OO1. X ▬ ♔ x ) x Toru was born in Chiyado Ward of Tokyo, Japan. The Chiyado Ward is also home of the Otemachi district where the family firm has been standing for 60 years. On Toru's paternal side almost everyone is a lawyer uncles, aunts, grandparents, great grandparents, etc. It has been like this for 60 years, almost everyone has gone to school to become a lawyer. Twelve family members are currently functioning attorneys at the Okada law firm. There are still other members of the family that are lawyers or paralegals, but work at other firms or even in a different country.
OO2. X ▬ ♔ x ) x Toru had moved to the United States when he was twelve, just after his birthday, but just before he started school. What's a better way to say happy birthday than by sending your child to a prestigious school for the rich kids? Actually his birthday present was a brochure of the school and his father handing him a ticket. It was only two weeks later that Toru was sent on his way to Westchester to live with his Uncle Takahashi and wife. They had no kids at the time, so they were very welcoming to be "raising" a child.
OO3. X ▬ ♔ x ) x It is safe to say that Toru has always been the person to party, but when there is always a social gathering to attend, how could you not be? While he doesn't mind going to an extravagant high end party, he also doesn't mind going to a student organized party where he can just relax and have some fun. It is also safe to say that he has been kicked out of few parties for causing too much of scene or ruckus. Toru has had some pretty crazy times.
OO4. X ▬ ♔ x ) x He first started drinking two years ago, but he only does it in moderation or when he goes to a club. For the most part he knows how much his body can handle, and he can stop himself (most of the time) before getting too drunk and making a fool of himself. Toru has also been caught smoking a few times, but don't worry it's just a cigarette. He tries to avoid it as much as possible, but he eventually succumbs.
OO5. X ▬ ♔ x ) x Despite the way he acts, Toru actually takes his schooling pretty seriously. While in school, it is nothing but work. He knows that even though he can buy his way into any school he wants, Toru still works hard and makes sure his grades are at least mostly A's so his father will stay off of his back.

RUMOR OO1 X ▬ ♔ x ) x Toru has kissed a few guys on several occasions, but all were when he was drunk. Well, all but one time. He was completely sober when he kissed a guy, and it wasn't even for a dare.
