October is coming up, and by no means is starting up a list for possible items to include in your extremely likely horror-themed RIG/CI planned to be released ritualistically and appropriately for Halloween now, would be considered bad-timing.
Because no matter how connected to it with the planned event, it'll probably only serve as background material, since any items related to the event will only truly be released as the Event Items themselves and the event promotional Cash Shop update. Oh, and maybe a completely unrelated, but appropriately holiday-themed EI again. But essentially speaking, you probably only have some ideas filled in for your RIG/CI, but not enough ideas.
That's where we come in.
