Hello! I thought it would be helpful to have a place for people to submit their queries in advance for the next Ask the Staff event. I just checked again, still not functioning. It still show 0/1 for the UFO and doesn't appear in the "COMPLETE" section of the alchemy formula

Many users (now and in the past) can't join/register because your e-mail system still only works with few of the most popular e-mail providers, only some few mainstream e-mail providers are allowed for Gaia accounts, so only a very limited amount of users are able to make a Gaia account. Many other Gaians have mentioned this earlier, we still can't register with our preferred e-mail address, and we still can’t change to a preferred e-mail address in the account settings. When will you allow for any valid e-mail address to be used with Gaia accounts?

Is it possible to make the wheelchair from the Longtime Good Furriends play better with other equippables?

Right now, despite the fact you *can* equip other things with it, a lot of items treat your character like they're in a normal standing pose and has major clipping issues. Honestly, finding anything cute that works with it is a major challenge.

I know it's probably not used by a ton of people, but it's still frustrating that one of the few WC items on here is such a pain to customize with much of anything else. (Still better than the old Timmy(?) EI but still >_> )

How do I report a market place error?
If you search for verdigri
You get:
No items found

But, it's a real tag.

Edit:
I know this isn't the right place to put this, I just didn't know how to tell an admin that this tag is broken. Which is a pain because it's one of my favorite colors. >.<

Verdigri is not a real tag, there was an automatic process that was run on tags at some point that tried to add singular and plural forms of tags [aka making gloves also searchable by glove, instead it made a bunch of unworking tags that say glofe].

The scheme tag you actually want is Verdigris. another tip, adding a wildcard character [asterisk] to the end of your search can help find items with partial tags for example can search: verdig* useful for things you partially remember the spelling/name of, though only works for wildcards at the end of the word [aka can't search: *gris]

Fashion Fray: end of event envelopes
As mentions of this issue have still been seen recently in the bug forum, drawing some attention to the issue: HALLOWEEN GAIA CASH (200 GC) and HALLOWEEN GAIA CASH (500 GC) should be checked that their images are working, as trying to open at least one of them lacks the big envelope graphic to click to open/redeem the contents.

GCash menu
The GCash menu could use some icon variation to help navigate/identify what pages can be accessed from it.
ex: the pink wing for Angel Sub, star for Rewards, maybe the angel halo flair for the pledge page.

Im so glad you posted this. I am having issues trying to change my email. I also tried different providers yahoo...gmail...aol...microsoft and none get an email from gaia.
