...Or just the people with blood amulets still?

Sorry for such a noob question, but lurking around the servers it seems to me like there is no noob crew anywhere. I'd thought that they opened the place up to everyone by now though.

At the moment, it's only open to bloodstone amulet/gem holders. Once the bar at the top of the forum fills up, it's open to everyone for three days.
