9. Semi Literate Role Playing. Spelling isn’t a big deal, and all that. But please don’t use leet speak or text talking unless its out of character.
10. Please write in storybook form. Do not use * or other symbols to separate your actions and words.

Current Events



Second Race: Its time for the second race of the season at Dreamer's Release, the sister track to Sky Cloud. All place winners will recieve free entry. All other entries will be on a first come first serve basis. This race will be held, Today, Wednesday June 20th, 2007.

Sky Cloud Race Winners: 1st Solblitz; 2nd Red King; 3rd Wesley.
The first place winner shall revieve Y Inc full sponsorship for two years, 15 mag bike points, and Brunch with Yancey White. Second Place winner shall recieve a year sponsorship from JAMO and 10 mag bike points. Third place shall recieve a sponsored clone and 5 magbike points.


Virtual Warfare has finally been released. This real time strategy game has been in the works for years. Before releasing the game they had to construct the Virtual Zones. Now you can play in a mall sized adventure game with your friends using your own skill. There is also a VR Console version of this game for those who wish to enjoy the game but cannot participate in the gross physical capacity that would be needed.

Mass killer found 100 miles north of Tokyo, AMAT officials say its only a matter of time before she runs out of running room. The death count has seemed to stop at 101.

* Update * Added a new section: Mag Bike Rules and Structure for the Mag Bike races. If you're a racer please build a bike, and feel free to ask me for assistance in PMs.

Also! I have decided to give humans an ability called Highly Skilled. This will consist of a list of skills for them to choose from and they will be allowed to pick 3 primary, 3 secondary, and 2 fiddles. However a humans primary skill cannot defeat another races primary skill. However if a human with Quick Draw as a primary skill drew against a newtype with Quick Reflexes as a secondary skill the human would draw faster. This will be worked out in greater detail this weekend.


* UPDATE *

I completely re-did the powers. I will try to get in touch with everyone personally, but it would help me a lot if you checked the power list and your character, then PMed me the changes. I decided to make the powers more race specific. Thank you for your patience.


* UPDATE * Also to add flare and fairness to races, i will be making a bike creation format and a race layout and rules. You will be allotted points by your characters and their backgrounds and organizations. You will place these points in the bike stats which will determine how good your bike will be for the courses. Completing missions, winning races, and just doing you job with give you bike stat points for you to buy more points to fix up or bike, or to re-allot points as you tweak your bike for each race. I will keep track of your points and bike stats in your profile. This will be completed before the big race.

Allowed Races:

Hirenswat – Humans who have used science to create a drug that can increase their reaction time and senses. It makes them stronger and faster then normal humans; however the drug has physiological and physical defects. The use of the drug shortens your life span with each use, and the first application causes your mind to snap. Shortly after use of the drug their eyes turn green. The drugs only last so long before they are out of your system and you have to take them again. (You must choose a derangement from the list bellow; or have one approved.)

Newtype A – Humans that are born with super intellects, reflexes, and senses. They are unaware of their natural super human talents until the URADS show up and take them away. Newtype A also has strong psychic powers which make them prime targets for experimentation.

Newtype B – Newtype A’s that have been captured and sciences was used to force their powers to their limits, breaking their minds. Please choose a derangement.

Newtype C – Clones of Newtype A’s that did not live through the process of Newtype B. They are extremely deranged creatures which is a benefit to the countries. Since they are expendable and damned good at killing people; they are unaware that they are clones. Clones are manipulated on a genetic level making them stronger and faster then even the Newtype B, however they tend to have very short lives due to their mental state or they just fall apart. Gene Sciences haven’t been completely mastered when it comes to newtypes. Normal humans can be cloned without any problems. Choose one derangement.

Cyborg – Half human half machine, these are an old way of killing people, however some cyborgs have made a name for themselves and have been allowed to keep their job as an assassin. Most other assassin cyborgs are being hunted down to become scrap metal. Normal citizens can buy cybernetics, but its all about who you know and how much cash you have.

Humans – Humans may not have all these cool powers, but they are sane and can still use their skills and unclouded minds to do the job. The number one assassin in the world is a human; he uses his skill and his instincts to get the jobs done. Only to prove to everyone that science and technology does not make a better killer.

Aliens – Hey they are out there, if you wish to play one then you must get it approved by me.

Neko – The neko’s home planet was destroyed and they have been searching for a new place to call home. They have been allowed to live on earth, which some are happy about and others don’t trust it. Some neko’s have completely disappeared and are disrespected a lot. However, this is the only planet that matches their previous habitat. They send out scouts to try to find another home, but so far it has not gone well.

Elvish - The elvish come from a planet that is technologically advanced but honors the old ways of life. They are strange, long eared barbarians that seem to have strange powers and super space ships. Not much else is known about this mystical galactic race.

Androids / PEDCOMS – There is a new science out developed by Japan and the Elvish, it is called a Soul Core, and this gives the bearers the ability to evolve and come into their own. Allowing them to learn, and become highly developed AI’s. Some believe it gives them a soul. However this is just a rumor, no one believes machines can have souls.




- READ PLEASE: To help create a fair and not an overpowered world I've decided to add a limit to powers. You can have five power slots. These enclude:

1 Primary - Main and strongest power
2 Secondary - Not the best, but good enough.
Up to 2 Fiddles - something you like to dabble in but have no real expertise.

Special: Newtype B's & C's due to the fact that they are pushed beyond their normal limits they can start with two Primaries, and only one Secondary.

Note: You can strengthen your powers over time, and even learn new ones through RP.

Clairvoyance - to refer to the transfer of information that is both contemporary to, and hidden from, the individual said to be receiving it

Psychokinesis (TK) - At its most basic, TK is the ability to move objects through the air. It also includes other kinetics, such as producing fire and electricity or changing the weight of objects. Please be specific to what type of kinesis you have. Psychokinesis is the umbrella term under which are various related specialized abilities. These include:
- object deformation (including metal softening and bending)
- biological healing
- teleportation (disappearing and reappearing elsewhere)
- phasing through matter
- transmutation of matter
- shape-shifting
- energy shield (force field)
- control of magnetism
- control of photons (light waves/particles)
- movement of matter (fire, ice, earth, wind, water, electricity, ect)
- self levitation (including flying)

Telepathy (peep) - Telepathy is a fairly broad power, covering everything from enhanced intuition to projecting thoughts, mental communication, basic mind reading and empathic abilities.

Dowsing - using pendulum or subtle sensations to find - imbalances, oil, water, lost property

Psychometry - to be able to obtain information about an individual through paranormal means by making physical contact with an object that belongs to them

Precognition – is a form of extra-sensory perception wherein a person perceives information about future places or events before they happen, like a the sixth sense.

Postcognition - to be able to see into the past

Animal ESP – speak and hear animals thoughts

Machine ESP - Speak to machines as if they had thoughts and souls.

Astral Projection – leaving the physical plane behind.

Graphology - reading through handwriting analysis

Runes/Tarot/Bones/Tea Leaves/Scrying/Palmistry/Astrology /Numerology- to answer questions; predict the future events, to locate someone, to see their recent future, to read energies/others

Medium – to be able to speak with spirits and other beings on an astral level









URADS – (Unigue Retrieval and Disposal Specialist) Mercenary group that is hired to track down people, and bring them back alive or dead; depending on the services needed. Usually they are hired by corporations to capture aliens or newtypes.

Y Inc – A science lab under the guise of a medical hospital they are the lead in the industries of biological sciences.

KFH – A union created by and ran by assassins that have been fired, and are running from the country that they formerly worked for.

Hirenswat – Not just a race but also an organization they rule Russia, and manipulate the black market all over the world.

Red Dawn – The private guards and chosen assassins of the Crimson Emperor of China. They are a group of spiritual martial artists relying on the old ways to take them into the future.

AMAT – (Australian Mobile Assault Team) the name that Australia’s forces use in all aspects, most of their agents use jetpacks or hover equipment, they utilize mobility in able to keep wars from breaking out.

JAMO - Japanese military assassins.
