I had a group of 10-12 people maybe half where new players, That game went from a OA to a FR game in 3 seconds flat. needless to say I had about 10 drow ninja's on my hands.... sweatdrop I still have nightmares....

I would DIE if i had to DM for 10players. I can barely stand it when the party exceeds 4...

Meh I'm incredably lucky to get a party under 12 ..... oh well thats what i get for helping a youth group do roleplaying... sometimes its damn funny but at the same time very very tiring

Power Gamer: So I looked through the MM and counted up all the natural attack types used by all the monsters in there. So it would take about 2 solid minutes of transforming, but my warshaper could do all of those...
Me (the DM): BUWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Like hell. BUWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! Not even.
Power Gamer: But why not, the rules never bothered to limit the number of attack types I could have.

I think 16 is the largest group I've ever ran. That was a pretty consistent turn out too. It was really nothing short of a nightmare sometimes. About half the group was powergamers, the other half had the powergamers make up thier characters, and I allowed WAY too many 3rd party sources that I didn't have personal copies of. However, I did get the employee discount at the Wizards of the Coast store I ran it out of... mrgreen
