hmm that's a tough one, I like the mystery thing because it could be fun for Livi to have a secret from Myra and then tell her in some dramatic way.

But it could also be fun to have them not know, one was a prince and the other was a princess. So then they find out who one another is, and realize they are to marry different people. :p

secret from myra, like a

Yep. Definitely dead. Sejuani has been online but in other forums and such, so apparently she doesn't care about this RP anymore?
It looked cool and started out alright, but if the owner can't even be bothered anymore, then why should we?
