Good afternoon, Gaians. This is Cindy Donovinh bringing you another quick news update from the Gaia staff. December's a busy month, so there's a lot to report! Let's turn it over to the admins for a brief look at today's news:
Gaia Xmas is coming!
- I'm sure you've all been wondering about this, so here it is: Gaia's Xmas festivities will commence on Thursday, the 20th of December.
In case you've forgotten, Santa's been mind-swapped with a cow. How in the world will anyone get their presents? Only time will tell!
But here's one thing we can reveal: this event will be pretty weird. Mark your calendars!
Holiday Gifts: Down to the Wire!
- Just a quick reminder: today's your last chance to do your holiday shopping at the Gaia Store! If you order by credit card within the next few hours, we'll likely be able to get your goodies to you by Christmas, but if you dilly-dally any longer you'll be plum outta luck.

Update: Gaia on YouTube
- Last week, we posted a link to a short YouTube clip of Gaians storming the Today Show in New York City. Shortly after we linked it, a flood of Gaians descended upon the video and watched it, rated it, commented on it and drove it to the top of some pretty impressive lists.
Such is the mighty power of the Gaia community: for a few days, this little Today Show clip was ranked as the highest-rated YouTube video of all time. It shot to the top of several other lists, too, becoming one of the most viewed and commented-on videos of the month. Isn't that crazy? YouTube is one of the biggest sites out there, and we rocked it!
