What you need to know
Oneia's Simple Charity is a charity that gives Gaian gold to questers who need it.
However, she currently only gives out increments of up to 500g to those who apply.
Oneia will check the current applications and send the trades out when she can, but she gets distracted with shiney things very easily. Therefore, don't be surprised if she doesn't get back to you right away. She'll try to be on at least once a week to take care of applications and donations!
Who can apply
General Requirements:
- You need at least 100 posts
- Should have been on Gaia for at least a week before applying.
- People who are questing for items only. No art, charity, guild, etc. donations.
If you've been denied, you CAN reapply, but after at least a week since my refusal.
Likewise, you can reapply after you've been donated to, but, again, only after a week has passed since you accepted the trade.
If you've had a trade cancelled for any reason, the week begins at the date the trade was cancelled.

Donators!
We all love Donations, and OSC is no exception. While I will not turn away any donations, I am- for the time being- going to request that none be made. I'm not a solid Gaia member any more, and what money I currently have between me, and OSC_Shoppe will be plenty to get by on the days that we do operate.

If you feel you must donate, go ahead and send donations either to myself, Oneia, or OSC_Shoppe.
OSC_Shoppe is my marketplace mule, and items donated to her will be sold for the Charity. However, any rare items, or items specifically requested to be held onto, will remain in storage until someone comes along looking for said items.
Bumpers
As an added incentive for bumpers to this thread, every 50 bumps earns you 100g (will not change as charity amounts change). Don't forget to label your bumps, though!

Notes
For Donatees:
arrow Thank me via PM before I finalize the trade. If not, I'll let it sit until you do. If you wait two weeks, I'll cancel the trade- no ifs, ands, or buts.
arrow If I begin a trade with you, and you haven't done anything with it in 2 weeks from the date I began the trade, I will cancel it, and you will have to reapply.
For Bumpers:
arrow Counting 51-100, 101-150, etc. just simply counts as another 50 bumps, and will only earn you 100g.
arrow If I somehow missed your 50th bump, politely remind me or PM me. If I seem to have disappeared, feel free to PM me.
Rules
arrow If you apply, and I don't respond within a few hours, don't start complaining and asking if I'm even around. I'm not always on Gaia, and whiners do little to make me a happy camper.. SO, if I see you complain within a full 24 hours of any requests, your donation amount will be reduced to at LEAST half.
arrow Page stretching bumps and 14/28g bumps will be Reported, the Poster Ignored and any donations still pending taken away, and any bumps they made nullified, WITHOUT prior consent. This is something I take seriously.
arrow Don't even quote the above page-stretching or 14/28g bumps, even if its to tell them not to do it. If you must do it, replace their quote with a "Spam Bump was Here" or something. Otherwise, you'll be ignored and reported too.
arrow No using mule accounts to get more than one donation at a time.
arrow Do not change your username after you've applied for a donation until AFTER I've given it to you. I don't always hit the button below your post, and if I'm trying to find "Betsy23" and you changed it to "Betsy 23", then I won't be able to find you. If this happens, I'll just give up after I get the "User Does Not Exist" window, and you'll have to reapply.
arrow When I say "Give me thanks" for donations, it includes ALL donations, even the second, third, fourth ones! If you don't thank me, even after four times of thanking me for four previous donations, I will let your donation sit until you do- for up to two weeks.
arrow No unsolicited advertising! I'm going to be more lenient to people I know and who are regulars here, obviously, but, at the very least, if you're going to advertise, ASK first. Depending on the eyesore of the advertisement, my actions will range from simply blacklisting and ignoring you, to contacting you to remove the advertisement with the threat of me contacting a mod.
