Long ago, in a small town in Egypt just by the Nile, a woman appeared. The woman brought with her a small child. She stayed for just one night in the house of a new mother named Aset. In the morning the woman was gone, leaving behind the nameless child in Aset's care.
Aset named the boy "Yahya" or "Given by the Gods" and raised him as her own. The boy grew swiftly into a wise young man and became the first priest of Chione. Under his watch, the town grew into a great city. But the man was sad, for time seemed to pass him by. He watched his own family grow old with the passing of days and wither away into dust while he remained youthful and virile. Soon the people of his own city turned against him, believing him to be taking the life force of the elderly to prolong his own life. Yahya fled Egypt and took to wandering the world.

Bio:The Fabius family is nuvau riche. Both his mother, Casandra, and his father, Gabriel, were whispers who dedicated their lives to advertising. They started their own company shortly after they were married and immediately shot into millionaire status. The happy newlyweds met the Nanime family at a country club and immediately bonded. The two happy couples became so close that their names became almost synonymous. As if to prove the fact for once and for all, Akira Nanime and Lucas Fabius were born on the exact same day, in the same hospital, within a minute of each other.

Fate could not have created a better pair. Lucas was lively and energetic and spent every spare moment he could with Akira. They discovered the wonders of music together- Akira playing the harp or piano and Lucas playing whatever he could get his hands on. The two were discovered by several talent agencies, but Lucas turned them all down at Akira's command. It was not until they had both graduated from Juilliard that Akira finally accepted an offer. The two set out on a tour of the United States together.

While on the road, Lucas and Akira moved from friendship to a deep and happy love. Akira wished to be married, but on the day Lucas asked the Nanime family for their blessing, a terrible secret came out. Akira had been sired by Gabriel in a quiet affair, thus making her his half sister. Devastated, the two fought and separated.

Lucas then continued his career alone as the world's finest violinist as well as gaining virtuoso status with every instrument he touched. He toured until he grew tired of renown and grandeur and disappeared from famous venues.

Bio:There were once two remarkably intelligent people- a man and a woman- who lived in Moscow and worked- as many highly intelligent people do- for the government. Do not look for their names in the records, friends. These people did not exist on paper. Well, like many good stories go, they met and were married soon after. All was well until the wife became pregnant. The happy couple became a liability. To stay in Moscow would mean death. So they fled. Disappeared from the world to live somewhere in Siberia. There, the wife had her baby. A healthy boy that she named "Sretan", because he was their lucky charm.* When Sretan was two, another child was born into the family. This child was a beautiful little girl and so the name "Fiera" was bestowed upon her.**

Unfortunately, dear friends, this is where our story turns south. You see, there had been people looking for the family for almost three years. They caught up to our happy family when little Fiera was only a month old. Swiftly in the night, they came and took the lives of the once happy couple. They then came into the nursery where Sretan and his little sister slept and took them away.

The children were well on their way to an orphanage in the middle of Saint Petersburg when an order came down to their kidnappers from on high. They immediately changed their route and headed for Moscow and the Убийцы академии*** where they were given the closest thing to a home either of them could hope to have. Two of the top instructors were dedicated strictly to their education. Lastly, their names were changed to Felix and Fyra, thus completing the transition from orphaned nobodies to wards of the Убийцы академии.

At the record ages of fifteen and seventeen respectively, Fyra and Felix completed their first mission flawlessly and graduated with highest honors. Over the next year, the siblings worked in Moscow and the areas surrounding. During that time, Felix designed specialized weapons for himself and his sister. When the year was over, the assassins left Russia to see the world.

What Stands Out: Felix loves his sister more than anything else. He has a booming voice which he sometimes gets in trouble for.

Bio: Helga and Helena are twins constructed from Elijabeth's DNA and given special genetic enhancements. They have been groomed from birth to be the right and left hands of Rowan when the day comes for them to take over Elijabeth's empire.
Personality: Unlike their younger sister, Helga and Helena are about as normal as hyperintelligent children can be, though their similarities seem to end at the physical level. They do both love their younger sister more than life itself.
Helga is a shy, sweet girl who prefers solitude. When she must go out, she chooses to stay close to Helena. She loves her tutors and works very hard to make them proud of her.
Helena is an active child who loves meeting new people. She enjoys learning and showing off for her tutors, but tends to be a troublesome student. When Helena feels she has not been given the proper amount of respect, she tends to become uncooperative and sometimes outright defiant.

She tolerates Helena for Helga's sake, but dislikes the uncouth way in which her older sister conducts herself. She worships her mother, although she rarely gets the chance to speak to Elijabeth. Everyone else is inferior in Rowan's eyes; thus she strives to distance herself from "the lowborn, the emotional morons, and the ignorant masses." As a result, the child demands private transport and box seating whenever her tutors require her to venture out amongst "the idiots"
