Welcome to the Lunar Institute for the Gifted Youth (L.I.G.Y).

The Lunar institute is for the gifted youth who have trouble containing or controlling their powers. You have been chosen to attend based on your prospected abilities and your possible contributions to our inner workings, as well as our other guests. Our institution is highly regarded for helping young adults find their powers and control them, or even find practical uses. We allow the Guests to both learn and teach for themselves, if they so choose. We have a range of Inhabitants including but not limited to: Demons, Thaerians, Vampires, Drow, Elves, Shadow-casters, and many more are welcome to enroll.

We ask however that our guests (students) be over the age of sixteen, but under the age of 21, so that we can integrate them with other guests without the worry of them being in a situation in which they feel uncomfortable. Our institute believes in co-ed housing, but not co-ed rooming. We treat all of our guests as such, and not like they're committed to a psychiatric hospital, or a containment facility. They are given all the pleasures of the outside world.

The Dorm building have two levels. Each level houses twenty guests. Ten female and ten male, making the total class size top at forty. This should make you feel a bit more comfortable, not only in your classes, but also in your living areas. The Dorms are split into two halves, and in the center there is a common area, much like a game room.

There is a small kitchen stocked with anything you could need, from snacks to drinks, though you may be upset to find there are not junk foods here. We at L.I.G.Y. believe that a healthy diet leads to a healthy body, which could also lead to a healthy control over your powers. Outside food is prohibited unless brought through the office and checked for nutritional value, or if it is brought to you on visitation day.

The Stalls, though public, are off limits during the evening hours. there are ten horses, all of which are school owned and taken care of by the students and staff. As are the gardens.

Upon entering the school you will notice a massive wall, as a gate with ornate designs obstructing your view to the inner goings on. This is entirely intentional, to keep our students safe from interruptions, threats, and themselves.

Now that we have become acquainted with where you are, we can now focus more on what you are, or perhaps more-so what you would like to be. Here at L.I.G.Y, we offer a range of classes and work shops for all of our guests. Each guest, will receive a schedule based on their year of attendance. Here are the schedules, listed by year. Don't fall trap to the innocent looking face of this fairy-like creature. Beliarosa may portray herself as a sweet girl, but unfortunately she usually uses it for manipulative manners. Witty, mischievous, and ill-bred, she is only kind to those who she believes deserves it. She has an unusual obsession with strawberrys.
Short history:
Beliarosa, daughter of a Xana, was unable to be taken care of by her mother. Thus, the Xana replaced a human womens baby with her own. Knowing the child was a changeling, the human mother did not give her up, but treated her cruelly as she was being raised. Beliarosa was sent to Lunar Institute for the Gifted Youth for disuse of her powers.

Powers:
Xaninos have amazing singing voices, though these voices can possibly damage to those who hear it. Those who have a pure soul and hear the song will be filled with a sense of peace and love. Those whose souls are not pure will feel they are being suffocated and may be driven insane. Xaninos also have the ability to create "Love Water". If a person may drink it, they experience infatuation to whoever gave it to them for an hour at most.
Difficulties?:
Beliarosa is known for using her singing ability to disable people she does not like. She also does not have full control over this and can cause damage to people.
Should not be allowed:
Salt water, it is the main ingredient in Love Water.

Strong and confident. She generally likes to keep to herself unless she has found a common interest in someone or something, that she shares with someone else. Though genuinely selfless, she tries not to get too much involved, truly and introvert for the most part, aside from her opinion, which she thinks out loud. Outspoken, as she was described by her former mentor. She never really knows when you keep her mouth shut.
Short history:
Born and raised in a society where your powers define you. She was rejected because of her deficiency in her ability to shift fully. Her parents were hoping that she would be accepted to this school, in hopes she could rectify her bent image, and save her family's good name.

Difficulties?:
A Full smooth shift. She gets stuck in a Half form, for a few hours, and then must choose between human and animal. Once she chooses she is stuck in that form for at least five hours.

The removal of her control collar, unless in control classes.

Personality:
Layla is pretty much laid back. She can be a little, or a lot, sarcastic. Its kinda her sense of humor. She loves having as much fun as possible and never once thinking of anything else. Layla is a huge flirt though. She flirts with anyone she can, male or female, again never once thinking of anything else. Layla also has some weird mood swings when she does not have pot around. She is working on this though.
Short history:
Layla lived your typical life before she grew into herself. Dad was your typical pot head, but honestly he was a good man, and her mom was the best mother she could have asked for. A younger sister who looked up to her, even though she would never admit to it. Layla attended your boring grade school and middle school. Then one day in her freshman year of high school she was hanging with some friends under the bleachers smoking a bowl and suddenly just as they were to of been caught she disappeared. All her friends thought that she had bailed on them, when in reality she was standing right there beside them, but no one could see her. She went home and told her parents about this and showed them and she was kicked out of the house because they were so afraid of her and not knowing how she became what she is. She had no friends after this. She heard a rumor about a school that took in people like her. Weird people. She thought it would be a great get away. and so it is.

Mood control medication only makes controlling her powers harder even if she isn't moody. She cannot control any of her powers when on it.

Suta is really quiet, she rarely associates herself with people not because she was shy is because she doesn’t know how to interact with people. Even though Suta is quiet her aura is so bright and passionate just like a shooting star. Suta is laid-back and she goes with the flow, she is quite intelligent and has wisdom beyond her years. She is reliable and dependable; she is independent so she doesn’t expect anything from nobody. Suta is very loyal to the people she cares about and is a protector. She has some anger issues but her patience is one of a saint, though when she is mad enough all hell will break loose.
Short history:
Suta was born as a shooting star she was found by a young rich couple. The young couple was out star gazing and the young woman made a wish. She wished to have a child that she could call her own because she couldn’t have any children. On the same star the young woman made a wish on came crashing down. The young couple followed the star and saw a huge hole in the middle of the field and they heard crying. The young woman came down and saw a baby crying, the baby hair was white but it had some color and her eyes was a beautiful calming blue. The baby had fire around her and dots of stars (like in her picture); the young woman was scared but she held the baby. She and the young man took the child and named her Suta Youji which means Star Child.
Suta grew up a normal child; she was spoiled but never took it for granted. She knew that her parents weren’t her real parents but she couldn’t believe that she came from a star. Suta always loved to read books and poetry. She was an artistic child and loved coming out a night especially singing at night. Suta really didn’t have many friends because many of the children found her weird because of the hobbies she was into. According to her classmates she was a boring and weird child. Suta didn’t mind though she had her parents to comfort her and the maids and butlers were her friends to.
Suta discovered her powers when she was 10 years old; she was outside playing the guitar by her private lake and as she was playing she noticed that the lake was freezing over. Suta found that odd she kept playing the guitar and the lake was frozen over. She put her hand on the ice but pretty the ice was melting. Suta gasped she was running but she ran the wrong way pretty soon she felt herself falling. She braced from impact and all of sudden she was in her living room floor. Her parents looked oddly at her and she looked at them, she questioned how did she end up here and then her parents explained that she just came from the darkness. Suta finally believed her parents and decided that she should practice on her powers. Suta is now 19 years old and she is enrolling herself in a gifted school for the first time ever; she somewhat knows how to control her powers but she needs to learn more especially when she is angry.

Difficulties?:
Suta has trouble controlling her physic powers especially when she is in a bad mood or in a upset mood. She doesn’t know how to talk with people because she was always treated as an outcast and never had any friends.

Talking about her original parents or where she comes from because she doesn’t know and it upsets to the point where her telekinesis goes out of hand and everything starts to be thrown around.

Very fun and outgoing, James loves to joke around (Even if the situation does not merit it.) He can be often seen outside walking around and listening to music. If anything he cannot live without his iPod. James is much nicer than your average 'human' but has a temper when it comes to whiny people that think the whole world is after them.
Short history:
James' mother passed about a year ago never truly revealing who his father was. In fact, his mother would have never told him he were a demi-god if he hadn't started showing signs at 15. She didn't want this life for him but he did not really have a choice. He was sent to the institute by his family in the hope that he will control his powers and leave them alone.

Difficulties?:
James' powers are not fully developed. There is uncertainty in whether he can execute an ability at one time. It might or might not work thus making him look like a complete fool if it doesn't work and he is trying to be cocky.

Sugar. Some is okay but a vast amount will have the blood flow increased and the temper intensified.

Short history:
Daniel was born to a human mother and a demon father. His father was Krynga, the oldest demon prince. Daniel was exposed to both worlds when he was growing up. He slowly started to spend more time with his father in his realm. When Daniel was fourteen, his grandfather died, making Krynga the king. Daniel was sent to L.I.G.Y to learn more about the ways of other species.

Daniel can manipulate fire and shadows into anything he wants. He can also fly.
Difficulties:
He is having trouble blending in with normal society, which has lead to anger that is released at random times. He also is very reserved, which lead to loneliness, which has lead to a deep sadness. He never shows emotions other than anger, so he has problems there as well.

Seichi is a harsh person over all. He expects a lot out of his students. He is strict, though he does care. It just hard to see through he way he acts. He is terrible with emotions and doesn't liked to be hassled all the time. Seichi is a good person, he is just harsh and controlling. He likes things going this way. If they don't he isn't very pleased with the way things are going. Its hard to break through the shields he set over himself. Most of the time he is to busy keeping up a teacher like persona to even worry about becoming friends with anyone. He doesn't really mind be on his own anyways.
Short history:
Seichi was born in a tight upper class, demonic family. He had a strict father that wished the boy to do his best. However, Seichi was always odd for a demon, he didn’t follow most rules. Went against his father’s wishes and eventually was cast out. The boy was young and everyone he once relied one, was gone and had no one to fall onto. He grew harsh and closed himself off. Learning what he could about the world he lived in. All while training himself more and more. For a fight he didn’t know would ever come. After years of being on his own, word was brought to him. A teaching position at a school for students like himself. He took it up, mind as well find one way to help out in this world after all. So he took up a job at Lunar Institute for Gifted Youth

Difficulties?:
He finds it hard to control his anger. And he does have a darker side. His demonic side is hard to control at times.

For a succubus Rena is actually well mannered and isn't always flirting with men. She tends to be kind and polite to her students most of the time, unless they mange to tick her off in some way, then they will most likely be lectured by her and or sent to her office so that they can better discuss the problem. Rena is also a good listen, and is willing to have any student talk to her about their problems. Although Rena does have on flaw, if she gets interested romantically in someone, her Succubus side will act up, and she will flirt with said person, although once she snaps out of it she will apologize.
Short history:
Rena is the older haft sister of Tru, she had many problems trying to have Tru actually talk to other people rather than her. After Rena became a teacher at the school a she asked her father, because bother Rena and her brother had different mothers, if he would put Tru into the school, after hours of begging her father said yes.

Short history:
Tuwa was born from a wolf, odd as it sounds. At an early age, she had been bitten by a werewolf, creating the werewolf effect. But, because she was so in tune with nature as a wolf, Tuwa grasped the powers of elemental manipulation. To help her pack, she learned all the secret hunting techniques that human mind could combine with a wolf's. She attended this school when she turned 18 after her pack died from a hunting attack. Alone, Tuwa became more human and imaginative. She's a fair teacher and a good sport. Often is seen in wolf form when outside.

The ability to control all earth and metals. Due to the wolf in her Tuwa has insane Ninja abilities and heightened hearing/seeing. She can transform at will. Tuwa is a trained mind, able to craft machines and invent the near impossible. However, she is a trained marksman, in both archery and shooting.

Kiiama sat silently near the front door, in a chair that seemed a bit out of place, as much as the pale, white haired girl herself. She sighed heavily and leaned into her palm, resting her elbow on her knee and supported her chin, as she slumped. She was watching the new first years coming in, waiting for someone she knew t come through the door. One thing most people didn't realize, once you were hear, you didn't leave for three years, and it was quite depressing at times. One occasion, a field trip was allowed, in which the second and third years were allowed to leave, but since this was the first day of her second year, Kiiama hadn't left, yet. She was a bit stir crazy. "Ugh..." She grunted as a few First years walked a bit close to her face. She jolted upright and groaned. "Watch it, cow!" She grunted at the first year female, who turned and scowled, turning back to her friend to whisper something, who also turned, as they continued to walk forward. Great... This year is going to be fricken awesome.

Layla was running around outside bored. No one could see her at the moment and she ran around pulling on first years hair poking them in the sides and all kinds of other annoying things she could think of to do to them just to haze them a little without it really being hazing. But as usual, this too became boring and she decided that it would be a better idea just to head inside and torcher them. Layla came back into plain viewing site of others and walked in seeing Kiiama sitting there and throwing a fit at one of the first years. Layla laughed and walked over to her sitting on Kiiawa's lap hanging her legs over the side of the chair and tossing her arms over her neck. "Oh Kiiawa! My love my life why are you being so mean to the poor darlings?" She swooned over the neck of her friend giggling slightly knowing full well everyone thought there was something wrong with Layla, and her only excuse was she had been sober for far too long.

Beliarosa walked through the gates of the school as though she was entering into her personal home of heaven and hell. My parents probably sent me here in hopes that I would stay in this country instead of coming home and disgracing their name more then I already have. She glanced around the yard silently, as her eyes widened at the vast variety of the students. This might as well be a delinquent school for the gifted. This isn't like my home, the people who are here could possibly be too powerful for my powers to scare them. Maybe if I pretend I am higher then all of them, then they will actually believe that I am.

Beliarosa glanced down at her furry pink cloak, and fingered the strawberry embroidered sleeves. Mustering up her most immaculate and fearless face, she flicked her cloak behind her and began to walk again. When she began to come close to the school, she felt something pull on her hair, causing her to yelp. Looking around she released that no-one was there, and a few people had begun to stare at her from her small scream. Well, I really hope that people around here aren't that strong, because I think my original plan just failed. Beliarosa ran into the school and leaned up against one of the walls. Looking up when Layla caused a scene, she blushed slightly. Are they lesbians?

Layla looked at one of the girls who had entered the room. She had pulled her hair earlier today because she had tried so hard to look high and mighty. Layla laughed again as she found it funny. Layla faded from sight once more and walked over to the girl and blew a cold breath on the back of her next and whispering in her ear, "Cute strawberries" then quickly making sure if she was hit the girl would pass right through her. Layla giggled and tapped the girls other shoulder as well, of course making sure her giggle could only be heard by one.
