back with another reference guide, and WE GOT MILLS ... again!

anyway lets get started, remember to help me out, alright?

Nikolai's Experiment: Hair is a reference to Einstein. Also a reference Nikola Tesla.
Comic Sounds: Reference to comic books in general, plus the "Bazinga!" is from Sheldon on the Big Bang Theory.
Forceful Coersion: A reference to the game PROTOTYPE.
King of Campus: Kanji Tatsumi from Persona 4.
Lightening Quick: Speedster super heroes in general. (The Flash, Quicksilver, Freakazoid!)
*Glasses may also be a reference to DJ Pon-3 (MLP:FiM)
Nicks and Giggles: The Joker! (specifically the one from The Dark Knight)
Sharp Shot: Hawkeye (especially from the Avengers movie)
Supreme Student Council: Labrys from Persona 4 Arena.
Weapons of Math Destruction: Doctor Doom. (F-FOOTDIVE) also Weapons of Math Destruction's description is a reference to Fairly Odd Parents “IT’S AN F-A-PALOOZA!" A very memorable line from Crocker
Timehole Professor: a shout out to Doctor Who and Inspector Spacetime.
Beastly Professor: Beast from X-men
Psionic Weaponry: Wonder Twins along with the Green Lantern.
Shadowvert: Raven from Teen Titans.
Shop Class Savant: The description is a reference to Iron Man.
Steel Saber: Possibly a reference to Bubblegum Crisis
SDPlus #405 Kricket: a reference to kamen rider kabuto
SDPlus #406 Kirby: The description is a play on Patroklos' overused quote in "Soul Calibur V".

Also, how is Lightning Quick a reference to Freakazoid? It seems like a general reference to speedster superheroes like Quicksilver and The Flash to me. :/

The glasses just reminded me of his eyes, and i mean yeah the shirt could be referenced to The Flash also.

I said this already, but I think you missed it. Psionic Weaponry is also a reference to Green Lantern and Nikolai's Experiment is also a reference to Nikola Tesla. That's in addition to what you already listed.

Edit: I sort of suspect that Claude's Invisibility and Custodian Junko might be references to Zach, the kid who glowed (based solely on the color of the item), and Ron Wilson, bus driver from that movie, but I can't be sure...

Extreme Schooling soccer field and Super Sports reference to the "super-powered" anime/game Inazuma Eleven.
Verden Frakasi description "Let's Play Soccer" is a quote from Endou Mamoru, a character from Inazuma Eleven. yum_puddi
