Pokemon Sub Forum [We Want A More Secure Home!!!]

Should there be a sub forum for Pokemon?

I also agree that they need a subforum. There are always a lot of pokemon threads in the VGD.

A Pokemon subforum is definitely needed and I support.

I agree that it is needed to help sort out the constant threads that appear in VGD and the CB. It would be a place where the Poke-fans could gather and talk about the game without being trolled. I wouldn't mind talking to other people, especially when BnW come out. Plus, it's been apart of many people's childhoods for so long *been a fan since Blue* whee It's even prevalent in some of the items on Gaia. Mewpit was the first Gashamon to appear on the site (probably a parody to Pokemon due to Mewpit's description). The Golden Chuuchilla is a pretty close parody companion to Pikachu. Submarine capsule anyone?

Another point is it's a great way for people to make more game connections. With the global system that came out in the last games, a subforum would be a great place to find fellow trainers and get their codes so you can battle from time to time. It would help causal gamers, people who don't know many RL friends who play, and users who aren't a part of the guilds/mega threads.

Pokemon is a serious guilty pleasure of mine, i recon that the majority of people like pokemon, but are afraid of saying they like it, so they don't seem childish. But ya know, it played a real big part in keeping my imagination + love of anime going when i was a kid. I am all for the sub-forum! biggrin

I know what you mean- a lot of people are scared to say it for being judged. Im 19 and I am all for saying I love my pokemon and the games! It reminds me of my childhood whee Thank you for the support!

I so agree that a Pokemon subforum is needed. The VGD forum has a couple threads in there but they are strictly for dicussion purposes only. The CB has Pokemon threads made in there on a daily basis and no one sees my trade thread in there most of the time.

Yeah a lot of threads get kicked in to the back pages and ignored. If you need trades for now there are the supporter threads with links to them- maybe they could help you with what you need for now ^^

Are you thinking of a sub forum under Gaming or Pokemon on a sub forum on its own?

If its under just gaming, it would have to be maintained to the decree, which im sure won't be that big of an issue lol

And I would figure with the majority of people flooding threads in the VGD it would go in there. I checked around and other places are pretty balanced for the most part. The VGD just seems to over flow- and the CB gets a lot of threads related to the game like tourneys and what not.
