Hey There!
____Yeah, hey. Welcome to my art shop! I finally decided to open one, instead of hosting it through my journal. . . That gets odd, and it is very inconvenient. I wish to write things in there every so often that have nothing to do with art. So anyway. This post is really useless at the moment, save for odd updates, the beginning banner, and a directory. So! Let me set up those things for you. . .
Updates:
A disclaimer and some rules/regulations or whatever, have been added.
Please read it!
Please read it!
Disclaimer/Rules:
____I hold all rights to the images I draw. I may display them in my gallery on DeviantART, and if I deem the picture good enough to sell, I hold the right to sell it in my shop on DeviantART. I also hold the rights to refuse certain content, if I have not listed it in my won'ts (such as certain poses, et cetera), or to give exceptions to people who ask for exeptions to the won'ts, and I deem them worthy (whether through bribery or just the fact that I know them as a friend, or what have you) to give that exception to. I also may take as long as I desire to get the picture to you, as long as I feel it is an okay length of time. This means, if I am struck with real-life crises or a form of artist's block, and I take a small hiatus from Gaia or from drawing, then you cannot get bitchy with me in my taking a while to get the picture to you. I will get the picture to you, and if I do not, I will refund whatever money you have paid me. I believe that is all for now, but if there is more, I shall edit this.
____Also, if you do not confirm the trade in which to pay me, you shall not recieve the picture, nor shall you recieve a watermarked version. This is because, if you see the watermarked version and choose you do not like it, and you do not pay me, it was wasted time and effort on my part, which I don't often have too much free time to waste on someone who is going to be rude. In order to see a watermarked version, you must have paid at least half of what is promised, so that I know your intentions are true in buying a picture. There will be no refunds if you are not satisfied. I say that now, because I cannot predict what you will or will not like, and I will not have wasted time to only have someone tell me they do not like a picture that maybe they really do like, and me give them back their money . . . then I discover a day or so, or a week, or whatever, later, that they have the picture I drew for them in their signature or journal, showing it off as "Free art". I know I am not very trusting, but I am doing this to make gold, so that my quests can be completed.
____Thank you for reading--and please, do have read this. I don't want unneccessary bitching.
