About The OC
Name: Tsukiko Matokai
Nicknames: Tsuki, Tsu-chan
Age: 18, though she looks and acts younger.
Appearance: Blonde twin tails, blue eyes, pale skin, childlike figure (flat breasts/no curves)
Relationship: She is the girlfriend of Karasu, a flying type trainer (my husband's OC)
Favorite Color: Pink
Favorite Pokemon: Dragonite
Dream Pokemon: Lugia
Official Team: Dragonite, Haxorus, Garchomp, Goodra, Salamence, Charizard
Secondary Pokemon: Nidoqueen, Nidoking, Ampharos, Lapras, Kingdra, Drampa, Sceptile
Tsukiko's father was a Pokemon researcher, her mother a high priestess in The Order of the Dragon. Her father had been journeying farther out, desperately seeking a link between legendaries and non-legendaries.. He believed he had found that link; within Dragon type Pokemon. His research eventually took him to the Dragon Isles, a place normally hidden from the outside world.. A place where Dragons were worshipped, and regarded as more than just ordinary Pokemon. Once there, he found and fell in love with a high priestess.. That same high priestess would a few years later, give birth to little Tsuki.
Following a difficult pregnancy, the great dragon of the sky took Tsukiko's mother from her upon her first cry.. She died after childbirth. Devastated, Tsukiko's father increasingly drew more withdrawn within himself, until he finally chose to leave his small daughter with his deceased wife's parents. Knowing she was safely nestled into a life with her grandparents, her father left the isles to pursue his old research.
Growing up, Tsukiko was a very reserved and quiet child.. Easily startled, and quick to cry. She was a sensitive little girl that spent most of her free time with Pokemon rather than other children.. Especially one Pokemon; A female Dratini, that she named Celestia. As Tsuki grew, so did her entourage of Pokemon.. They flocked to her, as she seemed to be able to understand them, and speak with them. She was always surrounded by her little Dragon friends, for you see.. Though Dragon types may be rare in other regions, they are abundant in the Dragon Isles.
Tsuki was very close with her grandparents, and was not an adventurous sort. So it surprised the entire village when she decided to set out on her own.. Journeying not to become a Pokemon master, but to become a Pokemon breeder specializing in Dragon types. She also wanted to experience these so-called "Pokemon contests" that her grandfather had told her so much about. She knows little of her father, and was told that he only left because he had to, as her grandparents wished to spare her further grief from the truth. She hopes to someday meet him again during her adventures.

Tsuki often dresses in sweet Lolita, though her battle outfit can also consist of pink overall shorts. Here are avatar references for her main outfits, though you may invent your own if you like.
I would love if she was drawn holding a pokeball, a Pokemon, or standing next to a Pokemon. Her personality is shy, girly and sensitive. She loves plushies, so maybe draw her holding a plush of a Pokemon? Other pose ideas would be her eating sweets, looking sad/crying or looking up at the sky alongside Celestia. Any pose works though!
