Entering the battle arena Pierce stares off into the distance to observe his opponent, at first glance he sees what appears to be an ordinary female. What a shame and here he thought he was going to enjoy a good fight. Pierce turns to exit the arena, thinking to himself no point in fighting if there's no challenge in it. Just before walking through the door he notices the girl called DM quickly but silently dashing towards his direction. In a swift motion he turns to see a huge grin of insanity on the face of what he assumed before was just an ordinary messily dressed girl. Unfortunately for the girl however Pierce's grin matched hers, whatever attack she had planned complete;y went mute as Pierce sliced his sword down at the girl completely disintegrating her in one swipe of fiery demonic energy.

Pierce looks up to the camera, "Not much of a warmup, eh? Next time send me against an opponent with a bit more of an edge."

Dawn noticed her apponent coming a mile away and readied herself. He seemed to be one of her own kind. Perhaps they had strayed from Lucifer's course? Either way, she knew she would have to deal with them. Cracking her neck and loosening her stance, she waited for him to make the first strike before leaping and slashing down on him with her razor sharp wings. It didn't seem to take much in order to sever his head clean from his shoulders. Dawn then stood by her apponent's body, shaking her head in dismay. Not a word was uttered.

How in the world did I end up in this mess?

His thoughts drifted as he stared lazily into a monitor. The New Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. How many rumors circulated about the place? Things about haunted animatronics, deceased children and less than ethical business practices. Still, a job was a job, and he did find himself needing money. Just watch over the machines at night. 12AM to 6 AM.

He was warned about how the two sets of animatronics worked. Left with a mere mask to confuse the older ones, though if he wore it around the new ones he'd be attacked all the same. He heard a loud noise that snapped his attention away from the monitor. He grabbed the mask and placed it over his face. A poor choice as the new Foxy sprang from the shadows of the hallway in an attempt to 'dismantle' him. His natural reaction was to punch the machine as hard as he could. He succeeded in knocking the mechanical fox away from him as he quickly removed the mask.

Though his life was spared, his reaction came at a price. The next day he was handed a notice from his boss. Termination. While Foxy got repaired and was back to work less than a day later, the place was going to need yet another night guard

TNP: The unnamed fighter stood in the arena, waiting for an opponent. Suffice it to say, he had some minor aggression he wanted to work out on someone..

Most would underestimate the tiny pile of ribbons that entered the arena, but M knew better.

He knew the view of the world through her singular eye better than he knew her face. The motivations of why she'd chosen to show said face in such a place were predictable at best, but he lacked the nerve to tell her to get lost. As expected the dismay began to surface upon her face, and he'd made his decision.

"It's my choice whether I want to spend time in your headspace or not."

"...What?" Oddly, the issue of such a creature inhabiting her thoughts quite literally wasn't the strange part of what he'd said. Still, this was her friend, so her hair-trigger temper wasn't so easily provoked. Sheepishly, she humored him. "Even if this were an issue we needed to address, I think that this is hardly--"

It was working. A slow start, but it was. He had to push harder. "I said, I don't want to go in there." She didn't seem to suspect anything, at least not enough, so it was worth trying. "I don't know what else you could want. It isn't as if you can give me what I want, especially as you are now." It probably would've been more effective if he could've summoned some sort of malice to enflame her further, but apathy would have to do.

Sure enough, the eye that stared up at him now did so with a glare. "You! You, of all people!" The ominous flutter of ribbons drew closer, accompanied by the sharp sound of piano wire hidden among them. Well, it was something. Could he work with this? Ever so weary of awaiting the perfect death, he was lost in his own lofty thoughts when the oddly blunt force of the wire hitting his throat knocked him off his feet. Using too much strength for such a simple weapon, as always. Why couldn't she be more graceful about these things? Well, all of the ribbons did make for a pretty sight as the wire tightened around his throat. Maybe he could work with this.

Though after a point, the force around said throat went no further, as a certain trembling started. Already? A look at her face confirmed as much. Where there should have been cold indifference was a struggle with pain. It almost seemed cruel to continue. Maybe if it were someone else. It'd been a fair attempt, and nice enough of one. Perhaps he'd remember it fondly even among the many others.

"There there. Who's to say how much of this is real, after all. And, how much of what I've said is the truth... haha! That's not up to me!" Noncommital as always, even with the threat of strangulation so near. "As much as you want to help, it's impossible. You should know as well as I do." It was her mind; why didn't she? Stubborn creature. "The fear is too great to overcome, isn't it? The fear of again, again. Again, being left behind, and being alone." She didn't let him go, but the trembling intensified. To which he said nothing. It wasn't as if he could assure her, after all. Better to leave that to someone else.

"Now, let me rest for a while. Beauty rest? I don't know. But get to it."

Somehow, the sour look on her face was a pretty sight as the wires tightened to rob him of his consciousness for a while.

Light glinted off of his silvery armor as he entered the arena. his young Dragonling stirred from its slumber, roused by the bright lights overhead, grunting in disapproval.

"Sorry, little one. But it's time for another fight. Take to the air, now. It should be over soon."

Even as he spoke, the supernatural ribbons and wires had attempted to snake around him and his weapon, only to be burnt by the holy aura the weapon possessed.

"You're either very brave or very stupid to test your mettle against someone who wields a holy weapon, demonspawn." His eyes narrowed in disapproval as he advanced, blocking or sidestepping each strike with an ease borne of long periods of practice and experience. Deciding that enough was enough, he closed the gap, plunging his silver sword deep into his opponent's chest, watching as the demon's blood was burnt off of his sword's blade by its holy fire.

Once the deed was done, the dragonling fluttered down from on high, perching itself upon the shoulder plate of the nameless swordsman, tilting its head inquisitively at the smouldering remains of his opponent.

@ TMP:

Turning his head towards the doors of the arena, his eyes locked on to what he presumed to be his next opponent. His young draconic companion arched his back and hissed, much like a housecat before taking to the air.

"Hm. I suppose I shouldn't let my guard down, then." he said, his sword held at the ready; a dangerous light glinting off of its blade.

i saw a fanatical swordsman of faith point his sword at me. so much for peaceful resolution. i grabbed my dices and threw it on the ground. i saw a number over his head that said 79. i rolled a 22, which is lower than that, so i lose.

well i lost and the man cut me across the chest. then he realized i was a man cross-dressing and told me i was damning myself to hell for dressing as a woman. then he proceeded to beat the crap out of me in the name of god. his pet dragon bit me a lot too.

i lost and i am bloody purple in the face with teeth marks all over. i hate you, religion.

Without despair, the word "hope" would lose its meaning.

((WHAT THE HELL RNG GODS))

"Oh, look, if it isn't a little girl with no where to go! Well, since we're bored as all hell, how about I show you some tricks?"

The strange student was tapping on their phone insistently, flicking between apps as the announcer did his usual thing of announcing the names and occupations of the fighters, before allowing the battle to commence. The moment they were given the okay, Mukuro tapped a button on their phone screen and instantaneously their body collapsed to the ground, a blue wisp darting out and possessing the umbrella their body was holding. The umbrella opened on its own and the wind carried it towards Kori, smacking him in the face.

Now, this seemed like a good idea at first, but what the soul didn't expect was for the angered atheist to grab the umbrella assaulting him, snap the stem to bits and then jump on it until it was well and truly broken, before tossing it far from Mukuro's body, leaving their soul stranded on a piece of plastic. They could only watch their body get brutally beaten up by the crossdresser, something they never really wanted to see.

Hello? Can somebody get me out of this please? I thought this was a good idea!

The magical girl saunters into the arena with her adorable companion following close behind. She looks over the student suddenly giving a big goofy smile follow by a high pitch and bubbly greeting. "Hello ghosty!" The student gives her an odd look and yells back "I'm not a ghost I'm an ikiryo!" "Hmm ghosts shouldn't be haunting the arena! Don't worry I'll return you to the underworld!" The student backs away with an angered look 'Do you even know what you're talking about?! The student suddenly presses an app on their phone and their soul started separating from their body. "Huh? Hey don't make this difficult!" The magical girl started running towards the student while shooting spears of ice from her hands. The student is impaled multiple times through their chest before their soul could fully separate from the body. "W-what the hell?!" The student slowly began to pale as they began to die. The magical girl walked up to the body while bowing her head. "Poor ghosty I hope he makes it safely to the underworld." The magical girl and her companion exited the arena as chipper as they entered.

Being out on the streets, fighting the cold is something Loba always had to do. However, the up and coming winter seemed to be much harsher than usual because of a certain ice queen that seemed to be rolling into town. Loba's clothing wasn't enough no matter how many layers she kept piling on and eventually she just froze to death.

exclaim An encounter with an angel!

Dm's instincts told her to run but she ignored it over awe; it would be the first time seeing an angel so close. Its gaze was firm but Dm could see the spark of volition in its eyes and she couldn't help feeling disappointed. Castiel was more human than Dm would like. Perhaps this is why she preferred the company of Demons---you could always trust them to do the distrustful thing.

Meanwhile the Angel had no need of convincing. Castiel took no time casting her Light Magic at the Devil's elf, forcing Dm in a dance of the trapped little mousey. A close chance had Dm risking a Force Mirror Shield and, for a while, it was a pretty sight. Light! Everywhere! Light dancing in the night sky, as if in search or in concert! Dm ended this beautiful combat with a flawless aim of the reflective, where Castiel suffered a pretty cut at the hands of her own weapon. Dm was merciless with the Light's second and third rebound, mounting the Angel's injuries.

While pain occupied the Angel's attention, Dm rushed just beneath where it hovered. Its wings were too advantageous, Dm decided. With a stomp of her foot a dark force spread throughout an area of the ground, pulling at Castiel's weight. The Angel was thrust at the floor with no chance to propel. Castiel struggled for movement, attempting to lift its wings, but it only helped quicken its death. The end was only a matter of waiting as blood rushed out of the openings.

TNP: Dm circled her Gravity Ring, her eyes distant and dangerous.

For someone contending in the Battledome, she seemed awful timid. Head to toe, her entire posture reeked of nervousness. Maybe it was her first time? Maybe she was amateur fighter? Better go easy on her. Let her build up some confidence befo—Oof! A quick roundhouse to the head from Kori quickly dismissed that line of thought. Alright, she was definitely not new. It was time to get seriou—Oof! Another roundhouse! Where was this girl getting all that strength from? Maybe she did squats. But with those tiny legs? Whoops. One more of those killer roundhouses. And down for the count.

Arriving in the arena was a blue figure. In her hand was what looked like a map with some scribbling on it. She seemed to somewhat trail off, eyes glued to the paper she was looking at. ".....Going here to train." Finished reading her head turned towards her opponent who looked ready to go. "Did I take too long?" Her opponent shook his head. "No but I'm ready." Lalamista nodded grabbing her sword from her sheath. "I'll make up for lost time then." Seeing this her opponent seemed surprised. "I only have my fists! You can't use a sword." Shifting her eyes downwards Lalamista glanced at the blade. "I need to practice my sword. I can't make the kind man unhappy." Her opponent knew this was going to be a tough fight but it didn't look like he was going to unconvince his opponent.

Preparing to make the first strike her opponent's feet quickly moved along the ground as he ran towards her. Swinging a fist towards Lalamista her opponent quickly withdrew it as her sword messily swung towards him. "You really need work." A frown appeared upon Lalamista's face as those words crawled into her ears. "I'm trying." As soon as those words escaped her mouth she swung her sword again.

Lowering himself to duck under it he swung a fist hitting her in the gut. Feeling the sudden pain her body curled up slightly as an odd sound escaped her mouth. Feeling another punch to the stomach her grip loosened on her sword as it fell on the sands below. Below her her feet shifted to catch herself as she was pushed backwards. As another punch hit her she found herself laying on the floor. "That was easy." Her opponent said with a smile standing above her.

Recovering from the blow Lalamista swung a foot at her opponent. Suddenly doubling over from being hit on the stomach her doubled over. Coughing up some blood from the attack not only was he given a hard kick in the stomach but he was unintentionally clawed too. Receiving another kick to the stomach her opponent's feet quickly moved behind him catching himself.

Pushing herself back on her feet she quickly moved them running towards her opponent. Forgetting her sword for now she instead swung claws at her opponent. Moving an arm up to block he received claw marks down his arm. Receiving another claw mark to the arm he lifted a foot swinging it at Lalamista.

As her arm moved upwards suddenly from the kick her opponent swung a fist of his own. Punched on the face she moved a hand, shielding her face. Swinging her other hand she clawed at opponent's face leaving him clutching it in pain. "I give up!" Her opponent shouted holding his distorted face.

@TNP
Walking over towards her fallen sword Lalamista reached down grabbing it. "Can we practice first?" She asked sloppily swinging the sword.

Lalamista nods. "I was human once. The kind man changed it though." She only seemed slightly sad about it. A few memories of her past flowed into her mind.

What road do I take?
"Where do you want to go?"
I don't know.
"Then, it really doesn't matter, does it?"

"What a strange creature you are!" The girl curiously observed. "A mouse, yet also a tiger, a person and a lot more besides? How very queer!"
