Dreams/Goals:
    -What Kohaku desires is to reshape the world. He sees it currently as an uninformed, unaware, and more than certainly unalerted group of people living their lives as simple livestock and nothing more. He wishes to see what value their souls will come to offer when forced into a dire situation, and they will ultimately fail what it is that he seeks.
    Upon coming to learn that the current world is too lacking, Kohaku comes to the conclusion that he has no other choice but to decimate the good majority of it and reform it into true fruition, where life will be more than certainly fit by the standards and well-being of everyone living in it. To do this, however, requires a great amount of manipulation and pulling of strings. Of course, it's not prior for him to gain the trust of certain higher-ups, but it makes things more interesting for his grand finale. Trust is simply a backstage pass to accessing such things.
    As Kohaku is already renowned for his prowess as a Medical-Nin and the fact that Yūgure is unheard of at most, attaining such trust shouldn't be difficult. His organisation could easily be fakely as a mercenary squad to assist other villages and the like. Once the trust of the villages is attained and the Bijū are ceased from the capability of providing assistance, Kohaku will begin to slowly terrorize the world, though not directly. He will begin by killing those who deserve to be killed- those who have done wrongly so much so that it equates to them losing their own life. He'll begin with the villains and those renowned as evil, simply to make himself seem more good. As time continues to pass, Kohaku will begin decimating the world in larger portions, completely destroying clans, families, villages, and the like, save for a very select few. Through his sheer prowess, people will be able to believe that he is a god-like figure, and that if he wished to be the last man alive, he could be. He won't be, however.
    After reshaping the world to his desires with the Yin, Yang, and Yin-Yang chakra granted to himself through certain means, and after decimating a good portion and nearly the entirety of the human race, he will commit suicide and leave no physical trace that he ever existed. This will leave him to only exist in the memories of those few that he left to live, and he will become a legend that not a soul will be left uninformed of. As time and time pass, he will become known as the embodiment of evil and his name will be the personification of it. He will live forever, not physically, but in knowledge that does not cease to exist.
    This entire plan will only be told to two certain members of Yūgure, being the two heads that stand alongside Kohaku. When he dies, he will entrust them to reshape and allow the world to once again be able to function peacefully and powerfully. Kohaku's plan is not only to live on forever, but to probe to the world how faulty they are; that they should come to learn to be more aware, more monitoring, and more alert to the extent that they are more than well expecting the unexpected. His goal is not to destroy the world, but to allow it to flourish to a much better extent. And, after a set amount of time, he will have one of his two heads allow him to return to the world of the living through Edo Tensei to see the changes that were made, and, if necessary, change the world once again.

Personality:
    Kohaku is an epicentre of grandiose, while his personality majorly represents grandeur and eccentricity, though it rests on a very thin line of sanity, and is often considered to have already passed said line. Though this remains true, he is rather polite in conversation, despite the fact that he holds himself and his speech quite dramatically- though this doesn't mean that he hides any of himself during a chat, and often fidgets or finds distraction to keep himself intact when found necessary. He majorly presents himself as harmless to those who are clueless of his true nature. Even so, he can present himself as rather sarcastic. Upon seeing through this innocent guise, he openly changes his personality to reveal something of a more selfish, manipulative, and rather borderline take. If not clear that he is out of his right mind, it is far from difficult for others to determine that he has a very outstanding and outlying personality. He then reaches a point of destroying other peoples' lives and twisting their thoughts, beliefs, and lives simply for his own achievement. This is easily supported by his bipolarity disorder, which openly displays that he possesses an extremely wide and sporadic range of emotions, thoughts, and mindsets leaving himself as rather unpredictable. He has no qualms in killing those who might stand before him, and holds no resentment for the lives of which he decides to take. Despite this, when given an opportunity to be at his utmost eccentricity- whilst still having refrained from entirely revealing himself-, such as an event as a party, he will take into the offer more than willingly. Due to his eclecticness, emotions are not things that Kohaku tends to stow away when not wearing a fake persona, although as a result of his extremely carefree and hedonistic nature, he doesn't care much about the opinions of others, although there is a darker and more maniacal face behind the generally wild and excitable mask that he most often wears. Upon discovering his true identity or perhaps his nature of origin, the external personality alters to correlate with the change, becoming a far more sadistic and insane manner, relishing in others' misery and suffering for his own pleasure. In this stage, Kohaku takes every opportunity he can reach to upset others by mocking them, deliberately provoking them, or even bringing up and prodding at a sensitive topic, simply for enjoyment. Despite its crudeness, this persona is not the full extent and range of what he harbors within himself. Although it is rare that he exhibits the colder side of his personality, when annoyed, upset, or irritated, he reaches the point where he would excessively torture a person. Though it is uncommon that such a state is reached, certain sides of it openly reveal themselves in everyday and generic conversation, however not necessarily entirely. Though, when pushed to a certain limit, these aspects reveal themselves easily, seeing that he is unable to contain certain traits of himself due to the wavering effects caused by his disordered mind.

    Despite his rather tall height, Kohaku's body structure is rather lanky and thin. Due to the fact that he prefers ranged combat, and when in close quarters, the martial arts that he utilizes are not based on strength, his muscles are hardly defined, though they are nearly always covered by several layers of clothing, as his generic attire is rather heavy.

    It seems that no background information exists on Kohaku. The fact that he is the forefront of Yūgure is known only by its members. His name- Kohaku Shiritori- is also disclosed only to these followers, and he is elsewhere known as Kitsuka. The only detail that has been leaked is his renowned name as a Medical-Nin as a result of being deemed the title Death within the Harbringers of Judgement.

Kekkei Genkai – Bloodline Techniques: [0 - 0 = 0]
Death [Pale Horseman]:
    • Hiden- Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Shi [Secret Tradition- Summoning Technique: Death] ~ A Rank
    This is one of the five summons that symbolizes the Harbringers of Judgement. As has been told, the horse of Death has a predominantly pale coat as a mixture of white and blue that is reminiscent of how one might describe a ghost, though this isn't the case. Her body is entirely an animated skeleton, and although this gives her a more threatening appearance, her voice says otherwise. While Shi is incapable of casting jutsu, she does have the ability to speak, similarly to most, if not all summons. The well-known capability of this horse is that she is incapable of dying, as she is already considered to be dead. Seemingly a spirit, she does appear to transcend most attacks and onslaughts. As is evident, this trait is similar to the prowess that Shi's rider possesses. This is as a result of centuries of tradition.

    • Hiden- Gaikan: Shi [Secret Tradition- Apparition: Death] ~ S Rank
    As a symbolic name, this jutsu represents its according horse. This technique is activated with the seal of confrontation. Upon the casting of this jutsu, the user will transform into an embodiment of Death, changing their skin entirely to become a pitch black morphing even the cuticles with only one exception: the eyes, which don't change at all. Although this appearance is majorly aesthetic and seems to serve no other purpose, the wielder is granted decay at their fingertips. While the user's standard Iryo Ninjutsu capabilities as Death tend to be lacking in offensive prowess, this form is where they might gain some lead. Through direct contact, and only direct contact, with another entity, the wielder is able to literally cause an enhanced process of decay within the cells of that affected. If left untreated, these wounds will claim themselves to be permanent, though immediate or near-instantaneous treatment possesses the capability to somewhat restore that which was lost.

    • Hiden- Shōhyō: Bōdārain no Seishi [Secret Tradition- Trademark: Borderline of Life and Death] ~ SS Rank [Passive]
    Hiden- Shōhyō: Bōdārain no Seishi is the trademark jutsu of the rider of Death, the Pale Horse. As a result, it is only accessible by those who bear the title. This jutsu, once activated by the current holder of the Death position, grants the user the prowess of natural regeneration. Upon taking damage, the user heals at an incredible and seemingly instantaneous rate. This is a result of the fact that this signature jutsu automatically sends chakra to a wound and begins healing. While this process cannot be stopped nor slowed, this technique severely dampers the strength of the wielder's skin's natural resilience and resistance, making it far easier for blood to be shed. Despite the user's ability to regenerate, they may still be killed through means that do not include loss of blood such as damage to the brain or demolishing the body to a point where chakra flow is incapable.

    Through neurostimulation, the user delivers a low current to the target's brain area of interest [whichever area the user chooses], to increase their cognitive performance. This can only be achieved through contact with the target's head.

    • Gōmonno Isu [Torture Chair] ~ B Rank [Custom]
    The Gōmonno Isu appears to be a chair made of a metallic substance, with several harnesses attached to it- also metal. It is actually comprised of large amounts of any magnetic metal substance. If the target is already magnetized, they are magnetically forced into the chair- if not, they may be placed there upon a different method, such as through physical force. Once seated in the chair, the metal harnesses stretch across over the arms, chest, thighs, shins, and forehead. This is to prevent immovability of the target. The user may further allow multitudes of small spikes to protrude from the chair, penetrating the target. Despite the ability to change the shape the of the chair, it may also be used only for restrictive purposes.

    • Jiton Mohō- Jishaku Ninpō: Denji Genmu [Magnetic Release Imitation- Magnet Ninjutsu: Electromagnetic Vision] ~ B Rank [Custom]
    Jiton Mohō- Jishaku Ninpō: Denji Genmu is an imitation of the Jishaku Ninpō: Denji Genmu technique. This technique unleashes a wave of a magnetic substance, that stops the brainwaves of anyone who is caught in its vicinity. By disrupting the electrical waves in the brain, the opponent is rendered them unable to think or move.

    • Satetsu Shigure [Iron Sand Drizzle] ~ A Rank
    Satetsu Shigure is a gunshot-like attack which uses Iron Sand hardened into minuscule grains to attack simultaneously across a vast range. The bullets are so fast that they are difficult to see. The moment the user has finished preparing the attack, evading it becomes extremely difficult. Using the repellent force of magnetism, the speed of the bullets is rapidly increased after they are shot. Furthermore, the user can also use an attack pattern where the Iron Sand bullets are shaped into sharp needles, increasing their ability to wound or kill the opponent. Since the Iron Sand has a magnetic force and is also drenched in poison, defending against this technique is almost impossible. This technique is especially threatening to puppet users, since the puppets can be rendered immobile if the Iron Sand gets lodged into their joints.

    • Satetsu Kesshū [Iron Sand Gathering Assault] ~ A Rank
    This technique gathers a great volume of Iron Sand and compresses it into a high-density shape. This greatly increases the hardness, creating a gigantic steel-like weapon in an instant. The weight and size of these shapes are so great, they can easily shatter bedrock and break through most defenses with one hit. Because the weapon is made out of Iron Sand, the shape can be whatever the user wants, and can even be changed during the fight. This allows the user to create the best weapon for the fight, by taking into account the opponent's abilities and the surrounding environment. Since the Iron Sand generates a strong magnetic field, the opponent cannot use any metal weapons or tools.

    • Jiton Mohō- Jishaku Ninpō [Magnetism Release Imitation- Magnet Ninja Art] ~ S Rank [Custom]
    Jiton- Jishaku Ninpō is an imitation and alteration of the Jishaku Ninpō technique. This technique enables the user to magnetize anything they might touch, thus fully manipulating objects at their discretion and allowing themselves a variety of attacks. Due to utilizing the Kekkei Genkai, Jiton, opposed to a bodily defect, the risks that would affect the user are nullified and become voided.


Ranton Jutsu:
    • Ranton: Raiunkūha [Storm Release: Thunder Cloud Inner Wave] ~ C Rank
    The wielder uses Storm Release to generate a thick ring of thunderclouds and electricity around themselves, creating an offensive and defensive ward. They can then utilize these clouds to fire powerful blasts of lightning at enemies, and as an electrified perimeter; effectively preventing foes from getting into a close proximity.

    • Ranton: Reizā Sākasu [Storm Release: Laser Circus] ~ A Rank
    This technique creates several beams and shoots them at the enemy. First, a halo of bright energy spreads around the user's hands as this technique is activated, then the technique encircles the user's hand and from that the beams are shot out towards the enemy. The user is able to alter the beams direction after being shot, making it possible to strike multiple enemies with pinpoint accuracy, even bypassing hostages held in close proximity. The user can increase the number of beams to a great amount to pin down an enemy.

    • Ranton Ōgi: Rankiryū [Storm Release Secret Art: Demon Dragon Storm] ~ S Rank
    The wielder uses Ranton to produce a massive thunder cloud in a shape of which is somewhat cylindrical, though is malleable. This cloud is capable of absorbing chakra to grow, though may only store 25 chakra points at one time [any further absorption is not possible unless some chakra is released]. The user can channel the absorbed energy into themselves, allowing them the ability to amplify the technique to its highest limit, growing in size, strength, and ferocity. By using different seals while active, the user can summon multiple red pillars of chakra from the clouds as a form of attack, though they may also multiple techniques through suction into the mouth, which can be added into the storage of the clouds, or into one's own pool. To remain active, this jutsu requires three chakra points per post.

    • Ranton no Yoroi [Storm Release Armour] ~ SS Rank [Custom[
    The user's body first becomes oily and slick and then proceeds to become enveloped in a layer of lightning chakra that, instead of being used offensively, is manipulated to electrically stimulate the user's nervous system. As a variation of the Raiton no Yoroi ,this technique speeds up neural synapses to react faster, and to push physical prowess, allowing for a moderate increase in speed and power. However because of the user's oiled body, they become harder to grip, physically strike, and are far more elusive. For a sustained duration, this jutsu requires five chakra points per post.


Dual/Collaborative Jutsu:
    • Magunetā [Magnetar] ~ S Rank [Custom]
    Magunetā is a jutsu collaboration of Jiton and Ranton. The user gathers storm chakra in each hand, and then further claps their hands together. This creates a small sphere between the palms. After having done this, the user then releases the ball into the sky, and, upon such, it begins to emit a powerful magnetic storm. Any magnetic object that is caught in this storm will begin levitating and hovering randomly and sporadically as a result of the unstable frequencies; metallic objects struck by bolts from the storm will likely be eradicated upon contact. The main power of this jutsu, however, is the magnetic field it emits. The longer that someone is within the range of the field, the deadlier affect it has on the body.

    • Kawarimi no Jutsu - Change of Body Stance Technique - E Rank
    Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack.

    • Henge no Jutsu - Transformation Technique - E Rank
    Henge no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents.

    • Nawanuke no Jutsu - Escaping Skill - E Rank
    Nawanuke no Jutsu is a very basic Ninjutsu that allows a ninja to escape from rope binds.

    • Kinobori no Waza - Act of Tree Climbing – E Rank
    Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.

    • Suimen Hokou no Waza – Act of Water Surface Walking – E Rank
    A variation on the Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing), the art of water surface walking allows a ninja to walk on water as if it was a solid surface. Focusing an even amount of chakra out of the soles of their feet, they can balance themselves on the very surface of the water.

    • Dim Mak [Touch of Death/Death-Point Striking] ~ C Rank [Custom]
    The concept known as Dim Mak traces its history to traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture. The martial art is depicted as a forbidden style and secret body of knowledge with techniques that attack pressure points and meridians, of which are said to incapacitate or cause immediate or even delayed death to an opponent. The concept known as Vibrating Palm originates with the Chinese martial arts Neijing energy techniques that deal with the Qi energy and the type of force used. It is depicted as a technique that is part psychic and part vibratory, this energy is then focused into a wave.

    • Hapkido [The Way of Coordinating Energy] ~ C Rank [Custom]
    Hapkido is a dynamic and also eclectic Korean martial art. It is a form of self-defense that employs joint locks, techniques of other martial arts, as well as kicks, punches, and other striking attacks. Once drunk, the user will lose their ability to know friend from foe and attack whomever is in their vicinity. The Drunken Fist is not a reliable option because the 'drunken frenzy' that alcohol induces does not hold for prolonged periods of time. If the user has not overcome their adversary by the time that they become sober, they may be left at their mercy in the midst of battle.

    This seal is used in conjunction with the Four Black Fog Battle Formation. After individual is sealed within the container, this jutsu is added as another layer of protection.     This technique is used to suppress technique-induced marks on a person. Preparation for this technique requires two concentric circles with kunai placed in intervals along the circumference, in addition to a number of characters written in blood that radiate out from the centre of the cursed seal. However, you can’t really kill someone with acupuncture (a skilled acupuncturist can however, fake death – that level of skill would be around Chuunin to Jounin level), and you cannot disable vital internal organs. If arm is disabled, certain seals can still be performed – which means jutsu can be used. Also, for example, a whole leg cannot be disabled by one needle – a specific part of the leg may disable from the knee to the ankle down, but the toes and thighs could still function.

    Chakra is kneaded within the body and then changed into special chemical substances which is then ejected through the mouth. When this substance comes in contact with the air outside the body, it instantly changes and is transformed into a mist of deadly poison. The poison's ability to kill is tremendous, as even just breathing in a small amount will mean the end of the target's life, however the process is of a more practical manner. Once inhaled, the ingester of the toxin will begin to laugh uncontrollably, to the point where they will eventually die of lack of oxygen, if not treated. As this technique combines ninjutsu, chemistry, and medical knowledge, using it requires fine chakra control and advanced ability in medical ninjutsu.

    • Saikan Chūshutsu no Jutsu [Delicate Illness Extraction Technique] ~ B Rank
    When a person has been afflicted by a pathogen or toxin, this medical ninjutsu can be used to draw out the agent and heal the damage. The cause of the illness is first determined by perceiving disturbances in the patient's chakra. Then, using a chakra scalpel, an incision is made near the affected part. Using their chakra, the medical-nin pushes a large volume of a medicinal fluid through the incision. The fluid then draws the poison out of the affected part(s) and serves as a medium through which the poison is suspended and then forced out of the person's body.     This medical technique forms one's chakra into a small, sharp blade. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular scalpels, the chakra scalpel can actually make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection. The chakra scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the chakra scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even the greatest medical-nin won't be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile. Adding to the technique's blade like quality, it also appears to give the user an increased level of durability over their chakra clad hands.

    • Ranshinshō [Body Pathway Derangement] ~ A Rank
    An extremely high-level technique, used as Iryo Ninjutsu. The human body is controlled with electrical signals from the brain, but a person who had those electrical signals cut off with this technique will become unable to make their body move as they want. By transforming the chakra within one's body and giving it the properties of electricity, one creates an electric field. As soon as a strike of the hand lands, electricity is poured into the enemy's nervous system, severing the signals and deranging their body control. The target's body moves in any way, except how they want it to move. For the common shinobi, battle, not to mention even just walking, will become impossible. However, the victim can partially overcome the technique if they manage to relearn the connection between their brain and their limbs. This feat however is not an easy one and takes a high amount of concentration and intelligence.

    • Sōzō Saisei [Creation Rebirth] ~ S Rank
    The absolute pinnacle of medical ninjutsu; it is the ultimate regeneration technique. By releasing the great volume of chakra stored in the forehead at once, the body's cell division is forcibly stimulated by proteins, reconstructing all organs and all tissues making up the human body. The technique itself does not regenerate the old cells, rather it hastens the creation of new ones through division. If this technique is used, a body whose vital organs are so gravely injured that it cannot bear it any longer will be instantly restored to its uninjured state. As long as the user has chakra it is virtually impossible for them to die by any means, as such they gain a form of "immortality" throughout the duration of the technique. However, a body's cells can only split a certain number of times in a lifetime, and by speeding up this process, the user is basically shortening her natural lifespan. To what degree is unknown, but what is clear is that it is not great enough to cause the user to die in battle. If not using the White Strength Seal, this jutsu requires five chakra points per post to remain active.

    • Kyōka Shohō: Chakura Jokyo [Strengthening Prescription: Chakra Removal] ~ S Rank [Custom]

This extra chakra will allow the user to utilise high level element Ninjutsu. It also allows the user to use elemental techniques that they wouldn't be able to master normally. The chakra is not infinite, and must be replenished over time [maximum of forty chakra points before a replenishment is necessary]. Furthermore, only one type of elemental chakra can be injected into the person at a time. The person injected with these snakes can also force the snake out, and drink the chakra directly, vastly increasing their chakra and power, as well as inducing a body-mutating transformation, but results in their body being highly unstable, which, if struck with sufficient force, can result in the body exploding. The dark chakra snakes can also be used against the opponents. By injecting them with the same chakra, it can either paralyse or kill without leaving a mark.

    Hiden: Taisho no Shinigami is the trademark jutsu of the rider of Rapture, the Blue Horse. As a result, it is only accessible by those who bear the title. This jutsu, once activated by the current holder of the Rapture position, grants the user the ability to attain a second life after death. This is the only jutsu of the Harbringers of Judgement whose power is strictly encompassed by a seal of which is located on the right breast above the heart. By linking the seal to another body, upon the death of the host, they are transferred to their "other half" by the Shinigami. Although this jutsu essentially grants the user another life, they are incapable of using it multiple times. Once used, the seal will dissipate. Alongside the transference, the chakra pool and strength of the wielder will be cut in half, and incapable of being restored.

    • Hiden- Gaikan: Kanki [Secret Tradition- Apparition: Rapture] ~ S Rank
    As a symbolic name, this jutsu represents its according horse. This technique is activated with the seal of confrontation. Upon the casting of this jutsu, the user will transform into an embodiment of Rapture. Although no significant changes take place during this alteration, the most major is the forming of a yellow circle in the hair at the crown of the user's head, representing a halo. In this stage, the wielder acts as a mirror. Any damage that is dealt to themselves by the opponent will also be dealt to the opponent, as a way of reflecting their sins.

    • Hiden- Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Kanki [Secret Tradition- Summoning Technique: Rapture] ~ A Rank
    This is one of the five summons that symbolizes the Harbringers of Judgement. As has been told, the horse of Rapture has a predominantly blue coat that has been likened to the transition from dusk to nightfall. His body is extremely lean and fit, though not noticeably so. Kanki, similarly to most, if not all summons, possesses the ability to speak. The well-known capability of this horse is that he is given the unique ability to control his chakra flow, unlike his four companions. While this remains true, he is only capable of casting one jutsu, and that is the ability to bind the fate of Rapture with another. Through contact, Kanki possesses the ability to place a seal that makes his rider bound to another. If either Rapture or the target dies, as does the counterpart. This must be permanent death, however, and cannot utilize the rider's ability to rebirth himself. As is evident, this trait is similar to the prowess that Kanki's rider possesses. This is as a result of centuries of tradition.

    Hiden- Shōhyō: Tekī no Kokoro is the trademark jutsu of the rider of War, the Red Horse. As a result, it is only accessible by those who bear the title. This jutsu, once activated by the current holder of the War position, grants the user the prowess of Genjutsu of which is nearly inescapable, even to the likes of the Byakugan. While casting Genjutsu, however, the user is unable to form any further techniques before releasing the former. Although the strength that this jutsu adds onto Genjutsu is massive, it is extremely fragile, allowing any form of physical pain unto the target to break the technique, and accordingly, the jutsu cast. If used by another who is not the target, Kai is also granted the capability to surpass the Genjutsu.

    • Hiden- Gaikan: Datta [Secret Tradition- Apparition: War] ~ S Rank
    As a symbolic name, this jutsu represents its according horse. This technique is activated with the seal of confrontation. Upon the casting of this jutsu, the user will transform into an embodiment of War, slightly increasing the leanness of their overall body composition, as well as making their sclera turn black. Upon catching the slightest gaze into the eyes of the wielder, the target will be forced into a fury of anger and rage. When put into this state, a person will use twice as much chakra for their techniques, though they will not tire as easily, making the technique a double-edged blade.

    • Hiden- Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Datta [Secret Tradition- Summoning Technique: War] ~ A Rank
    This is one of the five summons that symbolizes the Harbringers of Judgement. As has been told, the horse of War has a coat whose colour is reminiscent of that of dried blood covering a well-built body with massive force and strength. His head possesses no flesh, and is entirely portrayed as a skull lit with an ever-constantly burning flame. While Datta is incapable of casting jutsu, he does have the ability to speak, similarly to most, if not all summons. The well-known capability of this horse is that he is immune to the affects of Genjutsu. As is evident, this trait is similar to the prowess that Datta's rider possesses. This is as a result of centuries of tradition.

    The Harbringers of Justice, some say, first came into existence after the death of Rikudō Sennin. As they are not necessarily a Clan, but are more so a mutually agreeing and connected group of people, they came to call themselves an organization, despite the fact that they often change their surnames to unite further with one another. The Harbringers of Justice has no alliance with any village, and as a result are considered to be allied with every village, yet also enemies with every village, but Horsemen have been notably seen to emerge in each of them. Originally, the organization was used as a heavenly force that would intervene in disputes such as warfare to determine and ally with a certain party that each member mutually agrees deserves their assistance. In a sense, they are often considered to be mercenaries, but are better known as judges. The five Clans that have sprouted the most Horsemen are the Kaguya Clan, the Akimichi Clan, the Amagiri Clan, the ancestors of Rikudō Sennin, and the Uchiha Clan. Each Horseman is assigned accordingly: Death, Famine, Pestilence, Rapture, and War. Even so, it is not necessary that a Horseman originate from one of these Clans; it is only required that they be a compatible host for genetic information, as, otherwise, one will die during the transference. The majority of the time, the Harbringers of Justice have been likened to death and destruction, though they have also served many a time as a deciding and balancing factor.

Personality:
    Hikaru has a very stoic and seemingly non-existent personality. He is quite reserved, and because of this, favours solitude, though this does not mean that he is alone. However, despite his preference, he is not one to hold back during conversation, if found necessary. He is not shy nor stark, but rather, believes in freedom and equality, allowing himself more than enough right to speak, despite the audience. Hikaru has adapted to becoming quite intelligent, as an overall result of his loneness and philosophies. The majority of his time is spent studying or reading, as he has a vast curiosity. This leaves him to have a very open, calculatory, and perceptive mind. Generally, Hikaru's curiosity leads him to rotate around life, its purposes, and simply its existence. In often scenarios, his mind seems to be elsewhere from his body, which has a tendency of making conversation difficult. This is not an act of disrespect, however Hikaru may simply not know someone is making an attempt at conversation, unless made blatantly obvious enough to break his train of thought.
    Hikaru is very peaceful, and believes in equality. As a cause and effect for his respect towards all life, he became a pacifist. During combat, he often refuses to fight, if such is an option. He sees no purpose in wasting a life in such a manner. If forced to partake in combat, he is often more so reserved and defensive, focusing more on the safety and well-being of both parties. Despite the fact that Hikaru does respect all life, his reason for solitude is that he believes each person must find or construct their own path, without the assistance of another. This has caused his life to be majorly empty, however he knows not what it is like to life differently, so he'd no reason to change his lifestyle. As another result of Hikaru's equality beliefs, he is seemingly emotionless, allowing himself to respect every aspect of life without forming unfair judgement or opinion. Despite this, he knows well that God kills without discrimination, and he is willing to do just the same if the matter calls for such actions to be taken. He believes that any person of whom he might kill is entirely out of mercy for their soul.

Tattoos/Scars/Piercings:
    The only major form of tattoo that is found on the body of Hikaru is located on his chest, between his pectoralis muscles. This mark was obtained upon his increase of ability in Chishioton, in which he granted himself the Iron Armour Seal, specifically for said purpose. Although it does not reach the pectoralis minor muscles, it spreads itself across the pectoralis major muscles. The Fuuinjutsu takes the major appearance of the kanji for "iron", hence the given jutsu name. The purpose of this seal was originally to contain the Hachibi, though Hikaru wears it to seal a mass storage of blood within his body. Despite it being used to seal a Bijuu, its power does not match that of other seals. The only way to be rid Hikaru of this seal is by breaking it, which, in turn will make it disappear. The Iron Armour Seal can be broken by utilizing unsealing techniques of Rank A and higher.
    -Tekkō Fūin [Iron Armour Seal] ~ A Rank
    This is the fūinjutsu used by Kumogakure to seal Gyūki into its respective hosts. The seal itself takes the form of the kanji for "iron" (鉄, tetsu) and is usually printed somewhere on the jinchūriki's body. Not much else is known about the seal, besides the fact that it was stated to be of lower-quality and weaker than the Four Symbols Seal, which was used to seal Kurama.

Physique:
    Hikaru's height is neither noticeably tall, nor obviously short, which, in comparison to others, is more or less average. As a result of his pacifistic and neutral nature, his muscles are evidently undefined, caused by lack of physical training, as seen unfit or unnecessary. Despite this, Hikaru's body structure is evidently not overweight, and could be mistaken for being underweight, however he merely has a very high metabolism, making it nearly impossible for him to gain much weight. Alongside this, he only eats when absolutely necessary, giving his body less reason to be increasing in heftiness. Hikaru is the type to wait until each person is served at a meal, before allowing himself to take a portion. This thin body structure is very clear, not only in a generality, but even when wearing casual clothes, as he most often wears thin button-down shirts, accompanied by pants of which are not necessarily wide.

Biography:
    Hikaru was originally born into a rather wealthy family. As a result of this, he was provided with a naturally luxurious lifestyle and upbringing. His home-life consisted of a family of which was rather minimalistic, including himself, a mother, and a father. It was a very basic family, in regards to those who lived within the household. As a result of this, and of course being an only child, his parents' focus was entirely on him. For the majority of the time spent with his family, the boy believed that this was more than enough to provide eternal happiness. He lived well, and was glad that that was such. He only knew the goodness in his life; his raising taught him to focus on himself, and that alone. The only things that were allowed to intervene were his own desires. What he wished for, were somehow achieved. This was simply the amount of effort that his parents were willing to display. They wouldn't allow him to understand the difficult lives that some others had to endure, as they feared that this might change his nature. For many years, they were successful in accomplishing this.
    Due to his living situation, Hikaru was provided with nearly everything that he wished for, and was constantly pampered with utmost effort in regards to what could be done to accomplish what his parents believed was pleasing him. Of course, for many years of his childhood, he also believed that this was what he wanted. Hikaru began believing that everything of which he asked for would somehow simply be given to him, no matter the price. Cost was never something that made its appearance to him, as he never bought anything for himself. Although he merely believed this, it rang true very well, and would be accomplished as best as possible. Every effort that was granted to him was somehow a result of his parents' love, despite the flaws that many could see within the system. The two truly loved and cared for their son, and they wished to do everything in their power to make him happy. However, this situation wouldn't last, and his parents would fail in hiding the pain, suffering, and hurt that life causes.
    The family that Hikaru lived in was extremely peaceful. Despite their riches, they thrived to find happiness, much as most families would like to do. The parents wished nothing more than to achieve this for their son, just as every loving mother and father might. With the capabilities that the two had to grant this, simply as a result of their surname, allowed them to provide this happiness for year after year. Hikaru was happy. He was unexposed to the outside world, but having never experienced it, this mattered not to him. Despite being curious as to what might exist outside of the confines of the family manor, he remained within the safety of his home, just as his parents wished for. Anything that he might have wanted, was provided by his parents, who would take it upon their liberty to retrieve it, so that they could spare their son from ever coming to the realization of how truly painful living life could be for some. Although they believed that Hikaru would never experience these pains and sufferings firsthand, his mother and father wished to avoid him from ever coming into contact with any of these harsh feelings, even if it was merely secondhand, or somewhere even further down the road. They wanted him to be happy for as long as he was still alive.

    The perfect life that Hikaru knew began fading. His parents seemingly began having busier lives outside of what existence that they knew within their home. The boy knew nothing of what his mother and father did outside of the house, however he was never curious enough to spend the time to make the attempt to find out, and, whenever he asked, it was simply ignored or redirected. Hikaru wasn't pleased that he was becoming so alone at home, but he still found things to amuse himself. There was always a spare for any replacement. Any relationship, and any sense of happiness, could somehow be replaced by simple nothings that distracted him, and left him to not think much about what was truly missing in his life. Soon, he began drifting away from this relationship, and began acting more so to himself, than anyone else.
    In due time, Hikaru's family name became the death of, not himself, but his parents. As a result of the household's wealth, a shot was placed on the heads of the owners- the owners, of course, being Hikaru's mother and father, and the son would know nothing of the murder until news was directly brought to him. As a result of the peaceful nature of the family, despite their highly held name, no guards or protectors were ever hired, and none of the members trained in the way of the ninja. Such things were merely seen as the cause of unnecessary suffering for, not only others, but those who wielded them, as well. This proved for their deaths to be accomplished with much more ease than the situation could have possibly called for, seeing their high status as it was.
    Although Hikaru's parents were requested to be murdered, the son was not, and was left to survive on his own. The killing occurred on a night that the two were out of the house, as they often seemed to be. Noticing nothing unusual, the boy paid no mind. It was simply another night of his parents not being present. The next morning, however, he was informed by a member of the ANBU Black Ops that his mother and father had been murdered. Hikaru had no idea what this meant, as he was never exposed to such things. Upon asking the man to rephrase multiple times, the boy was simply left with the fact that his parents no longer existed in the life that they lived in. Unsure of how to react, Hikaru simply began crying uncontrollably. These emotions were things that he had never encountered before, and while they overwhelmed him, he was unable to resist, simply because he knew not how to do such a thing. He had now been exposed to precisely what it was that his parents wished for him to never have to experience, and the cause was the death of the only people that he had in his life. He learned that things such as pain, sadness, suffering, disaster, and death existed. He came to understand that his perfect life was only a mirage granted to him by those who cared.

    After days were spent by Hikaru, simply mourning the fact that his parents were gone, he came to stumble upon a realization. His problem was not only that his mother and father had left him, but now he, himself, was alone, without a family, and without a home, as he would be unable to pay for the price in which the family manor was worth. He began feeling absolutely powerless in his existence. He wondered what would happen if he took the same path as his parents, and reunited himself with them in wherever it was that they had gone to. He was curious if this would bring him to a place, where he could see his mother and father, again. Somewhere safe, where they wouldn't be taken away from him, again.
    Upon finding a blade, Hikaru decided that he was going to make the attempt to take his own life. With his eyes closed, fearing what was to come if his thoughts were somehow wrong, he waited. Tears began rolling down the sides of his face, however he was unsure if it was because he was glad to be reunited with his family, or if it was the fear of failure. As the blade was extended, and further forced quickly towards his own chest, the sword simply broke as it came into contact with skin. Hikaru began crying, once again, as he now knew not what to do. If he couldn't take away his own life, that meant that he was left to survive in this world, without the people that meant more than this life, to him.
    After having spent more time wallowing in his own tragedy, Hikaru came to a conclusion. He realized, now, what pain existed in the world, and he wished to change it, somehow. However, he had to experience every pain firsthand before being able to truly understand. He also knew that he had to become strong enough to withstand these pains, if he wished to be powerful enough to cleanse them. As a result, Hikaru allowed himself to wash away the majority of his emotion, and view life as equally as possible. It was a process that took time to undertake, however, with the suffering that he experienced, it was something that he insisted on completing. To further ensure his prowess, studying became a necessity, as it would assist in improving intellectual levels.
    Once he felt that he was ready to begin his journey, Hikaru came to decide that he would leave his village, and wander. It was impossible for him to discover these many aspects of life within the confines of this one small village, and there was also the possibility that he would be hunted and killed, just as his parents were. Despite not knowing any Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Fuuinjutsu, Kekkei Genkai, Kugutsu, Bukijutsu, Doujutsu, Genjutsu, Summoning Jutsu, or Iryo Ninjutsu at the time, he intended on coming to learn what the world had to offer him, and these debilitations weren't things that he believed would stop him.

    Hikaru's travels lasted very shortly, as he came to find that he was incapable of surviving in such a manner. He knew not how to scavenge for food, nor did he have any money, and he was simply physically incapable of the work-load and toll that it inflicted unto him. Where it was that he'd stopped, was the village of Kumogakure. Perhaps he hadn't travelled extensive distances, however this was somewhere new, and he believed that, at least for the time being, it would be a place to start. It mattered not if they would, or would not accept him, as he could simply flee to a new location, after having tended to his ailments, however he knew that he had to go somewhere to begin. Hikaru knew that there had to be a higher worldly reason as to why he didn't die when suicide was attempted. Or rather, why he wasn't injured in the slightest, and that the blade conclusively went directly through himself as if he were translucent.
    At this point, Hikaru felt no ill-will in regards to his parents' deaths. He had resumed the peaceful nature that once thrived within the family, and believed that he would continue to do so. He couldn't pursue those who killed his parents, but he could do his best to discover the core cause of why it happened. His parents certainly couldn't, as they no longer existed in the same life as their son, but as the only remaining member of the family, Hikaru felt that it was his duty. He had to do something for the loss of his mother and father, and he intended on doing it without causing harm to another person. He wished for everyone to know the perfect life that he once knew while his precious family was still intact.

    This technique allows the user to reproduce and modify the red and white blood cells in Natural Blood to create Artificial Blood, which, unlike the former, is used solely for combative purpose. Through modification it also allows them to alter its Blood Type [A, B, AB, O] and indefinitely store any form within their body.

    ● Chishioton: Bunri [Blood Release: Isolation] ~ D Rank
    This technique allows the user to isolate foreign threats in their body such as toxins, unwanted viruses, and the like, preventing them from spreading and further infecting. Once the isolation is completed, the wielder's blood cells will proceed to neutralize the threat.

    ● Chishioton: Hozen [Blood Release: Preservation] ~ C Rank
    Upon expelling the blood through an open wound, it can be returned and flow properly within the user's vein without the physical tissue keeping it in place being present. As the blood reenters the body it also purifies itself of any unwanted particles that it might have acquired during its time out of its proper place.

    ● Chishioton: Ketsueki [Blood Release: Hemophobia] ~ C Rank
    This is a Genjutsu that is activated simply through coming into contact with sufficient amounts of blood. Once this connection is made, the jutsu will force the target to believe that they are subject to a case of hemophobia and as a result have a severe fear of blood, to the point where paralysis and shock may heavily affect them.

    ● Dairekuto Kyūshūchi [Direct Blood Absorption] ~ A Rank
    To use this technique, the user must come into direct contact with their opponent's blood [while still within their body]. The contact must be deep enough to be physically touching several of the opponent's veins, otherwise the jutsu cannot work and will ultimately fail. Once this point of connection is achieved, the user will use their Chishioton to begin to remove and absorb blood cells directly from the opponent's blood flow, making their internal flow of blood weaker and less active, which can later result in disease caused by lack of red or white blood cells. The user, however, will use the absorbed blood as an addition to their own supply, which they can proceed to preserve in its original form or converge it into other types of blood for otherwise means.

    ● Chi no Ame [Blood Rain] ~ A Rank
    Through this technique, the user is able to force rain of a dark red hue to fall in the surrounding area within a seven and one half metre radius. This rain, however, is actually blood that is merely reproducing within clouds to the extent that it becomes heavy enough to fall. Due to the mass reproduction, on matter the Blood Type, it takes time to prepare, though it can last for days [one post of preparation equates to three posts of rain].

    ● Chi ni Naru [Become Blood] ~ S Rank
    This is a technique that is most effective while Chi no Ame is also in play. With this jutsu, the user may become one with blood at will, seemingly melting their body into the liquid. If Chi no Ame is present, it is nearly impossible to deduct the location of the user. A medical form that stabs nerve points with needles. It can either be used for aid, to invigorate a limb or similar, or if used correctly, can disable body parts and make them unable to perform actions. However, you can’t really kill someone with acupuncture (a skilled acupuncturist can however, fake death – that level of skill would be around Chuunin to Jounin level), and you cannot disable vital internal organs. If arm is disabled, certain seals can still be performed – which means jutsu can be used. Also, for example, a whole leg cannot be disabled by one needle – a specific part of the leg may disable from the knee to the ankle down, but the toes and thighs could still function.

• Saikan Chūshutsu no Jutsu [Delicate Illness Extraction Technique] ~ B Rank
When a person has been afflicted by a pathogen or toxin, this medical ninjutsu can be used to draw out the agent and heal the damage. The cause of the illness is first determined by perceiving disturbances in the patient's chakra. Then, using a chakra scalpel, an incision is made near the affected part. Using their chakra, the medical-nin pushes a large volume of a medicinal fluid through the incision. The fluid then draws the poison out of the affected part(s) and serves as a medium through which the poison is suspended and then forced out of the person's body. This technique thus removes the poison, while simultaneously repairing the damage caused by the poison. This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by sending chakra from their hands into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it very useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique. By sending an excess amount of chakra into the patient's body, the user can overload the patient's normal circulation, trapping them in a comatose state.

• Chakura no Mesu [Chakra Scalpel] ~ A Rank
This medical technique forms one's chakra into a small, sharp blade. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular scalpels, the chakra scalpel can actually make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection. The chakra scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the chakra scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even the greatest medical-nin won't be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile. Adding to the technique's blade like quality, it also appears to give the user an increased level of durability over their chakra clad hands.

It should be taken into account, however, that while wielders of this element are given complete control over the manipulation of blood, they cannot control the blood of which is already inside of another living organism. Despite this, if the blood is exposed and leaking from a physical wound, it can be manipulated, granted that any blood remaining inside of the target's body is incapable of usage by the wielder. This Kekkei Genkai also prominently uses the wielder's blood, which can result in a small to moderate decrease in the their lifespan depending on their capability and amount of tending to their own body's needs.


Artificial Blood: A user of the Chishioton can create an unlimited amount of Artificial Blood through reproduction and modification of their own blood cells. Artificial Blood is used only for combative purposes and cannot be used for any purpose similar to Natural Blood lest the target's blood be infected as it is extremely dangerous to outsiders. Accordingly, the user may also wield their own body with Chishioton as they are now entirely in the form of blood.     Members of the Chikaiga Clan are likened to the Kaguya Clan by the fact that they were both present in Kirigakure no Sato during the times that the village was known as Chigiri no Sato, and both equally contributed to the title. Despite their historically seen connections, the former was rumoured and presumptuously known to look down upon the latter for various reasons. The two Clans varied intensely and believed that they were linked only by similarities in their Kekkei Genkai. While the Kaguya Clan were entirely offensive, ruthless, and physical in their ways, the members of the Chikaiga Clan were defensive, strategic, and indirect. As a result of this, the two came to grow in dispute, waging miniature wars between one another to the extent that they began to consider themselves rivals. The Kaguya grew to develop jutsu to counter the Chikaiga's Chishioton, while the latter began producing jutsu to counter the former's Shikotsumyaku. Despite the fact that they rivalled for years, at what was presumed to be the fall of the Kaguya Clan, the defensive members of the Chikaiga Clan grew somewhat distraught at the fact that the two treated one another so poorly. Although it was not until recently that it was discovered, the Kaguya Clan came to return from their thought-to-be extinct place in the shinobi world, and the two Clans have yet to solidify their current standings as to whether or not they resume their eternal rivalry.

                    While Settoku no Geijutsu is not actually a Kekkei Genkai, the Clan considers it to be Hiden, simply as it is only a trait that is found within their family. Although this is true, it is only achieved as a result of the Clan's lifestyle, and has no correlation with jutsu, which makes them notorious for their wide range of capabilities. The way that a child is raised within this family entirely determines whether or not it is that they can acquire the Clan's renowned "Hiden".
                    Gyanburu no Jukutatsu no Geijutsu is exactly as its name states that it is: the art of mastery of gambling. The Clan possesses Inton, the Yin Release, and Yōton, Yang Release, though this fact has never been discovered. As a result, the family members simply believe that it is their immense luck that has reputed their infamous name of having never lost a gamble. Alongside this, seeing that the family has been gambling for centuries, as well as owning a well renowned casino, the Estelle Clan has grown to achieve unspeakably high charisma and persuasive prowess. This, however, is achieved through the Sharingan, as the Estelle family is a branch of the Uchiha Clan. Unlike their roots, however, this Clan more than often hides their Sharingan so as not to have the detail used against them when gambling.
