Week 117: Unicorn

Unicorn is a Gaia made color scheme consisting of ■ Rosepink, ■ Icicle Blue, ■ Sugarplum Purple, and ■ Ivory. It is a relatively new scheme. It first appeared on the item Bee Magically Sweet and often uses variations of "magic" or "magical" as part of it's naming convention.

Weekly Tips:
Tundra Blue and Ivran are similar in brightness to Icicle Blue
Lavender can be used to substitute for Sugarplum Purple. It is slightly lighter
Amaranth Pink can be used to substitute for Rosepink
Creamy Candy can pair well if you use transparent items to lighten the pink
Schemes with Jay Blue may pair well with this scheme
Sinful, Elusive, Confectionery, and Bold Bubblegum may pair well with this scheme to replace pieces of color
Luminescence and Astherie may work on the lighter side

Imperious is a Gaia made color scheme consisting of ■ Cerise Pink, ■ Cool Blue, ■ Ivory, and ■ OffBlack. It is a relatively new scheme but is already part of the tie-dye rotation.

Weekly Tips:
Cerise Pink can be found in the Thumbelina scheme (outside of a gradient)
Cool Blue can be found in the (Bold) Bubblegum and Slushy schemes

Oasis is a Gaia made color scheme consisting of ■ Oasis Teal, ■ Oasis Gold, and ■ OffBlack. It was given new life and it's name through user effort.

Cosmic is a user made scheme consisting of ■■■■ Cosmic, and ■ Black. It was adopted by Gaia and is part of the Double Tie-dye Ticket colors.

Weekly Tips:
Spruce Teal from the scheme Deep Sea can be complimentary in small doses
The Ochiba scheme can be complimentary to the Cosmic midtones
The following schemes can be used along side Cosmic: Wintermint, Fallen/Luminous with transparent overlay, Screwy, Anubis, and Apatite

Week 120: Fairytale

Fairytale is a Gaia made color scheme consisting of ■ Pumpkin Orange, ■ Butter Yellow, ■ Pine Green, and ■ Dark Sable Brown. It is based on the Kin Pumperilla and is part of the current tie-dye rotation.

Weekly Tips:
Pumpkin Spice items work well for Pumpkin Orange as it is paired with a brown (Coffee Brown)
Dark Sable Brown can be found in the Sketchbook scheme
There are two different green shades tagged Pine, Fairytale uses the lighter shade
Grapefruit is a great user scheme with at least two of the same colors
Autumn can be used if you do not mind red accents

Pearlescent is a Gaia made color scheme consisting of ■■■■■ Pearla, ■ Pearl Blonde, ■ Beige. It is a hue shift scheme and is part of the double tie-dye rotation.

Weekly Tips:
The color Beige can be found in the Midori Sour and the Peaches and Cream schemes
Thread-goer suggested colors to pair with Pearlescent include: Larkspur, Amsonia, Royal Icing, and Sootberry

Secondhand is a (possibly) User made scheme with mostly Gaia made items. It consists of ■ Swampberry Green, ■ Graphite Grey, ■ Dove Grey, ■ Ivory, and ■ OffBlack. It is part of the current tie-dye rotation. See here for the Gaia/User made conundrum for this scheme

Weekly Tips:
Finvarra uses Russet Brown for hair and so does the scheme Honey Cruller
