The academy's lead is an imposing man even if one were not aware of his position inside the academy. Tall with a bronzed complexion topped by a lush mane of golden mid-length hair that turns into thick sideburns that frames two ice blue eyes, Christian, demands attention with his intense stare and his square chin.

Christian is not only tall but also a well-built man. Despite his thirty two of age he looks slightly younger and tries to make up for it with a constant scrub of beard shadowing his chin, He firmly believes looking his age let's people know he is more experienced and wiser. He wears no significant mark on face or head. Preferring a more natural look on what he believes is the presentation layer of his persona, however, Despite his almost perfect eye-sight he does use a pair of clear glasses to enhance his reliability with people that rely too much on first impressions.

He makes it a point to wear suits tailored specifically for him. Usually of dark color and conservative design in order to relay a sensation of stability and dependence. Matched with his suits he makes it a point to wear vests and shirts to add layering and flashes of more brilliant and power oriented colors. The splashes of color as details are always oriented to reminding people the kind of power he wields and matched with the darker colors they make him a less imposing figure despite his high musculature.

As accessories goes he only wears an old style watch on his left wrist and a plain brushed stainless steel band on his right.

He only has a single tattoo on the inner side of his biceps. A coat of arms showing twin griffins holding a kite shield divided in four with the words power,progress and order on a flying banner.

❙❚ PERSONA —
— DETERMINED ❙❚ Christian is a man with a mission and the will and power to accomplish it. He tends to always have a goal in mind and go through until it is met. The word impossible has meant little to him so far in his life and he intends for nothing to stand in his way.
— SOCIAL ❙❚ The academy's lead is well aware that being liked and loved is much more important than being feared. He is a social butterfly and will use any chance he gets to get to know people and form any bond possible. The image others have of you is just as important as the image you have of yourself in a world of so much interaction.
— AMBITIOUS ❙❚ Power hungry would be right on the dot. Christian does whatever he needs to attain power and social standing. Though he is willing to go to dangerous and amoral extents to climb the power ladder he is no fool to choose violent methods, that will net him immediate but shadier results, over other less drastic methods, from which he could benefit more on the longer run.

❙❚ HISTORY —
Despite no official record ever being handed down the ranks of the academy about Christian, people know most about his past by what he himself has mentioned in social talks.

He was born outside academia to a couple of scholars. He was a single child and thus received all the attention he needed. Thanks to his parents’ work for the academy they never lacked for anything and thus he grew up to be a very balanced young man. When he came of age to begin his more formal studies his parents decided he should pursue a carreer that would land him in research and development for the academy. He took their advice and for a couple of years studied electronics and communication. Then came the day in which he figured that despite his love for his parents and admiration he felt to their work, he did not belong in their world. Thus he dropped his studies and began travelling around the world in order to get more experience under his belt and have a better understanding of the people around the world.

As soon as his parents found out they cut off his funds in an attempt to reel him in back into the family business and in anger Christian decided to cut s communication with them. He began working the odd job wherever was that his travels led him. After a while of travelling and getting to know people he began noticing certain trends in behavior amongst the populace. They were of course nothing new to marketing and other areas of human study but for him they just seemed to be incredibly obvious. Together with his odd job he began keeping a journal of things he saw that called his attention amongst the persons of certain regions or cities. During this time he specifically was in one of the mining areas and noticed certain affection from the local populace towards the more physical arts. Talks with the locals led him to know they missed the more physical confrontations in the sports scene.

Being the little entrepreneur he began a two year long process of recruiting training and setting up fights. It started small and everyone who wanted could join in as long as they paid their entry fee and if they won they took home a larger sum than they had come in with. Unable to resist temptation he began entering his own fights and developed a liking for the fights as well. Later someone found out it was him setting up the fights and contacted him to partner up as a financial aid. The idea hit home with Christian and he joined forces with the corporation. Later he would find out they were the academy’s funders as well. He was offered a full buy out from the fights and instead of this he would be in charge of public image of the academy. The opportunity was whatever he could have ever hoped for. Still in order to take it he would have to finish his studies as a requirement from the corporation.

Graduated and with a head full of ideas he reconciled with his parents and began training under a tutor for the publicity stunts and other projects they would begin to enable in the academy. After this period people have trouble following his story as he never really seems to mention anything from this time. Suddenly one day the former head of the academy was removed and overnight the office was refurbished and plans all around were changed. Christian was introduced as the new head of the academy with no further warning and despite his young age. Later doubts and suspicions about him ,though slowly, have begun to die away due to his excellent performance and the love earned form the general populace by the academy.

— POWER ❙❚ Christian is a firm believer that power comes from each individual and in line with such a concept each individual grants power to others over himself either due to compatibility or a certain level of trust. Though aware of power that is granted to an invidividual by the position he has inside an organization he thinks it is far more important to have power as a person independently from any title given to you.
— LUXURY ❙❚ They say people quickly find comfort in the good things in life and Chris is one of those. Though growing up he lacked nothing and accounted for a moderate ammount of wealth now witht he support of a powerful organization he has a tendency to luxury which he is often enjoying.
— KNOWLEDGE ❙❚ Some say knowledge is power and thus one might understand Christian's affinity to it but also he believes that the more you know the less people can make a fool of you and the more you are capable of understanding. Christian also likes being nobody's fool so he has another reason to seek knowledge.

— EXCUSES ❙❚ The midnighter understands reason. He can even accept that some things can be beyond planning. What he does not tolerate is people making up events or circumstances to avoid doing their work or to excuse why they have performed poorly.
— CONFORMISM ❙❚ You either want to be better or you want to be devoured there is no two ways about it for the academy's lead.
— FAVORITISM ❙❚ People need to earn what they get otherwise the whole reason for an individual to want to improve is render void and we end up with people who do not have qualifications leading the masses into their demise.

— PATIENCE ❙❚ Christian doesn't react on the grand scheme of things, though he might be explosive at some points when in business he always acts with premeditation.
— PERSISTENCE❙❚ Despite the possible negative connotation of the word Christian is someone who will aim for a goal with every once of his energy and that mixed with other virtues in him make him hard to dissuade and even defeat.
— FLEXIBLE ❙❚ The ability to change methods when something has found opposition or difficulty. Hard work is not one of Christian Strengths, it's smart work that better defines him.

— NARROW VISION ❙❚ Chirstian focus on something and he often forgets to consider factors into what he is planning or sometimes fails to see the impact of his actions in other areas.

Unable to resist temptation he began entering his own fights and developed a liking for the fights as well. Later someone found out it was him setting up the fights and contacted him to partner up as a financial aid. The idea hit home with Christian and he joined forces with the corporation. Later he would find out they were the academy’s funders as well. He was offered a full buy out from the fights and instead of this he would be in charge of public image of the academy. The opportunity was whatever he could have ever hoped for. Still in order to take it he would have to finish his studies as a requirement from the corporation.

Graduated and with a head full of ideas he reconciled with his parents and began training under a tutor for the publicity stunts and other projects they would begin to enable in the academy. After this period people have trouble following his story as he never really seems to mention anything from this time. Suddenly one day the former head of the academy was removed and overnight the office was refurbished and plans all around were changed. Christian was introduced as the new head of the academy with no further warning and despite his young age. Later doubts and suspicions about him ,though slowly, have begun to die away due to his excellent performance and the love earned form the general populace by the academy.

LIKES |
♟◟ POWER — Christian is a firm believer that power comes from each individual and in line with such a concept each individual grants power to others over himself either due to compatibility or a certain level of trust. Though aware of power that is granted to an invidividual by the position he has inside an organization he thinks it is far more important to have power as a person independently from any title given to you.
♟◟ LUXURY — They say people quickly find comfort in the good things in life and Chris is one of those. Though growing up he lacked nothing and accounted for a moderate ammount of wealth now witht he support of a powerful organization he has a tendency to luxury which he is often enjoying.
♟◟ KNOWLEDGE — Some say knowledge is power and thus one might understand Christian's affinity to it but also he believes that the more you know the less people can make a fool of you and the more you are capable of understanding. Christian also likes being nobody's fool so he has another reason to seek knowledge.

DISLIKES |
♟◟ EXCUSES— The midnighter understands reason. He can even accept that some things can be beyond planning. What he does not tolerate is people making up events or circumstances to avoid doing their work or to excuse why they have performed poorly.
♟◟ CONFORMISM—
You either want to be better or you want to be devoured there is no two ways about it for the academy's lead.
♟◟ FAVORITISM—
People need to earn what they get otherwise the whole reason for an individual to want to improve is render void and we end up with people who do not have qualifications leading the masses into their demise.

STRENGTHS |
♟◟ PATIENCE — Christian doesn't react on the grand scheme of things, though he might be explosive at some points when in business he always acts with premeditation.
♟◟ PERSISTENCE— Despite the possible negative connotation of the word Christian is someone who will aim for a goal with every once of his energy and that mixed with other virtues in him make him hard to dissuade and even defeat.
♟◟ FLEXIBLE— The ability to change methods when something has found opposition or difficulty. Hard work is not one of Christian Strengths, it's smart work that better defines him.

WEAKNESSES |
♟◟ NARROW VISION— Chirstian focus on something and he often forgets to consider factors into what he is planning or sometimes fails to see the impact of his actions in other areas.
♟◟ EGOTHISTICAL— The academy lead has a very high image of himself. This leads him to sometimes feel comfortable with actions without double checking them since, he could never be miss something so obvious could he?

FEAR(S) |
♟◟ FAILURE— The idea that he might not be as good as he considers himself haunts him deep in his mind. Christian can visibly freeze in the depths of his thoughts at finding out he has failed himself by not realizing his more secret goals.
♟◟ REJECTION— He has built so much from the image he has shown to the world that he often finds himself going over the scenario that this would shatter and every person that ever supported him would find themselves disgusted by what he is.

AMBITION(S) |
♟◟ ORDER— People want a lot of things but they don't know what they need and this is a big problem, thus people like him are needed to bring the sheep into line and keep them safe from the wolves.
♟◟ TRUST— Keeping people safe from themselves is all well and good but forcing them to trust you through violence or other ttreats isn't precisely what he expects from his growth, he wants people to see him as a leader.
SECRET(S) |
♟◟ KILL— Christian disappeared after having started the fighting ring in the borderlands and being groomed for leadership. He makes sure no one knows what happened in this period, his leadership training included demonstrating loyalty to the organization that had made him and this in turn meant staining his hand with blood, innocent blood. No records exist and he fights his demons down every day because he fears there is no such a thing as complete shutdown.
