Welcome to The Spirit of Giving, a quest thread like no other! (At least we think it's pretty unique. wink )
- Our mission: to quest gold and items to give to worthy charities.
Our targets:
- The Phoenix Charity ~ Helping hacked Gaians to rise from the ashes and regain their lost identity.
COFFINS ~ A charity and support center for those new to Gaia.
The Armory ~ TONS of Armor to give away.
Our request: for you to help us by donating your excess gold, items, and time.
- The Phoenix Charity - needs gold and thread supporters.The Armory - needs all sorts of armor, and thread supporters.
COFFINS - needs whatever you can spare. Items, gold, and thread supporters.
How to Donate:
- Send a trade to sasuke00112233 (I am the donations mule).
Change the header of the trade to reflect the name of the charity you want to donate to.
Please only send a trade for one charity at a time.
Rules:
- Follow Gaia ToS and Rules. You break those and we will ban and report you.
Respect everyone. Whining, complaining and begging gets you nowhere. Trolling and flaming gets you banned. (see rule #1)
Any issues that cannot be handled in a reasonable and adult manner between members via PM will be handled by the mods.
The mods reserve the right to ban anyone from the thread if neccessary, and the right to add rules as the need arises.
The mods are the supreme beings here. Heed their word or get out. This includes not arguing with them over a final judgement/ruling.

Contests:
We will be using our personal funds to set up a contest for our donators. The contest is a simple raffle to be drawn at the end of every month when we send the monthly donations to our charities.
How to get raffle tickets:
A raffle ticket will be issued for evey donation of 1,000 gold.
If items are sent, the total market value will be calculated at the time of the donation, and a raffle ticket will be given for every 1,000 gold the items are worth.
If you have our banner, or the banner of our charities in your signature, threads, or profile - you will be awarded 1 raffle ticket for each banner you have.
If you bump our thread, or the threads of our charities, you will be granted 1 raffle ticket for every 100 bumps in a thread. (Note: Bumps must be numbered, and you are limited to 2 numbered bumps per page. You may bump more per page, but only 2 may be numbered for a raffle ticket.)
