Welcome to the Phoenix Charity Auction!

The idea of this auction came from The Phoenix Charity Thread. A place where people who were hacked can ask for a little help.

Here you can participate on auctions of items that aren`t sold in the shops.

I, Kenny - the fire slayer, will be the hostess of the auctions. (In my absence, Shanra the Dragon Bard, The Phoenix Charity president plays the cards.)

1- Rules

Main Rules:
Respect is essential, at first place.
Follow all Gaia ToS rules.
No Spamming, Flaming or Page Stretching, please.
No Begging.
Respect other participants and their posts/bids.
Advertising is only allowed in your Sig or with previous agreement by PMs, but it will have to work both ways.

Auction Rules:
Any Gaian is welcome to participate at this auction! lol

This is a special auction, anyone can bid on the item and there is no requirement.

Chatting is allowed, following Gaia chatting rules, of course.
Please make it clear when you are bidding on the current auction!

2- Auctions


Each auction will occur exclusively. That means only one auction will be running at a time, and one auction only starts after the previous one is expired (closed). The auctions will be organized by the hostess. I AM the Queen here, so, I say what do and what don`t! Don`t make me send you to the dungeon! In my absence, Shanra the Dragon Bard, The Phoenix Charity president plays the cards. Treat her better then you treat your own mother, otherwise you will deal with me! scream twisted

The sets are listed on the first page, topic 5 - listings. This Charity Fair auction is a Special Auction set, as a requirement of the Phoenix Charity because we are officially participating at THE Charity Fair.

Each auction will have it`s own duration, set up on the opening post and on the first page, topic 6 - Running Auction!. It can be for a day, a week or even for 2 weeks, so, stay tuned!The auction time will be set up by my local time (-3 GMT). So, It will start and end when I'm able to be online!
The items for the running auction will be displayed when the auction starts. Each participant can make his/her own bid for the whole set on a post, and he/she can outbid himself/herself. For this auction we will have the bid increment of 500 gg. You won`t have to send money every time you bid! You just have to send money when you are announced as a winner. You will receive a PM from the hostess and a trade with the auction set you won.

Please, don`t wait til the last minute to place bid. Each bid counts, because when the auction is expired and the winner is declared, he/she will have 2 days to accept the trade and send the exact amount he/she offered for the set. If for any reason the winner does not accept the trade, giving up on the auction, the second highest bid will be called (by PM sent by the hostess and on the first page on the topic 4.1 - Winner!) and he/she will have 1 day to honor his/her offer. If he/she is not interested, the next one will be called, and so on.
I won`t finish any auction earlier than the time specified for any reason.

3- Participants

This is a special auction, so, any gaian can participate on the Phoenix Charity Auction freely. Yeap, that`s right! Anyone can bid on the item and there is no entry fee requirement!

4- Awards

The awards will be sent in a trade to the winner, (who`s made the highest bid). He/she will have to send the exact amount he/she offered on the auction. If for any reason he/she doesn`t answer in 2 days, he/she will forfeit the prize (we will assume he/she has "dropped out" of the auction). If the winner gives up on the auction, the following highest bidder will be contacted, and he/she will have 1 day to accept the trade, for the amount he/she offered, and so on. I`ll go for the 3 hightest bidders. If no one is interested in accepting the set, it will be declared a null auction and the items will be placed in new sets to be auctioned off.

Due to some hacking attempts against the hostess account I moved all the Charity items to a safer account. I don't want to lose any auction item. This account will keep recieving donations, but I'll transfere all the items to the other account.
