals. He sometimes jumped on the table, and even a few lucky people had plushies thrown at them, before he snatched them back to return to his pile. One may question his mental status, but why should that matter when he is selling these things at such a great price?

In the middle of all these things was a stage. On it four chairs were placed, behind a podium. On this podium, however, was a fake raven, ever watchful eyes placed behind the microphone.

Someone may wonder how this was all set up so quickly, and how all this stuff came about here. The answer? The owner of Bellus Pupa has connections. He has money, too, to fuel this doll hobby of his.

Now let’s see how many come to see all this…

The Bellus Pupa owner announced a raffle for two dolls. 'Bob' awarded a plushie to Cal (Flamefire123) for winning a raffle. He also randomly sold two-for-one plushies to Naiya (infidelities). No one was able to buy the dolls at the event, though the owner said he would sell them at the shop. The event ended, but not before revealing a little about the NPCs. The golden one ends up giving one of his rings from his shop to 'Bob' to test out. Bob also gave out his shop card to all the buyers, but unfortunately (or possibly fortunately) for them the address just leads you to an abandoned shop. 'Bob' has also agreed to do research on something for Bellus Pupa.

General Rules
1. Respect everyone.
2. We work hard to make the pets and plot, so do not steal or edit them.
3. No begging/whining for a pet or plushie. The owners are less likely to make one for someone that does. This goes double for whining for a free pet.
4. If you win/buy a pet, it is best that the buyer has the money ready right then.
5. No refunds on dolls after they are bought. If the pet is not to the buyer's liking, then alterations can be made, but money cannot be given back.
6. Read the whole first page before asking questions, buying, making offers, or roleplaying.
7. If the owners decide something, do not argue or complain. The owners are able to change and add rules as they like.
8. If you need a payment plan to purchase a doll, just ask. We're pretty cool about that.
9. If you have any complaints or suggestions you would like to be kept private, PM the shop mule.

Roleplay Rules
1. If it does apply to the roleplay, post in OOC. ((This type is acceptable, as is brackets.)) Please take conversations to the main thread, though.
2. Keep everything PG-13. (This mostly means no cybering. If you want to describe a gory scene it will be allowed. We love gore!)
3. Keep bad language to a minimum when around pets in the children stage. Children are impressionable.
4. Stay in character.
5. No God-modding. (No killing, breaking, raping, or any other bad thing to another person's character. Also, you're not invincible, you can get hurt.)
6. If you kill off your character, they stay dead. Be careful that you don't waste 10k on a doll just to break it.
7. If the owners say something is not allowed, then it is not allowed.

Some of you were drawn in here at the mention of a flaffle. This flaffle shall be a bit different, so make sure to pay close attention to the rules and explanation.

1. If you wish to enter the flaffle, post "FLAFFLE -doll name-" in green-colored font at the end of your post. After this you will be added to the list. Yes, even current doll owners can enter, too!
2. Impress us with your roleplaying skills or characters and you may end up on the list multiple times. This gives you more chances to win, so try hard for this!
3. At the end of the event we will roll the die to see who wins. If we get less than three (3) people entering on a doll, the doll will not be sold in the flaffle. Everyone who entered for said doll will be refunded all their money. The doll will later be sold in a flatsale. The same will be done if neither doll reaches three (3) entrants.
4. After winning the flaffle send 8k to the mule account along with the doll’s new name. This is 2k less than the regular flatsale price!

So how will your character get these tickets in the event? Each new person that enters the place Tsurara will hand a ticket. He does not catch everyone, however (those who do not enter), and he sometimes forgets people, giving them a second or third ticket (those who amaze us with their roleplaying). He’ll probably run away or have Yoru protect him if anyone tries to force tickets off him, so that’s out of the question. Have fun, and good luck!


Note: Remember, the characters in the event do not know what souls possessed the dolls. Unless they have heard rumors or can sense the presence of the souls, they probably don’t even know they are inhabited by a creature’s soul.

Remember, it is possible for your form to be denied… Before the plushie is started on you will receive a PM from the mule account saying how much it will cost. If you still want it, send a trade with the gold. The trade will be accepted after the custom is finished. AND THEN WE CAN ALL BE HAPPY WITH GOLD AND SQUISHY PLUSHIES, RIGHT?!
