While naturally brunette, her hair is dyed powder-blue and maintains it in a messy pixie style. Her pale complexion is exaggerated by her preference for black and white attire, usually business wear, leading to the designated codename “Onyx”. Accessories are limited to small earrings, a necklace or watch – all in simple taste and immaculately polished - and makeup is only worn for social and media exposure, else she keeps her face bare. Her eyes are fixed in a rather impassive and icy glare, often peering through a waft of smoke from the multiple cigarettes she consumes a day.

❙❚ PERSONA —
— DEDICATED ❙❚ Grace holds fast to her personal ideals and commitments, and works like hell to see them through. She also shows dedication to the not-so-ideals, such as smoking and previously formed perceptions. It works both ways.
— SNOBBY ❙❚ Growing up in privileged society has given her that irritating hubris of the upper class and sometimes it can be severe, especially in select company. Otherwise, she regards most things outside her standard of living with indifference or reluctance.
— RESERVED ❙❚ Grace has always tended to keep personal matters to herself and deal with them later, which seems to be a recurring theme in the Lecrasse family. Unlike her extroverted parents, she rarely embellishes in grandiose behavior, or allows herself to be emotionally available.
— DIRECT ❙❚ The intent behind her actions aren't always clear but she makes a point to define what she wants and how she's going to get it. Idleness is not tolerated for long, with her or anyone else.
— PROFESSIONAL ❙❚ In the public eye, with Academy and with associates, Grace adopts the formalities and etiquette of a businesswoman to maintain the appearance of professionalism and control. The change can happen spontaneously, and she can just as quickly turn it off to return to her normal, brooding self.

❙❚ HISTORY —
The Lecrasse family were well known socialites among upper class Academia, and loyal advocates for its government. For years, D’artagnan and Milani Lecrasse supplied the Academy with hefty donations, helped orchestrate banquets, campaigns, press, offered exclusive business deals from their trading company – anything the academy needed, they were happy to give. Their notoriety allowed for Grace, their only daughter, to have access to one of the best educations, healthcare, and future connections they could come by thanks to the connections they'd established. But it was a ruse, one spanning decades that was suddenly broken when her father was arrested on his way to work one morning. He'd been accused of selling secrets to Hope, and Academy supposedly found the evidence after years of suspicion and sifting through the his electronic trail. Grace remembered her mother breaking the news after receiving his call from the detention center; Milani attempted to remain calm, but the panic was evident. Two days later, her mother was taken into custody. Both were facing terrorism charges.

Grace didn’t understand it; as long as she could remember, her parents had always been on Academy’s side, speaking fondly of them even behind the closed doors of their home. She grew up being told that Academy kept the city flourishing and needed the cooperation of its citizens to sustain peace not just by her parents, but her teachers, her friends and their parents, many of whom were part of Academy. Her family invested what was probably millions, with the benefits being obvious, but there was no benefit with conspiring with Hope. It didn’t make any sense and still doesn’t, yet it led them to this point.

She tried to fight the charges with the help of the family lawyer, dropping out of university at nineteen to try and make things right, like she knew what she was getting herself into. It wasn’t long before she too was in Academy hands. From the very beginning it was made clear that her parents’ betrayal would not be tolerated. Their trading company would be liquidated, their name sullied, and Grace would be tried and sentenced as a conspirator to their schemes, and end up “exactly where she and her parents deserved to be”. Or, she could agree to their terms in exchange for a clean slate and retain their status. Academy wasn't so eager for justice that they'd toss one of their golden geese into the fire – and Grace, being of age, was capable of substituting for her parents while they served their time. That meant providing political and financial support, and ultimately join in the siege against Xenon. What else could she do but say yes? Her family would remain in custody, but she would be able to work for their freedom. If Xenon fell, then her obligation would be fulfilled and rewarded. If not, they would be made a public example of what happens to those who cross Academy. The conditions were straightforward, but the path was, as she came to discover, long and arduous.

Eight years passed. Grace's work continues. She plays their loyal dog, the hostess, she's gives them checks and more and it still isn't over. The explosion didn't do anything, the new town didn't do anything. She's trapped in the same place, and Academy will bleed her dry long before she sees this conflict end, or her family restored.

❙❚ LIKES —
— CIGARETTES ❙❚ Yes, they're carcinogenic. She knows how bad they are and she'll smoke a whole pack in a day if she wants.
— EFFICIENCY ❙❚ She prefers things to be done in a timely and organized manner. Straight answers, quick solutions.
— EROTICA ❙❚ Oh, a guilty pleasure by far. Grace has an entire collection of erotica novels that no one knows and will never know about. Ever.
— GUNS ❙❚ Her father use to take her out to the shooting range during her childhood, and since then she's had a slight fancy for firearms.
— EDM ❙❚ Grace enjoys EDM, electronica and trap music in equal measure, and use to frequent the several EDM clubs scattered across Academia (even some in lower rundown neighborhoods, when she was younger), though now attends sparingly.
— SWIMMING ❙❚ Up until college, Grace had always participated in swimming, and excelled, not only because of her height but her skill. While school is long behind her, she still swims regularly as her exercise of choice, followed by yoga.

❙❚ DISLIKES —
— ACADEMY ❙❚ The name leaves a bad taste in her mouth, ever since she agreed to help in the Xenon excursion. It's opened her eyes to the hypocrisy of the organization, and embittered her for compromising her family, but most importantly herself, to manipulation.
— XENON ❙❚ The group is her link to the academy that has her at their whim. Once they're gone she'll be *relatively* free.
— PIGEONS ❙❚ Disgusting birds. There's a story behind this that she refuses to disclose.
— DELAYS ❙❚ Unnecessary ones, that is. Grace isn't the one to pussyfoot around. Her time and resources are valuable and her patience is thin for people who skirt around problems and can't give her direct answers. She also has an issue with people who are late (repeated offenders), and being late to things without a proper excuse.

❙❚ STRENGTHS —
— INFLUENCE ❙❚ The family name still holds value that she often utilizes to gain access to important resources.
— COMPARTMENTALIZATION ❙❚ Grace has the ability to detach her beliefs from a situation, thereby allowing her to make the harder decisions without *immediate* moral consequences.

❙❚ WEAKNESSES —
— SYMPATHY ❙❚ Grace rarely makes herself emotionally accessible to anyone, nor does she seek that in others. It's uncomfortable, for one. Two, she finds emotional connections terrifying, considers them invitations to personal vulnerability. Three, her sympathies are limited being the heiress to a multi-million credit company; sympathizing with anyone below her circle would likely be seen as pity, which is even worse.
— NICOTINE ❙❚ The addiction began when she was sixteen, and by now being without the narcotic for extended periods of time makes her extremely irritable. She's tried quitting in the past, but the withdrawal was so uncomfortable she resigned to the addiction.
— STUBBORN❙❚ It's hard to persuade Grace when she comes to a conclusion that may not be the right one. Her reluctance to change can sometimes lead her to miss out on opportunities, and of course makes her unfavorable to cooperate with.

❙❚ FEARS —
— ACADEMY ❙❚ Failure to hold up to their agreement could mean suffering the same fate as her parents, and Academy would do it without even a second thought.
— LOSING CONTROL ❙❚ Grace may be a servant, but she still has command over her life. To lose all of it to someone or even something else is an idea she doesn't like to think about, considering it's a very real possibility. She wouldn't do well in prison.

❙❚ AMBITIONS —
— SECURITY ❙❚ All she does for Academy is for the security of her family and her own future.
— XENON ELIMINATED ❙❚ Getting rid of the hoodlum club is her ticket to freedom. Change is fine but not at her expense.
