An ignored user can have you on their friendslist if they were before you ignored them. But they can't send a join request to you (though you could probably send one to them).

If you ignore a person but send them a friends request the PM will be sent to the person and if the person accepts s/he will go to your friendslist!! O_o;

...so you'll have one on your ignore list and one on your friendslist! xd
