/sigh. Well I was hoping for things to get better, but they have in fact gotten worse >.<. My apartment complex has a zero tolerance policy apparently, and my fiance getting arrested violates that, so were getting evicted from out apartment cry . It was only for a stupid DUI from months ago that he forgot to go to court for. Yay for my life and it always sucking. Ah well, Ill treat it like a new start and get the ******** out of this horrible state and away from Gestapo Arpaio evil

ok, I live in some pretty horrendous apartments, and if someone here got kicked out for getting arrested we would lose like, 7/8 of the tenants.
That's so dumb! I can't believe they would do that to you. I mean, is that even legal? not for a felony, but isn't that a misdemeanor?
Anyway, I hope you get into a nice place where the managers aren't crazy.

Thanks Duchess. Unfortunantly I live in North Scottsdale in Arizona. Its an upscale area, on top of Sheriff Arpaio's zero tolerance laws, so its not really their choice, its that evil man's. I think that were going to move to Cali, or maybe Washington state. We'll see. Anywhere but here.

@ Duchess - I think it all depends on where you live if its a misdemeanor or a felony. Where I live its a misdemeanor and its basically like a speeding ticket with a hefty fine. But actually my state is looking at changing the first offense to a felony.

@ LittleRaver - Yea, and I agree with Duchess, I can't believe it would be legal for an apartment complex to be able to evict you because of that? You are definately a positive person. And I think thats the best way to look at it. A new start!!

That would be wonderous actually. Im starting to do research on apartments already. We have friends that live in Mission Viejo, but its all ridiculously expensive around that area. I know its because its so close to the beach, which I kinda want, but I dont need to be ON the beach. Id be willing to drive an hour or so.

Also, maybe Im being overly sensitive because Ive been in a bad mood for a week and Im PMSing, but I think its time for a new guest judge. Im really tired of sarcasm and nasty, mean spirited comments. All of the other judges manage to tell me what they didn't like and preferred I did differently without being a d**k about it. Is Simon Cowell this persons hero or something?

/rant. Sorry if Im being mean, but theres no need to be a douche. Remember that you are commenting on something that someone put a lot of time and effort into making. Turn off a*****e mode for 5 seconds stare .
