She is extremely shy around different people and always freaks out around new people. She is very prideful about her work which sometimes causes problems, she also wont admit to anyone that she has done something wrong. Mary is also a very kind and generous person when she gets to know someone and becomes close to them. Though she's shy, she can be very talkative when she is around people she cares for, friends mostly. Though Mary tries to hide it, she is an extreme hikkikomori, which means she has no stamina. Mary can be very naive, causing people to take advantage of her.



xxxxxxA SHARD OF HISTORY ━ ━ ★

She awoke one day,unsure og who she was. She had awoken in a forest, near what seemed to be a residential area, which seemed to have houses in the trees. How interesting. she thought. Houses in trees, so artistic and new. She had little memories from before she awoke.. Someone was calling her Mary Kurakuza; with that, she thought her name was Mary, making it her name. Though, anything besides that was blurry, she had no idea what she was. While she was gaining her strength, a person passed by, stopping, and staring at her. Only for seconds later the person walked up to her and brought her home with them. Mary soon came to fully, knowing whomever brought her home would be her mother, the woman made the home very homey and welcoming. Before Mary was really able to say anything, this woman told her what she was, and how things worked. She was a muse, full-blooded muses were only female, though, half-blooded ones were either male or female. Mary grew up knowing that both types of muses were artistic, though only full-blooded muses were the ones that seemed more pure then the half-blooded one. Her mother thought this with a strong purist desire..

When the incident of the child happened. Her mother explained that she was not one of them, Mary had thought she was since she was a purist like the others. Though, she was not of the ones whom were in the incident of the child's death, she was still sent away. Leaving Mary to live on her own. Because of this, Mary became very unsocial, which was rare for a muse, since they loved living a social life, making sure their works of art was the center of attention. With her mother gone, Mary grew differently then other Muses. Though she did not socialize much, she was still proud of her creations, unlike other muses, Mary was very artistic in baking, and designing new creations of her own. She was happy with creating her own new creations, and people seemed to enjoy them as well, until the magic started to disappear from the land.

As the magic started to fade, Mary found creating new deserts very difficult, she wasn't even really able to create some of her old designs. She hated it this way;she wanted to be inspired again, to have her inspiration back. When the time came to send out invitations to the humans, Mary strongly supported the decision of allowing humans back to the town; since, after all, Muses were alike to humans, they looked alike, ate alike, but for muses, they were much more artistically inclined. Mary also felt excited that new people were going to try her deserts. Mary was very confident that the humans would like her deserts, she was also confident about if the humans do come, Spirit's Well will be filled with magic and life once more.

Mary yawned, she didn't have an alarm since she was use to waking. The hour was 7am, which made Mary a bit irritated, being she never woke up this late. Always waking up at least 4 to 5am, so she could go out and do her dailies, morning routines. Stretching, Mary sat up from her bed; shivering from the sudden change of temperature. It was much colder outside of her blankets. stretching, Mary stood up, Put her robe on and then her slippers. She then headed to the kitchen. Pulling out some eggs, bacon, and some potatoes to make for her breakfast. Making her fried eggs, crunchy bacon, and frying up the sliced potatoes, Mary pulled out a glass, and poured her some freshly squeezed orange juice. After getting her breakfast, Mary stood up from the table;did dishes, and put them back away. Moving from the kitchen to her bedroom.

Mary showered, feeling cleaned up and ready, she headed towards her closet. Pulling out the outfit many people know of. A robin's egg blue colored dress, with her white apron that makes her look ever so more her style. Slipping on her red Maryjane's after slipping on some stockings. She then went to her mirror, fixed her hair, tying a red ribbon into her hair, and slightly positioning it over her left ear.


Mary was all ready, grabbing her baking tools, and bag, she headed out towards Rian’s Gourmet Café & Tea House. Ah, work. She actually might be he first one there if Rian didn't make it like he normally does, though, on a normal basis, she was always the first at the house. Always preparing the pastries, and the bakery part of the Cafe and Tea house. Noticing that no one has made it yet, Mary let herself in, unlocked the door, closed it behind her and headed in towards the kitchen.

Placing her bag and baking tools onto a counter, Mary started getting out things to make the daily pastries for the shop. Bustling around Mary made sure she got everything done before Rian got there. It was a quiet day. She had already finished doing the things she needed. Placing everything in their proper spots, she even went out and cleaned up some tables, and cleaned the kitchen. She always ended up doing more then what she was suppose to.

The place was some what filling up. People were coming and going. It seemed like a normal day, even if the humans were coming today. She was quite sure today was someones birthday as well, but she forgot their name, which made her feel a little bad, but it shouldn't hurt that she didn't show up, would it? Sighing softly, Mary headed towards the pastry section of the Cafe and Tea house. It was a nice little area where she worked. Though she was in the kitchen as well, this was her heaven. She was able to create anything she wanted, or anything the customer wanted here.

Mary started to tidy up the place, placing out more desserts and pastries. It was closing in on 12:57pm. Lunch time for most. It was one of her most favorite times. Though, she doesn't get lunch when she prefers to be in the pastry section.

Looking up from her bustling about, Mary smiled. She pulled out a stool to look over the counter better. Though, Sharlott was much taller then she was, Mary still wished to have a stool to be able to talk to her friend. "Hello Sharlott. Oh, I have, do you want anything special? I can make it for you if you like." Mary's voice was soft but audible. She was smiling at Sharloot who just came from work, it was obviously her lunch break, like Mary predicted would happen. She always loved baking things for her, one of her best customers by far.

Xirena? She comes to the cafe a lot, she always orders the grape tart, well, anything with grapes in it. Makes me so happy to make them as well. It's interesting how she likes anything with grapes. Not many people, so in a way, Xirena is very special. Though, she did get very upset once when we were out of grapes and I couldn't make her anything. I felt really bad, I was just glad she forgave me, especially since it wasn't my fault at all.

Sharlott? Yea, she's my best friend. We grew up together after all. She teaches me how to draw since I'm not that good, and I teach her how to bake since she isn't that goo at that. It depends on the day right?

Room, which looks quite elegant, right? This just works well for me. I have my soft queen sized bed, which I rest my thinker. The wooden desk beside my bed is usually where I come up with creations. The painting? Oh that was gifted to me by someone dear. Oh the flowers? There real, I pick them freshly whenever I can. Oh yes, I do enjoy sitting by the window. You know, when I can't sleep during the night, I sometimes just sit there, leaning against the pillow and hugging the teddy bear, and staring out into the night skies. Sometimes, it gives me inspiration, sometimes, it just makes me feel more calm. Ah..yes that is how I sometimes catch a cold as well, falling asleep while sitting by the window. I know, I like my room elegant; is that strange for an artist? You would imagine an artist's room to be quite messy right? Not going to hide this, I'm kinda a clean freak...well at least for my room.

My closet? Well, it's normally filled with strange things. Or with my working clothes. You can find a lot of things in it.Though, I do wear this when I visit the beach at night. It's a bit chilly at times, but that doesn't me. Childhood photos? I only have one. I'll show you it if you like. it's my mom and I when I was younger. Pretty huh? It was a very nice picture, and the only thing I have left of my mother. But alas, I'd like you to leave my room please... Really, leave please.

❥ Baking. That's obvious. I bake and design new pastries most of the time.
❥ Drink tea and have afternoon snacks. It's a joy, don't judge.
❥ I do draw, surprised? Just not so well, still learning.
❥ I occasionally knit but...well not the best. But I do so when I don't want to leave the house.

❥ Rian's Gourmet Cafe&Tea House is where I work. All business hours I'm there.
❥ House # 4 in Upper Forest. It's where I live. It's where you find me in the early mornings and late night. I might even still be up in the middle of the night...designing new creations..
❥ Town Hall is a place where I sometimes go. Bills, obviously?
❥ I do go to The Tailor's...sometimes. What? I like to look at new clothes from time to time. Sharlott makes wonderful things you know..
❥ I go to the farm during summer. Why? Peaches and strawberries of course!
❥ I do from time to time go to the clinic to by herbs for making tea.

❥ As a muse, I'm not someone with Abracadabra magic. I have talent in baking and creating new deserts. Yes, I was gifted in this area. I usually do the baselines for baking and creating new deserts.. in what.. A minute? Coloring? I normally don't color the creations I make, unless with food coloring or food paint.. I mean just looking at a flower, I can come up with about five designs based around that flower, and of course completely different ones. I usually can do about.... I dunno at least 30~60 designs a day. Yep, that's me.
