She layed down on the floor of her cage and crossed her front paws as she thought about this for a second. "Well this is new. He was a bit cold when he first talked to me but he didn't seem that bad after a while." She said quietly to herself though she guessed that the other girl could hear her to. "So what did he say to make you scratch him?"

"Humm..I don't rightly remeber..but I didn't scratch him, I punched him." she said laughing softly, "and then I kicked him in the knee.."

She smiled again, this girl definatley did seem high spirited. She looked back over towards her. "Seems you gave him a definate reply to what he said to you in any event. Oh by the way my name's Serena who're you? if you don't mind me asking."

Serena could see the girl more clearly now that she had moved closer and she could see the black lines all over her skin. "So, how did you end up here?" She asks.

"I was usless in their world...an outsider of nothingness.." she said softly leaning back to rest on her hands..."O I remeber now.." she said bright and cheery, "Dr. Morgan said I was losing it...that's why I hit him..."

"Hmm, I came here a few days ago on my birthday. My friends dared me to enter the ruins and, stupid me, I accepted. I can't remember anything after that." She said quietly, then she heard the tone of Max's voice change. "Well that does seem a good enough reason to hit him if he said you were losing it." She said and smiled again.

"Maybe i didn't know exactly what happened here but I'd heard some of the stories about people disappearing, even though I didn't believe them." She smiled back, she should have known something had been happening here, there were too many cases of people disappearing for it not to be real.

She smiled slightly and closed her eyes for a second. "It's okay, you don't need to make me feel better, though I appreciate it. I'll probably get used to the new me, I seem to be halfway there already." She said as she opened her eyes again and laughed quietly.
