Intro post for One x One via PM.
At the middle of the sea lived the unacknowledged water bending school; the Tagad School of Nobles. They started off as a school of water manipulation and the world was oblivious and ignorant on their activities. However, one faithful stormy night, the gods had pronounced the death of the world by flood and drowning all that are in it. Not long after, the storm continued and started its rage. The water level rose as monstrous waves and tsunamis hit the ground. With their different powers and skills, each kingdom tried their best to fend off the flooding but within a few hours of intense battle with the waters; most of their great men had fallen. When all hope was lost, a boat suddenly appeared out of nowhere and out came the people of the overlooked nobles. Without any word, each had taken their places and started chanting. After a few unrecognizable words and movement, the waters started to calm and move away from the shores and back to the seas. The storm died down and the sun’s rays started to seep out of the clouds. The fight with the gods was done and the world triumphed. The world cheered for not only were they saved, but they get to live for another lifetime. The people and their royals wanted to thank the unfamiliar men that came to save them but they were nowhere in sight. Each kingdom had tried to thank them, but they all left in a blink of an eye; never to be seen once again. A few months had passed and little by little, the kingdoms found the nobles’ place and for days and days on end; the representatives of different kingdoms pay their visit to acknowledge the saviours of their lands. They helped their school grow; gave treasures, new houses, buildings, way of livelihood, and a lot more. They basically had all that they needed and they too were thankful.
After fifty years, the Tagad School grew enormously and now had their royalty and prestigious wealth. The long line of the first masters of the school was now their found royalty and had always led them to their great achievements. The nobles, Shellford, had taken over the long lineage of their ancestors and now the father, Samus, was their king. It was not that long since his advancement to the throne that his people started to show symptoms of an illness. His noble healers had done all they could and tried the wisdoms of different kingdoms, but none had helped. Years came to pass and their kingdom started to diminish. Little by little, the wealth of the kingdom grew thin and their only hope was the wisdom of the famous healers from a distant land. With their powers fading, Samus knew that he needed to do whatever it takes to get this plague away from his people. He also knew of a story on written text that his kingdom and people should not die or the world will suffer the consequences. With the world on his hands, he knew not to pass this last hope.
Samus travelled to the far away kingdom with his trusty knight and his only son, Elliot. The journey was long but yet they endured it. Finally, after a few weeks, they arrived on the land of the golden. The kingdom knew of their arrival and was accompanied to through the streets and into the castle. Elliot looked in awe of how grand the place was and knew their home was once like it. Now, the place he called home housed almost all of their people with the plague; hoping to get the first drop of the cure once it was found. “Isn’t it nice, Elliot?” The young lad looked at his dad with still amazement painted on his face. “Indeed. I have never been to a palace with such grandeur.” The three followed the servant to their rooms where they would stay for the week they booked to discuss their agreement. Elliot had his own room while his father had his own. The room itself was majestic. It could not be compared to his own back at home. As exhausted as he was, his first caught a glimpse of the bed and as fast as he could, threw himself on it and drifted to sleep, unaware of the dinner planned for them with the King and Queen.
