[[Air Solidification]]-
---The power to solidify air into a solid form. Sub-power of Air Manipulation, variation of Solidification.
[Capabilities]

-Red can manipulate pressure in the air molecules to solidify the air, with the level of solidity going from loose jello to Tungsten.

-This is specifically used to solidify five tendrils of air around her, that she can wield and bend to her will for any means needed.

-Red is able to move the air tendrils at roughly [30mph]

-Ability to solidify small areas roughly 6 inches in diameter of solid air to block an attack, each use is [5/100] stamina, unlimited uses with the stamina available. While manifesting these small solid air masses, concentration is needed in order for them to form completely, and they take a couple seconds to completely condense into a solid mass. She would not be able to block anything in the process of them forming, and if there is an interruption while casting it will count as 5/100 of the stamina pool.

-Since air cannot be seen by conventional methods, neither can the attacks and derivatives formed by/from it, making it an invisible and versatile weapon that is very difficult to block and dodge. Her's however manifest with the visible features of heat waves running through them, making the tendrils slightly visible to the human eye.

-While using one tendril at a time uses little to no concentration, when she uses two at a time she has to put more of a conscious effort into maneuvering them effectively.

-The tips of said tendrils can be manipulated into points, not exceedingly sharp, but enough to puncture skin and to cause an annoyance in the least.


[Limitations]

----Red is able to manipulate two of the tendrils at one time, as in maneuver them for a strike, deflecting an attack, coiling around an opponent. Once coiled or immobile, she can use another tendril.

----Unable to create air/wind, being limited to manipulating only from already existing sources.

----Her skill is rather high for this ability. That being said the length of these tendrils are roughly five foot, give or take a foot or so depending on the amount of energy that has previously been used in a fight. They are only about three inches in diameter, and upon first use expends [5/100]stamina cost per tendril manifested, maxing out at [25/100] with all five in use.

----Within contact with fire or any type of void where air ceases, the tendrils simply dissipate into a thin mist and cannot be used again during the fight. In extreme cases the fire may have the capability to spread though the mass of air being controlled.

----Higher level Electricity Manipulation users can use electrons to detonate the various compound molecules within the air, overwhelming the user.

----When first manifesting the tendrils, concentration is solely needed on the manifestation process, and cannot break concentration or she will not be able to form them, and will also lose [5/100]stamina points.

----Being that they are simply just tendrils of manifested condensed air, the pressure exerted when striking is equal to that of her own strength, no more or no less.

[Capabilities]

The ability falls into two categories, Telepathic Communication, which is the ability to transmit information from mind to another, and Telepathic Perception, which is the ability to receive information from another mind. Red is able to do both of these.

Telepathic Offense

----Binding: The ability to restrict the movements of others via the mind. Only able to restrict movements mildly, and for only [One] round of posts. The range of the bind is limited to exterior body parts, and the bind is again limited to her own ability of strength. Being said if she is going against a stronger opponent, the bind will only slow down a limb instead or stop it, not constrict.

----Mindscape Transportation: The ability to transport physical matter into one's conscious or subconscious thoughts. This has been used with Thomas Bravot, mainly only used for private communication. Her version of this use is limited to projecting herself into a mental landscape of her choosing, into whomever mind she chooses. This is only touching the forefront of their mind, so she doesn't dig too deep and invade their privacy anymore. It's a simple means for communication. Can project reality from around her physical body into the mindscape, enabling the person she is contacting visual of what may be happening. She can phase between Mindscape and Reality, being able to still be aware of reality but with a more limited scale of ability.

---Body Language Analysis: The ability to predict the target's next move.

---Mind Link: The ability to develop a permanent mental bond with any person, also called imprinting. This would be Red reaching out to the mind of a certain person and essentially hooking a link into their mind, so she has the ability to talk to them no matter how far, can tell where they are, what they feel, but has to be triggered by her thinking about said person in order to do the above. Imprinting can only be done on one person, and cannot be severed by her own ability. Death breaks the link, and that is the only known way as of right now.

---Telepathic Relay: The ability to act as a mental relay station for a group of minds, allowing said minds to "speak" to one another through the user. Ability is taxing, cannot be done more then one time in the span of two days.

[Limitations]

----Does not work on mindless beings (corpses, animated objects, robots,etc.).

----Any thought projection is limited to roughly 200 yards around her.

----Limited to one target at a time, unless using the relay ability.

----May not be able to read impulsive actions.

----Psychic Shield users of a higher level are immune to this ability.

----Sometimes, it's better to not know what others are thinking, even when their thinking about you.

----Unless one is multilingual or have the automatic ability to translate and decrypt, ability may not work if the target is thinking in alternate languages or encrypted codes.

[[Seismic Sense]]
---The power to sense and perceive vibrations in the earth. A sub-power of Enhanced Touch, technique of Earth Manipulation, variation of Echolocation.

[Capabilities]

Red is able to pick up even the slightest vibrations through physical contact with the ground, enabling them to perceive her surroundings as precisely as normal sight. She is able to sense the structure and materials of solid substances, including the presence of caves, material changes, structural weaknesses, etc. This was how she used to see for five or so years, being blind and relying specifically on this ability to get around. Although she can see now, in fights she is more likely to rely on Seismic Sense then her own sight since it gives her a 360 degree radius of sight and she can detect less noticeable movements.

[Limitations]

---Anything not standing on solid surface evades detection.

---Loose matter, such as sand, may distort perception.

[[Psychic Bolt or Psy Bolt]]-

The ability to release a lightning type of bolt from a pool of pure psychic energy. The type of pure energy has to be held onto at all times, and instead of reaching out to the ability to use it, the ability is 'released' into a controlled bolt that travels upwards of [60mph].

---Taking the form of a lightning strike, and much the same properties, the bolt can pierce through skin and low grade armors.

---The pool of energy is portioned into three sections, each section can be drawn into the bolt giving the usage limit of [Three] bolts. Each bolt cast is [16.5/100] (totaling 50/100 once all three has been used. Rounded up, of course.)

---Being held onto, if an attack towards the user causes the grasp to be loosed without intent, the pool of raw psychic power targets the attacker. The whole pool of energy drains and unless a grasp is made on the power once more, all three portioned bolts of power released will target and attack the source causing the grasp to loosen.

---If the bolts strike their target, upon skin contact intense burns and impalement may ensue without any type of psychic defense.



Weapons -
Old Faithful
More of just a showcase weapon now, the katana was always her go-to weapon when abilities did not work. It is no longer used on a daily basis, and may be seen on occasion. No certain form of sword play is used with the weapon, and it does not have any special powers embedded in it.

Knuckle knife
This switchblade knuckle knife it always clipped to the inside of her left boot. With a button type of activation, the knife flicks up into place.



Armor -

[Bottom]
Total impact shorts
--Not seen on the back side, there is several areas with padding. Along the backside of the thigh, lower back where the short line is, and along the buttocks. These are hidden underneath under-armor leggings, black.

[Feet]
Combat boots
--They are just normal combat boots, coming up to just above her ankle. I...Don't know what else to say about them. Leather? I suppose.

[Torso]
--I don't have a picture for the torso armor, but the torso armor is of the same make and material as the Total Impact shorts. The cloth cuts off a few inches above her belly button, with padding covering her chest, shoulders, and sides. The neck line is that of a typical t-shirt. The sleeves cut off just above her elbows. The padding as shown in the picture of the shorts are red. A black t-shirt goes over the torso armor, concealing it from view.

[Accessory Armor]
Mist Clan Headband:: Neck
--As the link describes, this is a headband received as a gift that belonged to the Mist Clan. Being a special gift with great importance, Red never leaves anywhere without it. Something about her first love and not being over it or some s**t. Anyway, she ties it loosely around her neck and it serves as a neck protector, although not tightly like a choker, but better then nothing. Oh yes, steel plated, so...Yeah.

Fingerless Archery Gloves
--Multipurpose gloves, being of leather make they are tougher to get through then simply cloth armor. The index, middle, and ring finger leather covering is longer then shown in the picture to reduce skin contact with the bow string on the right hand.



Skills -
Many of her abilities tie into her skills.

---The Seismic Sense ability gives her a good tracking skill, being able to see what she is tracking by honing in on it's seismic signature of movement.

---Bow and Arrows are a small skill that she hasn't yet refined, but she can wield a bow decently well.

---Hand to hand combat. Red has a few abilities that give her an edge for hand to hand, and with her agility and small stature she can maneuver out of holds and away from hits rather well.

---Knife Wielding. She has practiced the art of knife work, being able to wield a knife or dagger with precise accuracy.

---Sword fighting. Since the beginning of her fighting lifestyle, Red has been able to wield a katana very well. Although she knows the art is dying, she won't give up the art too easily.


Personality -


[Pre Bravot ********]
--Red always had the tough persona about her, never wanting to show her feelings, weakness, etc. This came from many years of relationship abuse in the form of emotional pain. Her one true love was constantly leaving her for another woman or just disappearing for long periods of time. Red was torn between moving on and waiting for years, knowing when he returned that she would be happy once more. Being almost married to this man, it was a huge emotional toll on her that essentially made her lock her feelings away to any but her closest family and friends, which were sparse to say the least. Now though she has moved onto closure learning that this man was dead, and he had left her with a personal possession she knew he would only give to someone he truly cared about. This led to her opening up more to other people, showing what she felt more often then she used to, which wasn't a good thing.

The Dream Catcher -

This is more an ability used as a plot device. Nothing tournament worthy, purely a consent given attack.

Per the Mindscape ability, the Dream Catcher is a trap ability. Using the same concepts as the Minscape, the user forcefully draws in the mind of the opponent without consent, as the Mindscape ability works off of consent. Once the opponents mind has been drawn in to the fabricated realm of the Users choosing, the realm goes on lockdown and traps them from returning to their conscious body.

Red has the ability to use this trap through the pool of raw psychic energy that the Psy bolts form from, using the majority of the energy to form, pull, and lockdown the fabricated realm. If there are defenses already in place in her opponents mind, the attack will take longer to pick through the defenses. If there are no defenses in place the psychic pull will take no more then ten seconds to fully draw in the person, another three to form the world and then shackle said victim.

Defenses that are drawn up after the initial start of the ability are condensed until they have been snuffed out, becoming null and ineffective. After the ability has been used, and the mind has been trapped in Red's fabricated dream world, there are no viable resources that the victim has usable to free themselves, once in her world, the law and word is of her, any psionic powers suppressed into nothing. The body of the victim is left in a state of sleep until the mind is returned by her will.

(Still a WIP, but this is the basis of this ability. Will work on defined mechanics at a later date.)

Where do I begin. I need something solemn. So I can resist the urge to smash my skull into my monitor. This'll do.

First off, you need to specify more. This isn't just fluff or to stretch your legs in creative writing; rule of thumb is (ironically) the more free form your ability is, the more definition and clarifications it must have.

@The blocking mechanic: 6x6 is awkward to use, stick with a radius or diameter. It's just easier to plop on an overhead view of an area for most folk. This I'm fine with being "invisible." Where as..

@The tentacles, regardless of how they're forged, should not be invisible. Invisible offensive components are almost always toxic to a fight. It creates one of those bad counter-play scenarios where they can either magically detect your attacks through (deus ex machina / magic / bullshit), or they can't and have the choice of taking it to the face or taking it to the face. It's not engaging that way. Perhaps have a powerful stream of air, so one could see the air itself distorted in the shape of a tentacle, kind of like heat waves; can be seen, but isn't bright as day and easy to see from a distance. Lot better approach, really.

The limitations are alright flavor mechanics, but you need to address more. "Two times her limbs' speed" is a clumsy indicator because we don't have a direct measure of how fast her arms are or, even a decent contrast in their range of motion; try to find something more mundane and less subjective, that can be easily compared to and given as reference.

Making the air solid to block attacks: can she do this instantly or does she need to charge to do it? Can she do it with surprise attacks or does she have to see something coming to do it? A barrier mechanic's fine but, remember even tanking one hit can be exceptionally powerful in a roleplay fight, so "invisible air shield auto-blocks three attacks" would likely be broken.

You also give no indication of what we can expect from these tentacles in damage. Assuming they're not grasping a knife and it's just an air tentacle and a well muscled guy, what would these be able to do to him? What's their grasping and strangling strength? Would melee attacks do anything? Striking power? Do they stretch at all beyond the 5 foot length?

In a nutshell:

-Full invisible's a bad idea.
-Better clarification of the shield and tentacles' parameters and capabilities.
-Shy away from "you must hit me 4 times to damage me" if that -is- how things work.
-Remember not everybody on Gaia's a spellsword.

Without a resource system and better definition, this is plainly broken. Your character's already "able to function well" with the
Air Solidification mechanic above.

Illusion Manipulation: what limits are there to this? What can an opponent do when faced with this? I mean honestly, vague as this is, I can just say "hey ******** you, you perceive breathing in air as breathing in fire, and you see your wife hanging herself everywhere you look. Every time you blink, you see a ******** van flying at you." Actually, that sounds boss as s**t, but that's a (strong) character all on its own and this is just starting off your psychic arsenal.

Psychic Shadow: Fair enough passive.

Psychic Shield: Feels like you have enough "******** you psionic folk" with Psychic Shadow, and by the time you'd know someone else is getting mind raped, it'd be too late for you to apply "Psychic Shield" making the utility portion of this ability useless. Also, what's the limitations to this protection? Is it just a flat out "your psychic powers don't work ever, neener?" What if your opponent character has nothing but psychic or psionic powers? What could they reasonably do to overcome this? If the answer's "nothing," bad job, start from scratch.

-Binding: Again, vagueness shoots you in the face before this even begins. Crowd control's a tough thing to pull off well in roleplay because of the turn based system; stopping someone from effectively acting once can potentially snowball into 3 unanswered posts. What can your opponent do to resist this or do about it, what are the limitations besides the time limit? Can I .. restrict the movement of my opponent's heart for a few seconds? Congratulations, they're having a heart attack on the floor. They're ******** dead. [Or more mildly: I halt their arms as they're raised in the air and then slam a knife in their throat during those few seconds. This is like time magic.]

-Download: [waves hands] Again, too vague. I can't even begin to address what's wrong with this because it doesn't specify what it even does. If it's flat out "I gain all your brain's info," I need to go buff Omi's ability to learn all the ins and outs of one ability of one character in a 24 hour period. Like pronto.

-Emotion Manipulation: So after you make the guy think phantom trucks are gonna ******** him up out of the sky and that his wife's going to commit suicide, you can auto-turn him depressed to make it more likely he'll kill himself while you restrict his limbs and stab his throat with invisible air tentacles? Hear how ridiculous that sounds? That's because it is ridiculous.

-Mental Projection: The wording doesn't even make sense. Most of it sounds like it's taking a existing illusion and making it real, then the very end suggests it's also just an illusion. Which one is it? Probably broken either way but, I need to know how broken basically.

-Mindscape Transportation: See Mental Projection.

-Pain Inducement: This suggests Mental Projection is the latter definition earlier. In which case we can add "and it feels like a truck is hitting you" to the list of things your character can make someone experience. Can she not? I dunno, you don't specify any limits at all so ******** if I know.

-Psychic Constructs: You already have invisible air shields that theoretically might be instantaneous because you don't like attaching detail; you don't need this at all. You do not even BEGIN to need this with your kit thus far.

-Psychosomatic Illusion: Vague syndrome aside, ...why wouldn't it kill? I guess after you've ******** them and held them down with psychic energy and invisible air tentacles, you could be like "..and then your dead wife drives a train into you, vroooom vroooooooom!" and use Psychosomatic Illusion to manifest a freight train into your body and your body really feels like it got hit by a train so you die.

-Mind Link: I have no idea what a permanent mental bond with a person means or is. I can guess what it is based on context but, that can be misleading and is a burden you house to explain.

-Mind Walking: Are you ******** kidding me. You can program them to think their d**k is a sandwich and have their son appear and command them to eat it, why do you really think you need the ability to enter their brain too?

-Psychic Communication: I'm like 90% sure you already have this capability above if you really think about it.

"I can see everywhere, and tell if you even move your pinky a millimeter. I also need the psychic ability to detect if you're gonna do stuff too. Red Yusuke was born in a small town that nobody really knows about. This town was on an unmarked island and was her paradise until she was 12. When she was 12, a group of bandits had sailed by the island and decided to claim it as theirs. The bandits had killed every one in the town except for Red, she was fortunate enough to hide away from them on their own ship. Once they had killed everyone and were scowering the island to mark the places they were to build things, Red had crawled out of her hiding place and looked at the massacre. The first person her eyes laid upon was her mother. She loved her mother with all her heart. She didn't have a father, but she had a brother.

She hadn't seen her brother until she was 16, at her own bar. Red decided to leave the men on the island to die, so she summoned what powers she had at her young age to aid the ship away from the island. It worked, she sailed away alone, with no idea where she was heading. She then stumbled upon a small town, in which she soon had accomplished opening her own bar. There she had met many friends, and a brother she never had. The bar was a success for a time, and then eventually died out, so she set out for different establishments to stay at. Two had caught her attention, The Ninja Rave, and the Kusakabe Clan's Bath and Teahouse. The Rave was her longtime home that she had stayed at, made friends and had her losses, but once everything calmed down at the Rave, Red began to fight and build her skills with magic and the way of the blade. She was training almost every day, getting better. Then she stumbled upon the Teahouse.

She had became better friends with a person she had met at the Rave, Rayne Kusakabe. He and his brother Ryo let her stay at the Bath and Teahouse, in which she and Rayne soon were the best of friends. Then Rayne had told her his true feelings, and her to him as well, they were now unable to be apart. But the strange lives that they lived soon got in the way and they saw each other less and less, but never gave up on what they had. This was where she resides, the Kusakabe clan's bath and Teahouse. With her many friends and her one love. Everything soon changed as Rayne couldn't control his shinobi ways, and had to make a sacrifice to save everyone he cared for and loved. He ran himself through with a katana, leaving everyone behind, including Red. Months passed, and Red had trouble moving on, until one night an unexpected visitor appeared on her window seal. Snake and Red talked, and he helped her get through yet another loss.

Rayne's reincarnation self, Ken, was still friends with Red, but he wasn't the same person, and she couldn't bring herself to love him like she had Rayne. That night Red and Snake were back together, but with a problem rising. Rayne had returned. Everything started to go downhill from there. He had returned on her behalf, battled his way out of hell to be in her arms. Life was getting difficult.

And with all that jazz Red found her way out of Snakes arms and back into Rayne's, where she is to this day. Regret is a large part of her life. But, she has a very large secret that she has kept to herself, and hasn't revealed it to anyone. She had been killed by a Kid, she didn't know his name, but he was sent by an insane man named Dan that was bent on killing Snake. She had got in the way of him killing Snake, and he didn't forget that. She was killed in the Teahouse, the Kid had stolen her soul from her body that had been burnt in a fiery blaze, and she never got it back. What nobody knows is that she cannot be alive, to the fullest, until she gets her soul back. Everybody thinks she is alive and well, but she knows that she isn't.

Now Rayne knows.

Her eyes have started to look lifeless, she has been relying on her demon inside to keep her alive. If she doesn't get her soul back, she won't live a month more, at tops...She told him, and if they can find a way to seal her body to the demon inside of her that is keeping her body moving, it will buy her more time to track down the kid, so she can get her soul back and return to living on her own.

Only a month had been granted for her to live, and the winding down hours came all too soon. The demon inside of her isn't the most active demon, and is quite lazy. If she were to die, the demon would have had to transfer to another body, or suffer. He granted her how much ever time she needed to get her soul back, at the right time. If little more moments had passed, she would have been dead and gone. She had no way of binding her body to the demon, and the miracle she needed had happened. She had been thinking on using two forbidden and highly dangerous ninjutsu and sealing techniques, but that would have cost another their life, and she would rather have died than do what was needed to keep her alive. Now she has all the time she needs to stay alive, well partially.
Before Red Yusuke had met those last few days, she had suddenly been sucked back into the vessel where her soul resided. The pain was excruciating, and she hadn’t known why she was there again. And then she was alive, in a seemingly pitch black room in some unknown establishment. She couldn’t move, couldn’t talk, couldn’t to anything but lay there and panic in her own mind. Then a familiar voice came to her, Hitori Hanzo. He explained what was going on, what she was feeling, and where she was. He had resurrected her into a body, a girl names Emma’s body. The girl was blind, deaf, and mute, but was a great fighter and could use her body to its full extent. It took a long time for her to be able to move, she had to use a form of telepathy. The energy linked into her veins and muscles, and with a thought she was able to move her before unusable limbs. The same power allowed her to speak, she could convert the words either aloud or into the minds of whomever it was she was speaking to. The same concept allowed her to ‘see’ just not in the same way any normal person could see. She used the vibrations through the ground and the energy waves through the air to tell where people were, to know where objects stood. This took months for her to realize, and years for her to perfect. She spent that time in the Rave, Hitori had long since disappeared. Snake was there, as well as Dan, Ari’ Andrr Knore, the Kid whom had killed her. This was her family, for Rayne had gone away as well. The boy that her and Rayne had raised and had witnessed her death had gone away as well, leaving a gaping hole in her heart. Rayne showed up from time to time for short periods, but would leave again. Snake went away as well, and she was left there alone most of the time. One day Red had tried to kill herself, she was sick of her life and tired of the people she loved leaving her alone. Snake was there, he stopped her and was pissed that she would even think of doing something such as this. He told her that her death would impact others more then she could realize, and it took her time after that incident to recover once again.
Then Rayne didn’t come back, she never saw him again. Red started a new bar and Inn, called the Red Moon. A new life, one where she could start new and rebuild what has been broken in her past. Fate knocked on her doorstep, a young girl had tried to steal bread from her refrigerator. Red of course stopped her, and found out that she was an orphan. The woman took the girl under her wing and cared for her like she was her own. The two had a bond, like mother and daughter, so Red decided to adopt her. She didn’t have a family of her own, and this was the closest she had to family. She had taken a hiatus from her home, and returned to the Rave. There she met Ari once again, who told her the whereabouts of Snake. He was in the forest that surrounded the Rave, dealing with something called the core, the soul defense of the Hangout. He told her where to go, and so Red took off to find him. She felt she had needed to see a familiar face, and he was one that had such a deep impact to her past. Snake wasn’t pleased with her arrival, but he welcomed her nonetheless. He linked her with the core of the Rave, and through that link Snake allowed her to see once more, through the forest of course, but it brought her to tears being able to see colors, shapes, detail.

Red left and returned to the Red Moon, only to be greeted by a bounty hunter by the name of Paladin. He had a hit on her head, and he had a hit on Rayne Kusakabe as well. Paladin told her he had killed Rayne, and that her lover had been willing to do, welcome it. This outraged Red, and a small battle pursued. After the battle Red was able to talk him out of killing her, and the two came to terms that they would have people after both of them now. Paladin explained that she would need to be able to see again, and to function like a normal human being in order to pose a threat to their attackers. He brought in a doctor, a cybernetics doctor, and they began to operate on her. This was an excrutating ordeal, Red barely being able to stay conscious through the hours it took for them to reconstruct her eyesight, her vocal cords, and her body in order to not be paralyzed anymore. She slept for days, and when she woke up she didn’t remember anything. She had opened her eyes and initially freaked the ******** out at being able to see clearly, pain shot through her whole body as she moved without the aid of the telekinetics.

Now she had to get used to everything a second time, and the process had allowed her to forget memories that were undesirable to her. One of those memories was of Rayne.

Her memories had returned, her body was back to normal use, and she disappeared for years.

Red found herself in a place called King Solomons. It was an antique/book shop in a place called Halloweentown. She met a few nice people there, but one day she went out of the shop because she was feeling odd. Fuzzy eyesight, sluggish movements, and then everything went black. The surgery that had helped her become a normal person again had failed, and she had to learn to use telekinetics and telepathy again. Not 24 hours after she had to revert to her powers to do simple day to day functions, she found herself face to face with a man named Froste. He came to her aid when a man had threatened her and she was gearing to fight him. Froste stopped her from engaging the man, so a man she had met at Solomons stepped in and fought for her. Froste showed her a vision, a vision of Snake and Hitori! You can only imagine what this did to her.

After chasing Marshall around Halloween town for a few days, they finally met up again and Marshall revealed to her more of what she wanted to know. Not what had happened to them, but more or less why Froste was appearing to her now, and not sooner. Snake had given Marshall his headband, the steel plated one that represented his family, his clan. This was a huge blow to her heart. It was a symbolization that he was really gone for good, and that this time...He wasn't coming back.

Headband in tow, Red left Halloween town with the knowledge that Marshall still needed to bring her back to the Rave, as Snakes last wish to show her something. It wasn't a good time for her, she wanted to find a woman. A woman that she despised more then anyone. Akako Akari had gotten between them so many times, but she was a part of Snake's life nonetheless. Red had rented out a small apartment in Barton, planning on giving herself some time to think about how she was going to approach the other woman with the news.

One morning as she had just finished getting ready for the day, Red stepped into the small walk in closet...And found herself standing in the streets of a city she had never seen before.

Sigil, The City of Doors.

This is where her life starts again, away from the hell that was the Rave, Halloween town, and her past. She ended up running into Akako and told her the news. Akako freaked, but the two were interrupted and promised to speak more later on the subject.
Her personality has changed slightly over the years. She used to be nothing but proud, outright brave and fearless, but as of late she has learned to be more cautious. Still holding to that air of strength and pride, he uses her head more then her strength now.

[[Air Solidification]]-
---The power to solidify air into a solid form. Sub-power of Air Manipulation, variation of Solidification.
[Capabilities]

-Red can manipulate pressure in the air molecules to solidify the air, with the level of solidity going from loose jello to metal-like hardness or beyond.
-This is specifically used to solidify five tendrils of air around her, that she can wield and bend to her will for any means needed.
-Red is able to move the air tendrils at roughly [x amount of speed]
-Along with the tendrils Red is able to solidify small areas roughly 6 inches in diameter of solid air to block an attack, but can only do this [three] times. While manifesting these small solid air masses, she needs to be concentrating on them, and they a couple seconds to completely condense into a solid mass. She would not be able to block anything quicker, nor would she even try with this method.
-Since air cannot be seen by conventional methods, neither can the attacks and derivatives formed by/from it, making it an invisible and versatile weapon that is very difficult to block and dodge. Her's however manifest with the visible features of heat waves running through them, making the tendrils slightly visible to the human eye.
-While using one tendril at a time uses little to no concentration, when she uses two at a time she has to put more of a conscious effort into maneuvering them effectively.
-The tips of said tendrils can be manipulated into points, not exceedingly sharp, but enough to puncture skin and to cause an annoyance in the least.
-At this point in time these are the only two viable uses to Air manipulation that Red is capable of.
-The tendrils, when completely solid, take on the density of [Tungsten] steel.


[Limitations]

----Red is able to manipulate two of the tendrils at one time, as in maneuver them for a strike, deflecting an attack, coiling around an opponent. Once coiled or immobile, she can use another tendril.
----May be unable to create air/wind, being limited to manipulating only from already existing sources.
----Her skill is rather high for this ability. That being said the length of these tendrils are roughly five foot, give or take a foot or so depending on the amount of energy that has previously been used in a fight. They are only about three inches in diameter, and upon first use last [Five] posts before she cannot spare anymore energy.
----Within contact with fire or any type of void where air ceases, the tendrils simply dissipate into a thin mist and cannot be used again during the fight. In extreme cases the fire may have the capability to spread though the mass of air.
----Ineffective in a vacuum: atmosphere must be present. Variations in air-pressure may complicate things for beginners.
----May be weak against Fire Manipulation, as fire is fueled by the oxygen in the air, thus making the flames stronger.
----Higher level Electricity Manipulation users can use electrons to detonate the various compound molecules within the air, overwhelming the user.
----When first manifesting the tendrils, Red needs to concentrate solely on the manifestation process, and cannot break concentration or she will not be able to form them, and will also lose [One]post of use.
----Being that they are simply just tendrils of manifested condensed air, the pressure exerted when striking is equal to that of her own strength, no more or no less.

---Power to mentally receive and/or transmit information. Users of this power are often called Telepaths or Mind Readers.

[Capabilities]

The ability falls into two categories, Telepathic Communication, which is the ability to transmit information from mind to another, and Telepathic Perception, which is the ability to receive information from another mind. Red is able to do both of these.

----Psychic Shadow: The ability to mask psychic presence, hiding from other psychics.


Telepathic Offense

----Binding: The ability to restrict the movements of others via the mind. Red is only able to restrict movements mildly, and for only a few seconds. The range of the bind is limited to exterior body parts, and the bind is again limited to her own ability of strength. Being said if she is going against a stronger opponent, the bind will only slow down a limb instead of stop it.

----Download: The ability to process, store, or download information through another's mind. Red has not done this, as she values one's privacy. One example of a person she could have done this to was Tres Ecstuffuan. For further explanation of this, Red is able to reach out to another's mind and if there are no shields or spells in place, she can access their memories, thoughts, capabilities. Although this would take time, in order to sift through so much information it would take over an hour, and to be undetected by the person she would be gathering information from

----Mindscape Transportation: The ability to transport physical matter into one's conscious or subconscious thoughts. This has been used with Thomas Bravot, mainly only used for private communication. Her version of this use is limited to projecting herself into a mental landscape of her choosing, into whomever mind she chooses. This is only touching the forefront of their mind, so she doesn't dig too deep and invade their privacy anymore. It's a simple means for communication.

----Psychosomatic Illusion: The ability to create powerful illusions that may cause severe physical damage. Such would be used in a full point usage, a 'final' or 'ultimate' attack to disable her opponent instead of killing. (Debating on using)


Telepathic Supplementary

---Body Language Analysis: The ability to predict the target's next move.
---Mind Link: The ability to develop a permanent mental bond with any person, also called imprinting. This would be Red reaching out to the mind of a certain person and essentially hooking a link into their mind, so she has the ability to talk to them no matter how far, can tell where they are, what they feel, but has to be triggered by her thinking about said person in order to do the above. Imprinting can only be done on one person, and cannot be severed by her own ability. Death breaks the link, and that is the only known way as of right now.
---Telepathic Relay: The ability to act as a mental relay station for a group of minds, allowing said minds to "speak" to one another through the user.

----Does not work on mindless beings (corpses, animated objects, robots,etc.).
----Any thought projection is limited to roughly 200 yards around her.
----Limited to one target at a time, unless using the relay ability.
----May not be able to read impulsive actions.
----Psychic Shield users of a higher level are immune to this ability.
----Sometimes, it's better to not know what others are thinking, even when their thinking about you.
----Unless one is multilingual or have the automatic ability to translate and decrypt, ability may not work if the target is thinking in alternate languages or encrypted codes.

[[Seismic Sense]]
---The power to sense and perceive vibrations in the earth. A sub-power of Enhanced Touch, technique of Earth Manipulation, variation of Echolocation.

[Capabilities]

Red is able to pick up even the slightest vibrations through physical contact with the ground, enabling them to perceive her surroundings as precisely as normal sight. She is able to sense the structure and materials of solid substances, including the presence of caves, material changes, structural weaknesses, etc. This was how she used to see for five or so years, being blind and relying specifically on this ability to get around. Although she can see now, in fights she is more likely to rely on Seismic Sense then her own sight since it gives her a 360 degree radius of sight and she can see even the slightest of movements, ranging from a flinch to slight muscle movement.

[Limitations]

---Anything not standing on solid surface evades detection.
---Loose matter, such as sand, may distort perception.

      _______Being a foundation, the United Workers Party is currently controlled by a group of five individuals. These individuals were at the time of the official founding of the party, financial donors and de-facto party faces. While it is likely that eventually some form of democratic elections will occur when the founding members are no longer able or willing to lead the party. Founding members control the finances of the party and give what was a quiet grass roots movement, its power to take real action.


      • Tresondros Ecstuffuan, played by Tres Ecstuffuan


          _______Once known as the peoples champion. Tresondros Ecstuffuan was a professional fighter of great fame who after a series of unfortunate events fell victim of HARD TIMES. His fall from grace and climb out of obscurity and failure, the same fall that hit many of Sigil's lower and middle class citizen, resonated with a lot of people. It was from this that Tres got his immense following in the City of Doors. Tres grew to love the people of the city, with whom he suffered and with whom he rose from his pitiful state. He vowed to make Sigil a better place, for those whom believed in him.

          _______Tres was a part of the team that vanquished the vampire Kyle Baker in his attack on the Hive. When the fighting was done, it was Tres who took the immortal vampire as his prisoner. In a clever ploy, Tres was able to use Kyle Baker as a slave and his own skills to secure a first and third position at the Heaven or Hell tournament, walking away with an incredible amount of money. He put that money to use, donating a large amount of it to the United Workers Party and putting the rest to his own personal crusade to help the cities people.

          _______He is driven to such degrees that he is often manipulative and conniving to see to his goals, which betray his noble purpose. Yet he is loved by the common folk and is able to channel fanatic furor with his trained oratory skills. His martial experience and psionic knowledge make him a dangerous opponent. His arrogance is made more a weakness than usual, due to being burdened by various insecurities resulting from strained relationships with the few close friends he has. Despite his natural speaking abilities and his skill at winning over crowds, he is brash, haughty, dismissive, smug, and hard to deal with as an individual. As a result he has made enemies of most of the people that he would have once called friend.

          ________With the arrest of Jace Rosharin and the medical issues of Samuel Tamashii, Tresondros was left as sole councilman of the United Workers Party at a time when the Enforcers needed to respond to the imminent threat of Undead in the Hive and the Market ward. Tres took the position of Chairman out of necessity to keep the party moving despite its lack of leadership. Tres did so with the overwhelming support of the party, consolidating power and setting the UWP on a new path of political dominance in the



      • Big Rhonda, played by Lady Gilaen

        _______Big Rhonda is the chairperson of Sigil's powerful Couriers Guild. She is a planar traveler and trucker of legendary renown. Despite her imminent prestige due to her adventures across the planes, she has always stood on the side of the common man. She is a trusted friend of all workers guilds in Sigil and she always supported groups such as the United Workers Party whom tried to make it easier for workers like herself in Sigil.



        _______The founders however would be nothing without there many supporters. There are a few notable members among those whom support the UWP outside of the Council who deserve just as much mention.

          Recently General Kanzaki has gone missing, Tres's current focus is on finding her or replacing her.

          Red is an old friend of Tresondros who recently came to Sigil. Red was first known to be a close associate of Thomas Bravot however she later fell under the employ of the United Workers Party the Chairman's chief of staff, who was tasked with assisting the chairman in his duties and serving as a close confidant and advisor. Red is prized both on a personal and religious level for her telepathic ability which serves the parties interest in political discourse.

          Omi Barsait is a professional peer of Tresondros Ecstuffuan known for his brilliance on the battlefield and his eccentric personality. Omi Barsait's exact role in the UWP is unknown but it is known that he is under the direct employ of Tresondros Ecstuffuan. There has been no press release on his exact position.

            _______Sieg Ecstuffuan had always taught his son, that it was the devil whom presented man with the choice. The ability to choose to do right or wrong by turning from the word of god. That stayed with Tres for his entire life. In his research into psionic lore, Tres remembered that tale from his Fathers religion. He looked into the study of the mind of extraplanar beings, such as devils. Tres found in the mind of the succubuss, an associate that worked as his assistant in the UWP, pure undiluted psychic free will. It was in this, that Tres found the secret to create Astral Constructs that could 'think' and 'choose'.

            _______Oz was the result of this experiment and while costly, Tres felt he had made a wise choice. He created something that, while having free will was raised and cultivated for loyalty and service. It would seem strange for Tres to create something who's loyalty was guaranteed, but he felt the risk was worth the reward. Tres's god, Ioun, taught him that creativity was the purest form of knowledge. This makes Oz a soldier who can do things that most of his constructs simply cannot and that makes him an invaluable asset.

            _______However the seeds of the risk of free will have already been planted. Despite Oz's allegiance to his creator, he has built a friendship with Lian of Fal'lain, whom is ultimately against Tres.

    • The donations from the five members of the council, along with numerous donation and fundraising drives fueled by the cities grass roots movement gave the United Workers Party a jolt of financial power that brought them from being a small college based movement to one that touches the entirety of the planar metropolis. A gnome Garl Silverman, chairman of the Accountants Guild, manages the financial contributions of the Party. While they don't have the sheer financial might of the Merchant Guild they can reasonably fun many of their social initiatives, such as the establishment of a Security Force, in the enforcers, the funding of social medicine, universal strike insurance, donations to other parties such as the NPC who give aid to the homeless.

    • The Party Enforcers, the Security Force of the United Workers Party is controlled by the Council. The Enforcers branch is composed of a wide variety of individuals. While some members are hungry mercenaries who couldn't find work, others are disgruntled workers whom had lost their jobs and some were people who lost family to the frequent catastrophes and violence that plagued Sigil. They are all being brought together to service the parties emergency response and violence/property destruction prevention efforts. They are also used to protect workers during standing strikes. Training consist of an indoctrination of the party goals, correct procedure in how they operate in Sigil, and basic combat training. The enforcers currently number about 600 strong.



        Each enforcer is outfitted with a black leather armor reinforced with Mythril plating, each with the 'UWP' insignia on their chest. They wear a simple steel helmet and are typically given sunglasses. They carry gauntlet enchanted to erect a shield of force, that while not being unbreakable can defend against bullets, blades and the supernatural. When the shield is destroyed it begins to recover in a total of five minutes. In their hands they carry a silvered long sword, that can project concussive bolts of force. The bolts hit with the force that can depending on the intent of the user, be as powerful as a punch or as powerful as a human male swinging a sledge hammer.

        This power is activated with a thought and a swing of the sword. The sword can release five bolts before needing a 1 minute recharge time. Lethal and non-lethal essentially. The blade itself is silvered steel, and is extremely effective against various supernatural creatures, such as vampires, werewolves and anything vulnerable to silver. They have enchanted boots, leather with strange symbols etched in that aren't visible except with close inspection. These boots allow the wearer to repel or attract the earth, allowing themselves to make great leaps or run across the surface of walls, special training is required for use.



    • Membership into the party offers many benefits, so does working for it. It treats its employee's well so they have a very dedicated work force. The UWP offers many social services in Sigil. Such as an emergency hotline that can be contacted with cellular phones, missives, telepathy, and any other technological or supernatural method of communication. It has a clinic known as Odessa Memorial that offers services free of charge that is nearly always busy due to the incredible demand, but helps a lot of people. This service however requires a party membership.

              ______Thomas Brillig was an air-taxi pilot who grew up in the City of Doors after he woke up with no memory besides piloting. Despite his Elan race, his psychic abilities are limited. He lost his job as a result of the economic fallout following the reclamation and took up work as a UWP enforcer for the decent pay and decent benefits.


          • Kregor Bronstone, Aka Strike Organizer Bron - UWP organizer - [Tactician 1]

              ______Kregor Bronstone, known as Bron by his colleagues, as a young dwarf he found his passion for collective bargaining when he studied Law in Mechanus. He found work for numerous guilds in Sigil but always felt that the deck was stacked against them due to the capitalist society of Sigil. He was quick to join the UWP as a way of expanding collective bargaining rights in Sigil.

          • Professor Steezill Efferin - UWP Organizer - [Expert 6]

              ______Steezil Efferin is a college professor of planar languages of some renown in the City of Doors. He was a faculty advisor for Workers Rights organization at his school. This organization and many others eventually came together to become the United Workers Party, he is close friends with Professor Doyle another party official.

          • Professor Arthur Doyle - UWP Organizer - [Investigator 2, Cleric 2, Cultist 12]

              ______Arthur Doyle is a professor at the Sigil School of Magic who teaches esoteric script and Far Realm Studies. He is an old human hero whom has done battle against the forces of the unknown with the scars to show for it. While not as interested in the UWP's economic policies, he does feel that Sigil being the place that it is is more vulnerable to incursions from the far realm and supports the logistics and enrollment end of the enforcers while also acting as a liason to the Mages Guild.

              _____Katos was seperated from his team during the Hive reclamation project when they were being chased down by a horde of undead. After traveling in the Hive alone for some time, he came across another traveler who he decided to travel with out of sheer necessity. He was eventually lead back to the Hideout of Jay BOurne, who has unified Sigil's criminal element under one banner. Now Katos works as a double agent, working missions for hire for Jay Bourne and on 'sick leave' as an Enforcer.

Overview of Sigil
Overview from Tres
So currently Sigil the City of Doors is a planar metropolis located in a place called the outlands, which is the border that seperates the prime material plane (Gaia, Earth, etc.) from the outer planes which include places like Heaven, Hell, The Faywild, Asgard, Carceri, The Far Realm, etc. It is called the City of Doors because of its unique properties that allow for the easy creation of extra-planar portals. This setting was derived from the planescape setting of D&D but for the purposes of Gaia Roleplay, it is a modern setting where technology and magic exist in tandem. In the modern age, Sigil serves as a hub for extra-planar commerce and trade, advanced tech and powerful magical items pass into and out of the city constantly.

As one could expect, Sigil is a chaotic place. Usually the most destructive of this chaos is quelled by the Dread Lady of Pain who is a enigmatic figure in the City who's presence is enough to scare off gods. She is immensely powerful in Sigil, to the point where no one would dare cross her.

This is where the RP started.

Sightings of The Lady of Pain in Sigil have been becoming less and less frequent over the turn of the 21st century. Sigil became victim of a number of disasters and wild power shifts among its political and financial elite. This started, with the emergence of a disturbing parasitic monster known as the Voodoo Man who took the city by storm only to be stopped by Lian Feaorne and her late husband Derek. Secret Chaos worshipping cults released horrible plagues into the city. Crime groups such as the Triads and Law Enforcement groups such as the Gaian Police Department, slowly flooded the city causing dramatic shifts in the power dynamic of the city. This all came to a head when one day, Sigil's portals shut off, locking everyone inside.

The sudden lack of functioning from the portals ceased trade and locked Sigil's 50 million population in. The resulting cycles were marked by extreme poverty as the city was wracked with widespread economic depression. While the rich of the Ladies Ward were able to ride out what is now referred to as HARD TIMES, most of Sigil's middle and lower class population were not so lucky. It turned out that HARD TIMES was a scheme implemented by then merchant Guild (The ruling faction of Sigil, composed of its 12 richest land owners) leader Plutarch, to force the cities population into indentured servitude. Plutarch was stopped by heroes Tenkai Matsumoto, Ebris Delfi, Edward Queensborough and a group of others.

Eventually Artifice companies Deity and Venom Signit were able to artificially restore the planar phenomenon that allowed for Sigil's rapid and spontaneous development of extra-planar portals, ending HARD TIMES. What followed was a mass exodus of Sigil, leaving much of the poverty wracked metropolis a ghost town. Extra-planar beast and monster took the city.

The Reclamation period began when various elite businesses and financial institutions began paying mercenaries and professional fighters to take the city back. Some notable fighters included James Eredas and Tresondros Ecstuffuan. With time, eventually the city was cleared of monsters and people were allowed to return. After many cycles, the city eventually returned to relative normalcy.

Sightings of the Lady have remained sparse. Some theorize that the threats that have faced Sigil were all things that did not need the Ladies intercession. Others are not so positive. Things were still bad in Sigil. Crime perpetrated by increasingly powerful entities was becoming more and more common. One of the most notable of these disturbances was the killing spree and subsequent undead invasion caused by Grapple Corp. CEO Kyle Baker, a known vampire eccentric. KB and his horde were stopped by a group of heroes including Tenkai Matsumoto, Lian Feaorne, Lovi, Tresondros Ecstuffuan, Edward Queensborough, Steel Liger, and Talon Corp Mercenaries. The resulting battle left thousands dead and the entirety of the Hive (Sigil's poorest district) a flattened blasted wasteland.

Sigil's lower and middle class never completely recovered from HARD TIMES, things were still tough because of the frequent disturbances, and there was still resentment over Plutarch's actions as Head of the Merchant Guild. These tensions came to a head at the Odessa Massacre, in which Professional Fighter turned political activist Tres Ecstuffuan spoke out against the Merchant Guild and the necessity of the people to band together for their own protection. Tres was shot by a snipers bullet as a mercenary force were dispatched to the staircase to clear out the demonstration. The Odessa Staircase property had apparently been owned by a member of the Merchant Guild and was not public domain.

In order to mitigate the PR nightmare which was the Odessa Massacre. The Merchant Guild appointed a new Leader in Thomas Bravot, the owner of the largest library in Sigil, the Bravot Company Library. Thomas Bravot's first move was to publicly execute the man who apparently ordered the mercenaries to disperse the Odessa Staircase Massacre. This helped to assuage much of the public resentment that had built up towards the Merchant Guild.

Student Activist, Collective bargaining Organizations and Trade Guilds organized into a political action group that would later call itself the United Workers Party. There goal initially was to form a united front in the fight for workers rights, to seek things like higher pay, work place protection, benefits, etc. Celebrity and professional Fighter, Tresondros Ecstuffuan lent his efforts to this organization seeing it as the best way to help Sigil's people. With his celebrity status Tresondros quickly became the face of the political party.

Initially, the UWP was no threat to the Merchant Guild and only a budding faction in the City of Doors. There public popularity was an asset that drew other more powerful organizations to form alliances with them. The Mages Guild, Tamashii Industries, The Celestial Vanguard, various Unions, made financial and personnel contributions to the party. When the party officially formed in Cycle 02 they appointed Tresondros Ecstuffuan, Jace Rosharin and Samuel Tamashii to positions as councilmen, making them the triumvirate leader of the party.

To protect workers in the work place or home, to ensure a workers right to protest and to maintain the effectiveness of worker strikes, the UWP created its own armed division out of recruits and mercenaries called the Enforcers. Thomas Bravot completed a network of flying dragons to monitor the city. Fal'lain Corp, began developing numerous projects in the city to create jobs and to help the needy such as starting the Fal'lain Stadium.


For many cycles Sigil fell under numerous tragedies and catastrophes, such as a tunnel collapse, zombie outbreaks, and alien forest growing into a section of the Market Ward. Meanwhile the numerous power factions in Sigil, squabbled among each other for popularity and political superiority.

Recently the Merchant Guild and The UWP were able to work together when approached by a Lich Ursan the Gold. Following KB's destruction of the Hive, the section of the city has been a wasteland haunted by undead monstrosities. Ursan offered a solution that presented a miniscule loss of life and resources on the part of both parties. So with the help of the Merchant Guild and the UWP, Ursan was allowed to take control over all the undead in the Hive and confine them to an area. In exchange, Ursan was granted sovereignty within his area. The Necromancer christened his city of the Undead, the 'Golden City' and maintains dominion over it now.

While the brief alliance between the UWP and Merchant Guild are a positive sign that things may be getting better...No one can say for sure what the future holds. Numerous religions have grown out of Sigil's desperate situation. Clerics and Prophets of new gods, such as the Lady of Rebirth and Falis, the god of light are popping up and intermingling within the web of intrigue that Sigil has become.

The Dream Catcher


This is more an ability used as a plot device. Nothing tournament worthy, purely a consent given attack.

Per the Mindscape ability, the Dream Catcher is a trap ability. Using the same concepts as the Minscape, the user forcefully draws in the mind of the opponent without consent, as the Mindscape ability works off of consent. Once the opponents mind has been drawn in to the fabricated realm of the Users choosing, the realm goes on lockdown and traps them from returning to their conscious body.

Red has the ability to use this trap through the pool of raw psychic energy that the Psy bolts form from, using the majority of the energy to form, pull, and lockdown the fabricated realm. If there are defenses already in place in her opponents mind, the attack will take longer to pick through the defenses. If there are no defenses in place the psychic pull will take no more then ten seconds to fully draw in the person, another three to form the world and then shackle said victim.

Defenses that are drawn up after the initial start of the ability are condensed until they have been snuffed out, becoming null and ineffective. After the ability has been used, and the mind has been trapped in Red's fabricated dream world, there are no viable resources that the victim has usable to free themselves, once in her world, the law and word is of her, any psionic powers suppressed into nothing. The body of the victim is left in a state of sleep until the mind is returned by her will.

[Capabilities]

-Red can manipulate pressure in the air molecules to solidify the air, with the level of solidity going from loose jello to Tungsten.

-This is specifically used to solidify five tendrils of air around her, that she can wield and bend to her will for any means needed.

-Red is able to move the air tendrils at roughly [30mph]

-Ability to solidify small areas roughly 6 inches in diameter of solid air to block an attack, each use is [5/100] stamina, unlimited uses with the stamina available. While manifesting these small solid air masses, concentration is needed in order for them to form completely, and they take a couple seconds to completely condense into a solid mass. She would not be able to block anything in the process of them forming, and if there is an interruption while casting it will count as 5/100 of the stamina pool.

-Since air cannot be seen by conventional methods, neither can the attacks and derivatives formed by/from it, making it an invisible and versatile weapon that is very difficult to block and dodge. Her's however manifest with the visible features of heat waves running through them, making the tendrils slightly visible to the human eye.

-While using one tendril at a time uses little to no concentration, when she uses two at a time she has to put more of a conscious effort into maneuvering them effectively.

-The tips of said tendrils can be manipulated into points, not exceedingly sharp, but enough to puncture skin and to cause an annoyance in the least.


[Limitations]

----Red is able to manipulate two of the tendrils at one time, as in maneuver them for a strike, deflecting an attack, coiling around an opponent. Once coiled or immobile, she can use another tendril.

----Unable to create air/wind, being limited to manipulating only from already existing sources.

----Her skill is rather high for this ability. That being said the length of these tendrils are roughly five foot, give or take a foot or so depending on the amount of energy that has previously been used in a fight. They are only about three inches in diameter, and upon first use expends [5/100]stamina cost per tendril manifested, maxing out at [25/100] with all five in use.

----Within contact with fire or any type of void where air ceases, the tendrils simply dissipate into a thin mist and cannot be used again during the fight. In extreme cases the fire may have the capability to spread though the mass of air being controlled.

----Higher level Electricity Manipulation users can use electrons to detonate the various compound molecules within the air, overwhelming the user.

----When first manifesting the tendrils, concentration is solely needed on the manifestation process, and cannot break concentration or she will not be able to form them, and will also lose [5/100]stamina points.

----Being that they are simply just tendrils of manifested condensed air, the pressure exerted when striking is equal to that of her own strength, no more or no less.

+.] [Active] Telepathy: ---Power to mentally receive and/or transmit information. Users of this power are often called Telepaths or Mind Readers.

[Capabilities]

The ability falls into two categories, Telepathic Communication, which is the ability to transmit information from mind to another, and Telepathic Perception, which is the ability to receive information from another mind. Red is able to do both of these.

[Applications]


Telepathic Offense

----Binding: The ability to restrict the movements of others via the mind. Only able to restrict movements mildly, and for only [One] round of posts. The range of the bind is limited to exterior body parts, and the bind is again limited to her own ability of strength. Being said if she is going against a stronger opponent, the bind will only slow down a limb instead or stop it, not constrict.

----Mindscape Transportation: The ability to transport physical matter into one's conscious or subconscious thoughts. This has been used with Thomas Bravot, mainly only used for private communication. Her version of this use is limited to projecting herself into a mental landscape of her choosing, into whomever mind she chooses. This is only touching the forefront of their mind, so she doesn't dig too deep and invade their privacy anymore. It's a simple means for communication. Can project reality from around her physical body into the mindscape, enabling the person she is contacting visual of what may be happening. She can phase between Mindscape and Reality, being able to still be aware of reality but with a more limited scale of ability.


Telepathic Supplementary
---Body Language Analysis: The ability to predict the target's next move.

---Mind Link: The ability to develop a permanent mental bond with any person, also called imprinting. This would be Red reaching out to the mind of a certain person and essentially hooking a link into their mind, so she has the ability to talk to them no matter how far, can tell where they are, what they feel, but has to be triggered by her thinking about said person in order to do the above. Imprinting can only be done on one person, and cannot be severed by her own ability. Death breaks the link, and that is the only known way as of right now.

---Telepathic Relay: The ability to act as a mental relay station for a group of minds, allowing said minds to "speak" to one another through the user. Ability is taxing, cannot be done more then one time in the span of two days.

[Limitations]

----Does not work on mindless beings (corpses, animated objects, robots,etc.).

----Any thought projection is limited to roughly 200 yards around her.

----Limited to one target at a time, unless using the relay ability.

----May not be able to read impulsive actions.

----Psychic Shield users of a higher level are immune to this ability.

----Sometimes, it's better to not know what others are thinking, even when their thinking about you.

----Unless one is multilingual or have the automatic ability to translate and decrypt, ability may not work if the target is thinking in alternate languages or encrypted codes.

+.] [Passive] Seismic Sense: ---The power to sense and perceive vibrations in the earth. A sub-power of Enhanced Touch, technique of Earth Manipulation, variation of Echolocation.

[Capabilities]

Red is able to pick up even the slightest vibrations through physical contact with the ground, enabling them to perceive her surroundings as precisely as normal sight. She is able to sense the structure and materials of solid substances, including the presence of caves, material changes, structural weaknesses, etc. This was how she used to see for five or so years, being blind and relying specifically on this ability to get around. Although she can see now, in fights she is more likely to rely on Seismic Sense then her own sight since it gives her a 360 degree radius of sight and she can detect less noticeable movements.

[Limitations]

---Anything not standing on solid surface evades detection.

---Loose matter, such as sand, may distort perception.

+.] [Active] Psy Bolt: The ability to release a lightning type of bolt from a pool of pure psychic energy. The type of pure energy has to be held onto at all times, and instead of reaching out to the ability to use it, the ability is 'released' into a controlled bolt that travels upwards of [60mph].

---Taking the form of a lightning strike, and much the same properties, the bolt can pierce through skin and low grade armors.

---The pool of energy is portioned into three sections, each section can be drawn into the bolt giving the usage limit of [Three] bolts. Each bolt cast is [16.5/100] (totaling 50/100 once all three has been used. Rounded up, of course.)

---Being held onto, if an attack towards the user causes the grasp to be loosed without intent, the pool of raw psychic power targets the attacker. The whole pool of energy drains and unless a grasp is made on the power once more, all three portioned bolts of power released will target and attack the source causing the grasp to loosen.

---If the bolts strike their target, upon skin contact intense burns and impalement may ensue without any type of psychic defense.
