Anyone in this shop has a right to decline a commission from someone if they choose to, And if we don�t want to give you a reason due to personal reasons, we won�t.. So don�t complain.
None of us will tolerate any whining, bitching, or complaining about prices and etc in this shop. If we see someone being disrespectful or rude to anyone, we will report it.
Those who are rude in anyway will be put on a Blacklist posted at the end of the post. If your name is on the blacklist for the first time you�ll have two days to apologize sincerely .. If you do not apologize, you will remain of the Blacklist permanently. Also, those who have been previously on the Blacklist, but have been removed by apologizing will not be allowed anymore chances like that again. If you screw up for the 2nd time, you�ll be put on the Blacklist foreeeeever~
Anyone on the Blacklist will not be allowed to receive any art whatsoever from any artist here.
If an artist doesn�t state that they will provide freebies of any kind in their post, Do NOT ask for any. Most of us here are questing and don�t appreciate being annoyed by greedy people or n00bs begging for free art.
If you are dissatisfied with your commission, politely express your concerns to the artist who you received it from. However, there will be no refunds unless the artist sees it fit to do so. There will be no forcing an artist to return your gold allowed here. We�ve realized that way too many artists have been getting seriously scammed like that recently, and we won�t allow it.
If you order from us we will take it as a sign that you have read and clearly understood all of the rules here and those pertaining to ordering from an artist. Therefore we will not tolerate anyone deviating from the rules in an irresponsible or discourteous manner.
If I catch anyone stealing ANY art in this shop.. I will not only have you disembowled with a spoon, I will also have you reported and if I can, banned from Gaia. We work extremely hard on our art for our paying commissioners, and having a thief claim it as their own or using it for their own purposes without permission quite frankly�pisses us off.. >.>;
And last, but not least. We feckin' pwn,, so deal with it. XD
._-[__Ordering Rules__]-_.
Each artist may have their own ideal type of ordering form, however, if they do not have one that they�d prefer you to use� then it is required that you use the one below so that requests are kept clear and understandable.
You will only be allowed to order ONE piece of art per SLOT. This will keep the artist from having to deal with doing 3 commissions for the person in the first waiting list spot and also prevent long waits for those further down on an artist's list
There is a spot in the order form below that requests that you post an Image Reference. You MUST have a reference picture for whatever it is you want. If you want a specific avatar drawn, post the picture.. If it's an OC, post several if you can. If you do not post a reference picture to what you want and an artist draws something deviating from what you wanted drawn,.. Then well.. That's just too bad. Learn to follow the rules. ^^;
After the artist that you are trying to commission has accepted your request, Immediately send the trade. None of us artists here will be required to start on a commission without proof from the trade that you have the payment necessary.
Once we complete one of your requests, we will then confirm the trade that you have sent, alerting you to the fact that we are done. And once we are certain you are completing the trade we will send you your picture via PM.
Also, please do not attempt to bribe the artists here if their list is full unless they state that you may try.
Aaaaand~ T___T No PMing the artists, Peoples. Simply post your request in this thread and we'll see it well enough.
