That is my question is it still open for people who don't have blood stones or is close for now and only for people who have blood stones can access it. stare

Why the stare?

It is. It was opened far too long since December due to some glitch or oversight, then closed a couple of days ago, then the bar filled up, it was opened yesterday.

So it's open for two more days.
