Salutations, Gaians! As part of our commitment to improving your experience, we wanted to provide you with an update about the Angel Subscription program. First and foremost, we want to thank you for your continued support of Gaia! We're able to keep the site running because of all of your support, but especially thanks to the thousands of Gaians who have signed up to be Angel Subscribers.
Having said that, we are aware that some users have encountered issues when it comes to the Angel Subscription program, and we have taken many steps to get rid of the bugs that have been encountered. We've solved many of them, but there are still some that need nailing down, and we're addressing them as quickly as we can, and will continue to do so as long as there are issues. We thank you for your patience and continued support in the midst of this. As always, we encourage you to continue to provide feedback for us, and we will continue to do what we can to improve your experience and add value to your subscription experience.
We also had been working on number of bonus features for the subscription. One of the new features we are testing out is the Gaia Live Channel, and we have a special testing period coming up! We will be opening the live channel for one hour at 3 PM PDT on Thursday, October 26th, during which time we'll be hosting a live chat and selling some avatar items and bundles exclusive to the Live Channel! This is an early iteration of the Gaia Live Channel, but we invite all Angel Subscribers and any Gaians who have purchased Gaia Cash within the last 3 months to join us for this testing period to help improve the experience.
