Hello! I thought it would be helpful to have a place for people to submit their queries in advance for the next Ask the Staff event. Feel free to post your questions here, questions answered will go in OP of the next event. For those of you who's questions did not get answered, you may post your question here.

Question:
With Gaia becoming more reliant on the community's support monetarily, have you all considered a forum or area for those who are Angel Subscribers or who have purchased Halo's Gift to give their feedback or suggestions for changes to the site or updates that need made?

At this point, being on Gaia for so long, and now being an Angel Subscriber, I feel like I am more a consumer of your product than ever. And I am sure that there are others who would like to be able to provide that sort of helpful feedback in a place that perhaps is a smaller group and will be seen by staff more readily.

Question:
Will you be addressing the issue with 2018's Christmas Caroling Event regarding the Missing Caroling Presents soon? The Caroling Event had reset back to present #1 after the 6th box effecting 7 & 8, while others had it affect earlier ones.

I've noticed that no one has seen the Dean for quite some time. I'm here to inquire about how he's doing, his whereabouts and if we're going to see him again. (Also here to squash the rumor that I've got him locked up in my basement).

What is going to be done about the racist and hateful rhetoric that is being perpetuated right now in both the general discussion forums and the chatterbox?

Edit: Was also wondering if there's going to be any sort of push to revamp the mobile app? I personally spend a lot of time on my phone when waiting for things out and about day to day or on break at work, and a functioning app would make a big deal in keeping me here more regularly. The current app just isn't working for me at all style and functionality wise.

That said, thank you for all the hard work.
