It's all up except for the online/offline status bar. Make sure everything works for me?
Also, I only have two patches in my quilt. That's kind of pathetic. Show off your profile to me so maybe I can patch you! xd

I love the background music! xp

But everything else is kinda blah. Its extremely black and grungy and makes the buttons hard to use. sweatdrop

But the layout is okay once you stare at it for a while. 3nodding

Well, I COMPLETELY redid how navigation is handled.

I tore the thing apart, and now it has no background, but eh. Looks kind of better this way. I guess I'll put the background on the profile page itself instead of in the flash.

Anyway, there's some issues if you have the xspf player open while the music video is playing, but that's easily fixed so I'll do it when I get home from work.

If you can't see the new version(Niether the upper part nor the lower should have a background other than the black border) do a hard refresh(in firefox, ctrl + f5, or alt + f5. I forget which. In IE, you just have to clear your cache).

Clicking on a menu item will give you a pop-up of a lot of links. Less space to take up, yey!
Clicking "X" closes the popup. Or just click another menu item. I think I put them on the same layer, still.

Anyway, the last two menu items don't work because I haven't made them yet. But the links in each pop-up are ready to go(Multimedia is a bigass section).

I haven't figured out where I want to put the "Unload Xspf Player" button yet. I guess I could put iti n the player itself...

Anyway, I need suggestions on if I should add/subtract anything else.

I'd also like to add an awards section somewhere, but I'm not quite sure how I'm goingt o implement it, considering the awards I won aren't for the current layout. Should I make a new page or a new pop-up? Bleh. If I make a new page, I might as well put the quilt in there, too.

Anywayy, while testing out the links myself, I realised.. The links in multimedia:
WIP MV "Gaians" doesn't link to anything. And PostSecret ID links to the wrong thing.
well. I'm not going to bother telling you the link to PostSecret ID 'cause it takes a while to find and I really need to get ready for work, but here's the Gaians MV WIP Link for the time being:

All the links have been fixed, new issues that came up with the xspf player were fixed, and new submenus were added.

Quilt + Patch are going to be in a linked Gaia thread. So are Awards. Commission me will probably be a thread also, but I may put it in the flash because I feel like it.

The xspf player is currently not displaying any playlists because the host for it is down. There's nothing I cand o about that, and I really don't feel like transferring all the files and rewriting the playlist right now. Or ever, really. I'll just make a new playlist eventually and switch hosts then.

Anyway, I'm going to go make those gaia threads now, but in the meantime, enjoy the profile! ^_^
(and report any problems/suggestions/whatever!)

  • I'd make all the fonts in the actual page bold to match the flash stuff
  • I don't know if it's just in firefox (too lazy to look in IE right now) but your blocks don't seem to line up with the background at all. Also, with my resolution, the page scrolls, which wouldn't be a problem except that you've got the background fixed, so the boxes that already don't quite line up move even further out of the spaces they're supposed to be in.
  • It isn't obvious enough what the little black bar thingies do. It took me longer than I'd liked to stop your video (I'll watch it later b/c I'm sure it's good xd )
  • I'd use the blue color in a few more places if you can, maybe as link colors or something, or maybe in the images. It looks kinda out of place right now.


That's really all I've got for now xd

It's really nice, 9/10. Only one thing I noticed wrong, your avatar seems to be a bit above where it should be (it's right on top of a black line in your background).
