Welcome to Elite War Base Also known as EWB.
We have no allignment. We allow our members to choose their own destiny. As long as it does not interfear with our succsess.
Story: An old war base with a few hidden secrets. Its full potential is unknown as it was closed due to lack of funding. Tei Jouten has pooled his money and re-opened it. Then when Tei Jouten was betrayed and was kill in what is now known as the Great Change, his one heir and seemingly brother Kiza Otigama re-opened
Aim: Thrive.
We don't take kindly to those who wish to rule gaia. We do not wish to rule gaia however, we will destory any unwanted people or places.
We do not ally with terrorist organizations. They are a sad example of warriors.
We are not in army in the sence we do not possess large vehicles such as jets or tanks. We use things liek that mainly for transportation then we fight hand to hand.

The Four Ms of Combat
There are four principals to fighting; Mech, Magic, Melee, and Marksmanship. They each consist of various types. In Mech there are war mechs ((mechassualt)) and large Biped mechs (gundam). In magic there are three main type; Elementalism, Ninjutsu, and Alchemy. In melee fighting there are many types of weapons that fall into the following catagories ; Swords, Unarmed, Axes, Whips, Daggers, and many other things. In marksmanship there are many weapons but only a few catagories including ; Sniper, Projecile, Close-range, and Medium range.

Rules
1. Follow All Rules
2. Anything goes here: Magic, Elemental, Swordsman, Robot.
3. No supermen, Auto hits, or god mods. You must be vincible
4. Do not steal our tech. As it is activated with our ID cards. (See Tech)
5. Feel free to be a crazy inventor. But all ideas must go throu me first.
6. Nothing that can instantly kill without giving the person a chance. Again It or you must be vinible.
7. If you are banned/black listed and you post you will be reported.
8. DO not ignore defences.
9. Attackers are not allowed to use NPCs. Members may to the point for every attack there is an npc or player.
10. Out of fights players may not have NPCs.
11. No permi NPCs.
12. You get one life per account if you die we will make a funeral thread and you will have a spot in our DIA section.
13. Follow our attack rules.
14. All members must use their id cards to activate their cars,jets, boats, and all other vehicles and mechanines. Failure to do will void you.

Base Layout

Buildings:

The base consists of a hospital, training arena, barracks, garage and large courtyard. Kiza has his own office and there is a guest building for guests to stay at. There is a alrge underground facility for members to retreat to during times of attack.
When there is an air assualt members will wait underground until it is over.

Defenses
A large wall 25 foot tall wall and 10ft thick that outline the base 10ft from each building and 10ft from the gates. The Only way in is if a member from the inside opens the large metal gates for both the gates and the wall. Underneath the

Open to attack: Yes but there are a few rules.
1. To attack you must post how you found us, a intro, and you must wait for a general or other high ranking official to respond.
2. You must tell us what; tech, weapons, armour, and vehicles you have.
3. A high ranking official has to allow your tech
4. You must honor our defences.
5. You Must read all of the above posts.
6. No being super man, auto hits or God mods.
7. No Weapons of mass destruction. If I say it is it is.
