I have no "Dream Avy".... this is it. I've never changed it since '03, except by adding new items I find appealing over the years. The basic premise of my avy has remained consistent.

The Devil Tail is the only item I've ever wanted. While I've wanted it for years, I've only recently began chasing it.

I've done lots of contests, art, signs, vending, those terrible Cash sponsorships.... it's a lot to save up to even one mil! I got donations from good people and friends. Their generosity fuels my hope and ambition further in reaching my goal.

I hate to also resort to begging, but the quest has already taken a toll on my work IRL. So I'll need all the help I can get! I will not use your donation for anything else but to help me with my Tail. No donation is too small and you will be added to my Donation list!

After that, I'm finished, and I intend to share whatever riches I build back up, with others.

Help me do the impossible - help me get the Devil Tail! heart

Name: Johnny. I also go by JQ.
DoB: Sept 8, 1984 (age 26)

IRL:
I hold a BA in radio/TV, with an emphasis in audio recording/production. The economy's made employment tough, so I stay with my folks, trying to get back to school for an MA in art... I'm just drawing my art portfolio these days. When that's done, I plan to go back to making music in my home studio. Aside that, I also got a Shoutcast radio in development, devoted to post-punk/goth (Joy Division, Bauhaus, etc).

GAIA:
I've been on Gaia since '03. For an '03er, I'm not that rich. I didn't have a credit card then, didn't expect to stay as long as I have, and never expected I'd have an avy change as I expected to remain an '04 Zombie for the rest of my Gaian life (until the server change in '05 that destroyed all '04 Zombies), so I never bought much during that time that could've helped me now!

I am a Music Forum and GD-regular. You can find me often in CB these days too, searching for contests.

Apr 26: Traded for tail for 65mil! Apr 14: Darkmane gave me a whopping 3mil, so I have finished my quest goal, and am now seeking the D-tail!
Apr 9: Reached 62.4 after another 1mil donation from my long lost Caucasian sista, Calamity Jenova
Apr 5: Reached 61.2 mil after selling remaining Dark Reflection 2 bundles. Reached my limit of all I can sell -- but almost there!

2012
Nov 4: Reached 50 mil, after selling some more donation items! Then Mutations Delight gave me another 1mil, so now at 80%! I expect to be there soon, my goal being before the end of this year.
Apr 30: Sold the OMG I had won 2nd place in Riftwing's D-Tail Art Contest, for 24.3 mil (gaining 23.8 mil after tax). I'm now at 44.3 mil!

Nov 16: I am now once again on a roll in obtaining my own D-Tail! I won second place in Riftwing's D-Tail Art Contest, gaining me an OMG. This has boost my 30% quest to roughly 65% way there now - with the OMG, I am at roughly 42mil.

Dec 12: Haven't updated in awhile, but due to the hugely significant inflation of the item since my quest (from 20mil to 70mil in like, 6 months; which has admittedly put me off for some time), I'll have to update this thread accordingly in the near future. I have not and will not give up on this quest though.
Jan 25: Made it to 11 mil. Would've been faster if it weren't for that all-in-one game item -_- Made my Twisters sell slower; plus, been busy with school/job apps, but I'm still on my way there!

Nov 11: Hey, not bad, made another million in 2 and half weeks - now at 10 mil! Thanks mostly to donations and vending!
Oct 25: Took a whole month, but I finally made another whole million - 9.2 mil. Didn't get as many donations this time, but I made a lot out of vending.
Sept 25: Used 75% of my Gaia Cash today (and with vending of the new Seracila Pendant), I reached 8.2 million.
Sept 17: Reached 5.5 mil. Made it to 5 mil a week ago... so I made the extra half mil within one week. Gold gathering was slower this time due to commitments with art and fighting depression, but I make good progress when I'm able! =3
Aug 10: Reached 4 million gold! Only took 1 week since I made it to 3 mil this time. Thanks mostly to donations and vending!
Aug 3: I reached 3 million in gold! Took 2 and a half weeks since I made 2 mil.
Jul 17: In just over 1 week, I managed to jump from 200k to 1 mil. In 4 weeks, I made it to 2mil!
Jun 21: I take initiative to truly start my quest.
