We're Celebrating Leap Day, For Some Reason!
- Some of you are probably wondering why today is February 29th, since conventional wisdom tells us that February only has 28 days. Don't panic! The Gregorian calendar hasn't come crashing down around us. It's merely leap day, an extra day that gets thrown into the calendar every four years for mathematical reasons, or something.
We won't pretend to understand how leap years work, and we're not willing to do the ten minutes of basic research it would take find out, but we WILL meaninglessly celebrate! Orphan Tweaks!
Bear head kid on the left: where he at?
Some of you may have noticed that the bear-headed kid in the Cash Shop advertisements was being very elusive yesterday. A few of the ultra-rare orphans weren't being given out nearly enough, but the percentages have been tweaked to make them show up more often. A small (but reasonable) percentage of lucky adopters will be seeing some new faces today!
To adopt an orphan of your very own, you can pick up a Certificate of Adoption in the Gaia Cash Shop.
Towns: Better!
