It's that time of the year again, Gaians, and the 13th Annual User-Run Ball is upon us! Be sure to doll up in your formal finest as you read this entrancing passage revealed to us by the coordinators:
- "There was once a place in time long ago, when the world of Gaia was roamed supremely by humans. Creatures of other natures, especially those of the supernatural, lived in their own realms where they had their own rulers, kingdoms, laws, and traditions.
Each realm was separated by an ancient door that would lead through space, time, and existence directly to a sacred area of Gaia and every hundred or so years the doors would open. With this the people of the realms mingled and the leaders would meet up to discuss their realms. With the twelfth meeting it was declared that the doors would never be opened again.
It took the new leader of the Underworld to invoke the thirteenth meeting, whom wished to open the doors again. many of the leaders were wary of the change that they had gotten used too, but agreed.
As news spread and each realm planned their own party to celebrate in their own way, an Oracle, whom had had a Vision, warned that a dark shadow had fallen over the event and asked if they would reconsider. Much too eager to have something to celebrate the realms ignored her.
"Thou naughty, foolish, naive beings! I warn'd thou all but thou ign'r'd me. This thirteenth meeting shall definitely be thy lasteth! Prepareth. . . the shadow. . . it's coming."
Will the party go uneventful? Are the Oracles warnings true? What is this shadow? Can the six realms work out their differences with those on Gaia, and allow the six doors to remain open? All remains to be seen, but please come join the party to see first hand all that shall go on. What are you waiting for?"
