What kind of player do you use?
The default playlist.com kind of one doesn't really shrink all that well in my experience...
Also, are you using a current or classic profile? The codes are different.
The code posted earlier should work on current profiles, though it only has the desired effect on youtube, as mentioned.

Mixpod has some nice skins, some of which are smaller, but not all of them will work right.
I hear the ones that also play video work best, though I'm not sure on that.
