                                          ► xx Katia Choonhyang Park was born in New York City sixteen years ago to two Korean parents.
                                          ► xx Katia has never been to Korea, despite the fact that her parents are Korean immigrants. She was raised to be pretty Americanized. She attended language school as a young child, so she can read and speak Korean.
                                          ► xx Katia began taking vocal lessons as a young girl from her next door neighbor.
                                          ► xx When she was eleven years old her father accepted a job offer in Lima, Ohio. It was at that point that the entire Park family moved from New York to Lima.
                                          ► xx Upon arriving in Lima, Katia almost immediately became best friends with her next - door neighbor Shawn. Well, more like she was Shawn's bully but she was cruel enough to call him her "friend."
                                          ► xx Katia is the impolite sort. She scarcely pays any regards to her manners, and while she may appear innocent she is quite violent. Shawn can support the "Katia is a violent person" claim.
                                          ► xx Although many may not believe it, Katia is really smart. She's at the top of her class and is commonly correcting teachers on mistakes they make in equations. While other students are getting 100 on quizzes and tests, she is often getting 105s for noticing mistakes.
                                          ► xx On top of singing, she can also play guitar. At one point she attempted to learn piano but she quickly grew impatient with it and gave up.
                                          ► xx Choon Hyang is terrible at dancing. That is one Glee - related skill she does not posses. She notably has two left feet.
                                          ► xx Choon Hyang joined Glee Club in her Freshman year. Even though she thinks of a lot of it's members as a bunch of idiots, she enjoys singing and feels like she has a place in the "Glee" family. Not that she'll admit it.
