The Hills follows Lauren ("LC" from Laguna Beach) as she makes the move from her small hometown to the big city lights of Hollywood, where she pursues her dreams of working in fashion, finding the right friends and trying to meet Mr. Right.

Lauren and Whitney finally go to Paris where they are about to cover the "Bal Des Debutantes" for Teen Vogue. Back in Los Angeles, Heidi and Audrina rekindle their former friendship.
