I have a doubt. I heart yestartday that during a press conference he said that after London he's going to retire, is this true or false?

And yes he is gonna retire after the London Olympics. He's going to be competing with younger people and if he does he's gonna lose. xp

@duwwy: I don't think he'll lose to younger people, necessarily. If he continues to train hard, he'll still be able to swim well. Just perhaps not as well as at Beijing. I don't think there's any way he could ever swim as well as he did in Beijing. But look at Lezak and Torres. They are in their 30s and 40s and they still are competing! So, Phelps would potentially still get medals, just maybe not gold all the time.

Still, if he wants to retire, he can. He has enough money. xD
