Introduction

Hi and welcome to Anti_Neoqueen's Insane Auction, which just happens to be my first and hopefully last art auction! Please read the rules carefully and enjoy viewing my art. ^^

Start Date: Oct 21 2005

Mixed Media Auction
End Date: Tentatively April 8th. (I say tentatively b/c my schedule fills up rather randomly. I picked a week that seems like there is nothing going on, but by that week, I may have to work full hours.)

Copic Marker Auction

Copic Marker Auction Change!!! I've been thinking about it more and more and at first I just wanted to cancel this particular auction. I don't think that even a halo could make up for the effort it takes to make pieces like those...and it definitely wouldn't cover the ink used. razz But, I have decided to keep the auction going, but the starting bid will be changed to Angelic Minis. Sorry to all those who have bid on my copic marker auction already.

What you're bidding on
Pick a category and bid on it. I will draw a full body image of your avi, original character or even yourself, slylized of course.

[edit] I require full artistic license on the Mixed Media collage. (Meaning that I will have complete control over the piece. You tell me the subject matter, i.e. avi, OC, etc, and I will take it from there.) What you want may not be feasible with the materials that I am using. I may have to cut part of the body off and do a closer shot for it to look good. (As opposed to a full body.)

I also require a lot of freedom for the Copic Marker piece, but for that I am positive that I can fit a full body on the page and still retain the details.

I am always willing to negotiate. For example, the winner of the watercolor auction will be getting two pieces done in the coloring style of the Marker/Photoshop Collage auction. (She loved that style so much.)

What I will NOT draw
I will not draw yaoi, uri, hentai, Anthro, mecha, group shots, shounen-ai, shoujo-ai or any nudity.

If for some reason I...
miss my own auction, the auction will have to be extended! I must be here for all ending auctions. The only reason why I would miss an auction would be because of work, family, weird family crises or have no internet. (I will not just miss an auction to extend it.)

Can you send me the original via mail?
It depends on two things: If it the art piece is completely non-digital and how much it goes for.

Do you take items?
Yes, yes I do. I like Angelic and Nitemare items most. Com'n Nitemare Bustier or Joker Hat! I have a list of loved items in the post below this one. ^^

Do you draw couples shots?
If the bidding gets ridiculously high, then the winner can choose to have a couples shot. ^^

Is this auction for waist up, headshot or full body?
If you are the highest bidder, then it is your choice. Although, by default, the auction is for full body. (With the exception of the Mixed Media. See changes in bidding info.)

How high do you hope the auctions will get?
Well, due to the fact that the first three auction's art will be sent to the winner via mail (winner pays for shipping and handling) I am hoping for really high bids.
Copic Markers: No more AB These pieces took me 3-4 full days to complete. (And I mean 3-4 days straight, little food and even less sleep) The markers are a bit harder to manipulate than other media. (And by a bit I mean a lot.)
Mixed Media: Angelic Sash, OMG or AFK These pieces take me a little less time to complete than the copic markers pieces. I use expensive materials for these, like real gold/silver leaf.
Watercolor: Angelic or NM Scarf I love to do these little watercolor pieces. I do them in real life and sold one for $100.00. I guess that has spoiled me. ^^ I would be willing to do a couples shot for the requested items.
Marker/Photoshop Collage: NM Bustier or RB Joker Hat It would be nice, but I don't think that it'll go for that much. ^^ (I'd be willing to do a couples shot, if someone offered these items)

Why are the prices so high?
The fact that people are willing to do real art for pixel money is scandalous, so I figure, it had better be worth our while. I hope that didn't sound too harsh. 3nodding
