spoiled sassy brat; adopted and grew up wealthy with high expectations and was entered into every beauty pageant imaginable since a little tot. her parents really push the beauty standard and constantly having to be "perfect" and hold their families image to a high standard. her powers manifested when she least expected it when she didn't win a pageant and she willed a metal beam to fall onto the stage, later discovering this and keeping it on the down low as much as possible, occasionally using it to her advantage.

goodie two shoes; comes from a small dominant family. mother left at a young age as she ran away with another wealthier man, so she was left to the care of her gruff, slightly disgruntled father. yet he was still loving - hard working and always pushed her to be the best version of herself no matter the cost, as he believed you would get left behind when someone else found something new and better. over the years, her father become bitter and drunk, losing his long term job and she had to pick up the slack. so rosie can be very hard on herself. on a whim, sick of just making ends meet, she joined the supes in their ranks, making herself known hoping to make a difference and is the newest member of the elites, oblivious to just how corrupt they really are. until recently.

electricity conversion: she can absorb the ambient electricity from her surroundings in order to fuel her powers. this allows her to blackout a small area before releasing the held energy as focused blasts of light. blasts can only be fired from her hands and they can manifest as either heat, concussive force or blinding light. as light, her energy is capable of blinding anyone, either temporary or permanently, and she is able to make her eyes and hands glow on command.
eectrokinesis: can create, shape and manipulate electricity, a form of energy resulting from the movement of charged particles such as electrons or protons
spirokinesis: can manipulate the breath of oneself and others, altering one's breath to breathe fire, strong winds, electricity, etc., or the odour of one's breath, making it smelly or fresh. she can remove one's ability to breathe, which will cause them to suffocate or even die. this power can also be used to alter her own breath so that she is able to breath in harmful and poisonous gases.

naive fbi agent; works at the lab in conjunction with the other scientists and reports directly to the government aka mr president. although she is a newbie in the lab so she hasn't quite been exposed to all the other nasties and supernatural things yet - has seen very minimal and truly believes she is there to help the kids/experiments for the better. easily manipulated, but quite firm, good at her job. has always out her job above everything else, as a result lost a relationship to it, but lately her maternal instincts are kicking in and she is contemplating what she wants for herself, questioning the morality, shaking up the chain of command.
