This is the final year of Vans Warped tour and they're going all out with it. They have some VWT alums and a few newer faces. There's going to be a lot of friendships and a lot of drama, but the biggest thing that's going to be around is the love for the music and the thing that started most of their careers.

xx - If you've ever role-played before I'm sure that you know the basic rules. Follow all of Gaia's rules. No god-modding of course, unless you have the permission of the other player. No cybering. When the clothes come off, the time skips. Romance, drama, fighting, I want it all! Just no arguing in the OOC or discord. Discord is highly advised due to being easier to communicate and plot. If you are completely approved then you will get the invite to the server. Be nice to your fellow role player and have fun!

xx - Posts should be 2-3+ paragraphs. There's no limit to how much you're allowed to write. If you have a lot to say, then by all means say it as long as it's good quality. Always quality over quantity. I'd like everyone to post a few times a week, and that means a few times for each character, not just a few times all together. Also, don't just apply and then never post. That's a huge let down to me as the creator and all the other people involved in the role play as well. Post layouts don't have to be super fancy, but at least a picture, your character's name, and a little bit of color is required. Use proper spelling and grammar to the best of your ability and write out your actions. Posts should also be in third person.

xx - There is a limit of 4 characters per person, and they can't all be involved directly in the same group. Some exceptions may be made, but they all must be run by me first. Make sure that the characters look close to their age and use real pictures only, no anime or drawings.
xx - You cannot have all OC characters, you must have ONE canon and not all the same gender (male/female/trans/nonbinary/etc). There will be no "I can only play girls or guys" when it comes to this limit. The only one excluded from the type (not gender) limit is myself and select mods.
Requirements for a 5th: Have a canon or two already. Able to handle all of your others. Ultimately if I think you can handle or deserve a 5th.
Note: Since this has been happening a lot lately, if you are caught stealing another person's plots, you have to show proof that there was consent to it or you will be warned. First warning: removal of the character(s) involved. Second warning: removal of you.

xx - Now I am allowing original characters in this as both bands and fans with a few rules of their own. Along with the above about characters in general, very few ocs will be in real bands and may act like canon depending on how they are incorporated in. To start there will be about three oc bands and won't make more until we get enough real bands filled. As for the fans, solo artists will only have one fan that they bring as an exclusive and bands will have two. You cannot fill both fan spots for one band, but that doesn't mean that fans can't like the other artists, it means that they came with that artist so when there's something for the specific artist they get the exclusive treatment. For the fans of the new bands, they were winners in contests.

real people
xx - So obviously this is going to have real people in a semi ooc sense. If you don't like this, then just move on because I won't change it. There can be some changes from a person's real life (example: Andy Biersack and Juliet Simms are divorced because she got jealous of him being with a female friend for a summer tour), but it has to ultimately make sense if you plan to incorporate an oc into the life. This doesn't mean that they can't go a bit out of character for some fun though! There can be lots of fun that can be had between shows (like some hot band slash haha).

xx - I will have an app thread placed in the thread info. I have been getting into doing it this way more since it seems easier. Once you fill the app out and it gets approved, you have one week to fill the profile out and posting it in the app thread for approval. If you have a valid reason why you need longer than a week then don't be afraid to ask, otherwise I will open the spot(s) back up.

I will be listing some artists here. If there's a band or solo artist that you want and isn't here, put in an app for it anyways. Just as long as they've been on VWT before (the very new start up bands using it as their break are basically going to be the oc bands) or are ones that should have been on the Tour (I'm sure people know some that have been around and should have been invited before). Here is a list to help know/remember who had been around in the past.
Note: This rp won't match up with real life in terms of the touring. If an artist has an album that just came out or is being released, it can be that they're promoting it with Warped. I can and will limit the amount of bands if I need to so to many of them don't have just one or two real members.

They have been around the scene for many years, getting their big break in Warped years back. All members are males and very good friends (and lovers if wanted). They are an Alternative - Rock band.
